Efficiency is important to industrial banking because since released the prudent deregulation of banking have growing new banks and making tight competitions on the industrial of bank. Not including if linked with existence of bank that must take or put outside fund where will given return on investment for survival live in future. So efficiency is important item to noticing. The operational variables influenced toward efficiency talked about are savings, total loan, total of spread value and total intermediate cost.This research aimed to know amount of savings, loan, amount of spread value, amount intermediate cost and degree efficiency of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Malang district.The method to taking sample using Purposive Sampling Type Judgement Sampling is the method-taking sample with belonging non-probabilities where the selection based certain criteria is obtained 22 numbers BPR as sample by means of research periods 3 years (2001-2004) at the BPR in Malang areas. The analysis data used descriptive analysis and inferential statistic analysis, is the multiple regression analysis-using program Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) ver 10.5 for Windows 2000 with level of signifikan 5% ( = 5%).Based result of descriptive analysis, funded that amount of savings, amount of loans, amount of spread value, amount of intermediate cost, and degree of efficiency ever of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Malang areas as long as period of research begin 2001 to 2004 are to much variation between one of BPR with other.

This study aimed to find out whether Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have positive and significant impact to Profitability and which variable has dominant effect  to profitability in industry multi sector  registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Profitability in this case means Return on Investment (ROI). The methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. From the statistic analysis, it is found that 1) the value of regression coefficient for Cash Turnover = 0,125 with significance value = 0,043, which means Cash Turnover has positive and significant impact on Profitability; 2) The value of Receivable Turnover = 0,292 with significance value = 0,017. This means that Receivable Turnover has positive and significant impact on Profitability; 3) the value of Inventory Turnover= 0,917 with significance value= 0,000. This shows that Inventory turnover has positive and significant impact to Profitability; 4) the variable which has the most effect on the Profitability in industry multi sector registered in BEI inventory turnover whose coefficient regression value is bigger compared to others, 0,917. Therefore, it can be conclude that all variable contribute positively and significantly to Profitability, and the dominant variable affected the Profitability is inventory turnover.

This research aim to know Influence of Personality and Dicipline and Dicipline toward Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang. Raised hypothesis (1) Anticipated there are positive and significant influence of Personality toward Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang (2) Anticipated there are positive and significant influence of Dicipline toward Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang (3) Anticipated there are positive and significant influence of Personality and Dicipline toward Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang. This research population is officer at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang amounting 426 people, sample taken 85 people divice while test drive instrument sample taken 30 people and research sample taken 55 people. Data collected by questionare distribution. This research used descriptive statistic analysis and inferential statistic. The data processing used SPSS Program, 12.0 released. Based on t-test at first hypotesis, t-counting 6,437 with significant degree 0,000 less than 0,05, that Personality positive and siginficant influence toward Official Performance. Second hypotesis, t-counting 7,760 with significant degree 0,000 less than 0,05, that Dicipline positive and siginficant influence toward Official Performance.While third hypotesis,F-test, F-counting 30,385 with significant degree 0,000 less than 0,05, there are positive and siginficant influence of Personality and Dicipline toward Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang. Result of analysis data there are correlation (R) between Personality and Official Performance are 0,662 and coefficient determination (R-sequare) 0,439. Correlation (R) value between Dicipline and Official Performance are 0,729 and coefficient determination (R-sequare) 0,532. Multiple correlation between Personality and Dicipline by simultan 0,734 and coefficient determination (R-sequare) 0,539. R-sequare 0, 539, meaning that 53,90% Official Performance at Siti Khadijah Hospital’s Palembang can be explained by variable personality dan employee dicipline, the rest (46,10%) explained or influenced by another factors like leadership, competency, motivation, and facilities. Double regression egurva was : Ŷ = 12,526 + 0,210X1 + 0,580X2 + e.

The characteristics of the property as a product that does not depreciate raises speculation that property as a product will not end up as consumption, but an investment. However, sales that occur are not automatically recognized in the recording of financial statements after the application of PSAK 72. The application of PSAK 72 will at least affect the profits and debt levels of property companies because sales that have not been recognized will be included as current liabilities. In this study, the GPM (gross profit margin) ratio is used to determine the profit margin, ROA (return on assets) to determine the return on investment, and DR (debt ratio) to determine the amount of debt to total funding. The research methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that debt ratio has a negative effect on profitability.

The machine is a facility that is necessary for the company in production. The machine can reduce the failure rate of the product and reach the target time according to the customer's request. Therefore the machine needs to be cared for and maintained. Maintenance and care is a way to prevent the machine from being damaged. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on production achievement. The research was conducted in the Food Seasoning Industry. The research population is maintenance employees and production employees. The sample used was 25 respondents based on employees who are experts in their fields. The analytical method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach with linear regression analysis. Data processing using the help of IBM Statistics 21.00 software. The results showed that preventive maintenance partially had a significant effect on production achievement. Breakdown maintenance partially has no significant effect on the achievement of production. Simultaneously preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the achievement of production. Linear regression analysis resulted in the model formula Y= 9.004 + 0.561 (X1) + 0.042 (X2)

The study was conducted using a questionnaire that was distributed to 365 students of IKBN Kuala Perlis. The data obtained from this survey was analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0. The descriptive analysis was used to identify the profile of the IKBN Kuala Perlis' students.This study uses probability sampling design that apply unrestricted or simple random sampling where the element of population was known and every element has an equal or non-zero chance of being selected as sample subject. While through regression analysis it proved that, all these variables are significantly influence the entrepreneurial intention among skills-based students.

This research is titled " The influence of sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance”. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether sermon, church music and church facilities have influence on the the level of attendance. The target population in this study is a Christian church members who live in the city of Surabaya.. Sample required is equal to 47 respondents. Through sampling stratified Random techniques.These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze the level of attendance according to demographic groups.The hypothesis in this study are the sermon, church music and church facilities have positive and significant on the level of attendance. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among the sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance  96,2%. It means that 96,2 % of level of attendance influenced by sermon, church music and church facilities and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to level of attendance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

This research is aimed to determine The Influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior Using Meeting Package at Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. Respondents from this research are 44 consumers selected by simple random sampling. This research used quantitative methods with approach descriptive analysis. Data was collected through survey, questionnaires and interviews. The test results validity and reliability variables X and Y are valid and reliable. The data analysis used statistical test of correlation pearson product moment and the coefficient of determination. Calculated used SPSS version 21. The data of this research is obtained from consumer data Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. From the result obtained correlation coefficient of 0,633. This tells that there is strong relation between Direct Marketing of Business Consumer Behavior. The influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior to 40,0% and remaining 60,0% is influenced by other factors not examined. The problems are competition between hotels is very tight, lack of coordination between sales. The suggestions given to fix the problem are 1) Do a better promotion to attract the attention of consumers; 2) Evaluation between Manager and Sales especially in Sales and Marketing Division.

This chapter covers multiple regression and links statistical inference to general topics such as lurking variables that arose earlier. Many examples can be used to illustrate multiple regression, but we have found it useful to come to class prepared with a specific example, with computer output (since our students learn to run the regressions on the computer). We have found it is a good strategy to simply use a regression analysis from some published source (e.g., a social science journal) and go through the model and its interpretation with the class, asking students how the regression results would have to differ in order for the study’s conclusions to change. The chapter includes examples that revisit the simple linear model of height and income, involve the class in models of exam scores, and fit a nonlinear model (for more advanced classes) for golf putting.
