Dalam dunia pendidikan, reward diberikan ketika seorang anak telah berhasil mencapai sebuah tahap perkembangan tertentu, achievement yang bagus, atau tercapainya sebuah target. Sebaliknya, punishment biasanya dilakukan ketika apa yang menjadi target-target tertentu tidak tercapai, atau ada perilaku anak yang tidak sesuai dengan norma-norma yang diyakini oleh sekolah tersebut. Dalam Islam ada istilah basyir (berita gembira) dan nadzir (berita ancaman) yang dianalogikan dengan penghargaan dan hukuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan reward and punishment dalam pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif induktif, psikologis, dan ilmu pendidikan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kepustakaan (library research) dimana seluruh data penelitian merujuk pada literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian . Hasil temuan yang penulis analisis adalah bahwa Reward and Punishment dalam pendidikan Islam tidak bisa dipisahkan dari konsep tujuan pendidikan Islam itu sendiri, yaitu meciptakan manusia insan kamil yang bertakwa seperti Rasulullah. Penerapannya pun tidak lepas dari peneladanan kepada sikap-sikap Nabi, dan cara-cara beliau dalam mendidik umat Islam baik yang terdapat di Al-Qur’an ataupun Sunnah. Pemberian reward dan punishment juga harus diperhatikan agar tidak salah kaprah, mengena, dan memiliki dampak positif terhadap respon anak.

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how reward and punishment according to Irawati certainly does not conflict with the value of Islamic education. This is a library research the data of which were taken from several works of Irawati Istadi and direct interviews with her. The researcher also took some data from several researchers who discussed Irawati Istadi's thoughts and from Islamic education figures whose thoughts had relevance to the research theme. Content analysis methods is applied to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that the concept of reward and punishment according to Irawati Istadi turns out to be compatible with the Islamic education. However, in Irawati's thought, there are also some differences shows the development of thoughts from previous figures of Islamic education and certainly did not conflict with the values of Islamic education. In Islamic education, the granting of punishment and reward is permitted based on the Quran and Sunnah by maintaining aspects of tarbiyah. This study aims to discuss how effective the application of reward and punishment systems in motivating someone's performance in general, be it students, employees. And as a religious individual, especially for those who are Muslim, how does the effect of implementing this reward and punishment system increase faith and good deeds or avoid evil. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include library research, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, and data verification. The results showed that the forms of rewards given included rewarding someone who excelled in an action, were able to improve the person's performance motivation in the future and could motivate others to do the same good.On the other hand, punishment is also important to apply including giving advice and guidance, showing a sour face, giving a hard rebuke, and giving additional tasks, such as memorizing the surah or short verses from the Quran or hadith, is also able to prevent someone from doing negative things and try not to repeat negative things in the future.

Regulation of the financial services authority (OJK) No. 31/POJK.05/2016 on Venture had arranged that the financial services agency on the basis of the law of pledge is in coaching and supervision OJK. Yet the existence of laws – invitation to Governing Enterprise pawn shops causing business activities conducted by the above parties are not yet regulated. The condition is feared could cause harm to the consumer society. The purpose of this research is to know the procedures, mechanisms, protection of goods and guarantee the consumer on an informal pledge financing, methods of determination of the cost of maintenance of the goods and the goods of the execution mechanism of the pledge as well as protection for the collateral items are viewed from the side of the consumer by looking at laws-invitations and Sharia. To find out whether the pledge have gotten permission from OJK. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of library research, field data and simulations. The approach used in this study is the empirical juridical approach. Elaboration upon the results is discussed further in this article.

Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shari'ah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.

This article aims at describing the obseroance of wasiat wajibah (compulsory bequeathment) in the Islamic court of Banten, analyzing the provision of the substitute heir and adopted children in the Compilation of  Islamic Law (KHI). In addition, the ideal laws to manage the innheritance rules in Indonesia. This article is library research by using doctrinal approach and using case study and survey methods. The data was, then, analyzed by using analytical descriptive and analytical correlative methods. The result showed that the observance of wasiat wajibah in the Islamic court of  Banten employed by judges is by using the Mawali Hazairin’s Doctrine. The criteria of the adoption of substitute heir and adopted children in the KHI is the attempts of Ulama and many judgees junst in giving legal justice and certainty to the society.   Key Words: Islamic Inheritance Law, Compilation of Islamic Law, Islamic court of  Banten

The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

Abstrak Sekolah atau lembaga pendidikanmerupakan sebuah wahana pengemban peserta didik. Aktivitas di dalamnya terkait proses pelayanan jasa oleh guru sebagai fasilitator, dan kepala sekolah sebagai manajer atau pengelola sekolah.Pengelolaan sekolah dan peran penting kepala sekolah, pada dasarnya mencakup ruang lingkup yang luas, salah satu di antaranya adalah meningkatkan budaya kerja para guru dan pegawai yang dipimpinnya. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan metode reward and punishment, yaitu memberikan pujian kepada karyawan yang bekerja dengan baik, danteguran kepada pegawai yang melanggar aturan yang telah ditetapkan bersama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari alternatif pemecahan masalah sebagai upaya peningkatan budaya kerja para guru dan pegawai melalui penerapan reward and punishment di SMP Negeri 8 Gorontalo.

Majority of the indigenous people who are the original inhabitants in Malaysia inhibit the remote area of tropical forest which is rich in natural resources. Their lives are separated from the outside community due to several factors such as geography, low literacy, negative perceptions of the surrounding community, and the closed-door attitude of the indigenous people. Consistent preaching activities have changed the faith of the indigenous people from animism orientation towards believing in the Oneness of God. The practice of Islam as a way of life in the lives of indigenous peoples is found to be difficult to practice because the fiqh approach presented to them does not celebrate their local condition. In this regard, this study will examine the socio-cultural isolation of indigenous peoples and their impact on the interpretation of Islamic law. To achieve this objective, the researchers have applied the library research method by referring to the literatures related to the discussion of Islamic scholars in various disciplines of fiqh and usūl al-fiqh. The research found that there is rukhsah and taysir approach given to isolated people as well as with local background to facilitate the religious affairs of the indigenous people. Abstrak Majoriti masyarakat Orang Asli yang merupakan penduduk asal di semenanjung Malaysia mendiami kawasan pedalaman di hutan hujan tropika yang kaya dengan khazanah alam. Kehidupan mereka terasing daripada masyarakat luar disebabkan beberapa faktor seperti geografi, kadar literasi yang rendah, pandangan negatif masyarakat sekitar dan sikap tertutup masyarakat Orang Asli. Gerakan dakwah yang dijalankan secara konsisten telah membawa perubahan kepercayaan sebahagian masyarakat Orang Asli daripada berorientasikan animisme kepada mempercayai Tuhan yang Esa. Pengamalan Islam sebagai cara hidup dalam kehidupan masyarakat Orang Asli didapati agak sukar untuk dipraktikkan lantaran pendekatan fiqh yang disampaikan kepada mereka tidak meraikan suasana setempat mereka. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini akan meneliti keadaan isolasi sosio-budaya masyarakat Orang Asli dan kesannya terhadap pentafsiran hukum Islam. Bagi mencapai objektif tersebut, pengkaji menggunakan kajian kepustakaan sepenuhnya dengan menelusuri literatur berkaitan dengan perbincangan sarjana Islam dalam pelbagai disiplin ilmu fiqh dan usul fiqh. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat rukhsah dan pendekatan taysir diberikan kepada mereka yang hidup terasing serta berlatar belakang budaya setempat bagi memudahkan urusan keagamaan masyarakat Orang Asli.
