This research is aimed to determine The Influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior Using Meeting Package at Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. Respondents from this research are 44 consumers selected by simple random sampling. This research used quantitative methods with approach descriptive analysis. Data was collected through survey, questionnaires and interviews. The test results validity and reliability variables X and Y are valid and reliable. The data analysis used statistical test of correlation pearson product moment and the coefficient of determination. Calculated used SPSS version 21. The data of this research is obtained from consumer data Grand Tjokro Hotel Bandung. From the result obtained correlation coefficient of 0,633. This tells that there is strong relation between Direct Marketing of Business Consumer Behavior. The influence of Direct Marketing to Business Consumer Behavior to 40,0% and remaining 60,0% is influenced by other factors not examined. The problems are competition between hotels is very tight, lack of coordination between sales. The suggestions given to fix the problem are 1) Do a better promotion to attract the attention of consumers; 2) Evaluation between Manager and Sales especially in Sales and Marketing Division.

This research was an associative quantitative research which aims to determine whether or not there was an influence of of accounting productive subject, student competence, family environment on work readiness either directly or through self-efficacy mediation in class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. The sample calculation used the simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 86 students of class XI accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran in the 2019/2020 school year. The technique of collecting data used interviews, documentation to obtain the value of accounting productive subject, and closed questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data transformation, and hypothesis testing of direct and indirect effects. The results of the direct effect test are the accounting productive subject, student competence, and self-efficacy affect work readiness. Meanwhile, the family environment has no effect on work readiness. The indirect effect test, namely self-efficacy, can mediate the effect of student competence and the family environment on work readiness. However, self-efficacy cannot mediate the effect of the accounting productive subject on work readiness.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling and Direct Marketing on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Toko Rezeki Wijaya and its observation unit are customers of Toko Rezeki Wijaya. The population in this study is amount to 65 of Toko Rezeki Wijaya customers. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study was saturated samples and amounted to 65 respondents. The research method used is by data collection techniques through library research and field research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The t-test results show that the Personal Selling variable has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya and the Direct Marketing variable have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at Toko Rezeki Wijaya.

This study aims to determine the tax socialization, tax rates, tax compliance, the influence of tax socialization on tax compliance, the influence of tax rates on tax compliance, and the effect of tax socialization and tax rates on restaurant taxpayer compliance in Sukabumi City. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive-associative methods. The unit of analysis used is restaurants in Sukabumi City, with the population used are all restaurants in Sukabumi City, and the total sample size of 70 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire containing 19 indicator statements and determined by the simple random sampling method. Analysis of the data used is the instrument test, classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate that; 1) tax socialization based on restaurant respondents' responses shows that on the whole the overall response was agreed with the tax socialization conducted towards restaurants in Sukabumi City. 2) tax rates based on respondents' responses indicate that on average the overall response was neutral with the imposition of tax rates on restaurants in the City of Sukabumi. 3) taxpayer compliance based on respondents' responses shows that on average the overall respondent agreed to the compliance of restaurant taxpayers in Sukabumi City, in the sense that respondents were compliant with the existence of taxpayers to their respective restaurants. 4) tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance in Sukabumi City. 5) tax rates have a positive and significant effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance in Sukabumi City. 6) tax socialization and tax rates have a positive and significant effect on restaurant taxpayer compliance in Sukabumi City.

Pentingnya fungsi dan pengukuran kinerja maka pemerintah membuat sistem pengukuran kinerja yang disebut dengan Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP). Pelaporan akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemerintah dalam pencapaian visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi, melalui pengukuran kinerja anggaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh akuntanbilitas, transparansi dan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Dari hasil pengujian regresi maka diketahui bahwa variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja anggaran pada Kantor Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Luwu Timur adalah partisipasi penyusunan anggaran. Due to the importance of functions and performance measurements, the government made a performance measurement system called the Accountability System for Government Institutions’ Performance (SAKIP). Performance accountability report of government institutions is intended to determine the ability of the government in achieving the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, through measurement of budget performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of accountability, transparency and participation in budgeting on budget performance in the Regional Government of East Luwu Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability tests), classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of the study found that accountability had a positive and significant effect on budget performance. Transparency has a positive and significant effect on budget performance in the Government Office of East Luwu Regency. Participation in budgeting has a positive and significant effect on budget performance at the Regional Government Office of East Luwu Regency. From the results of regression test, it is known that the variable dominantly influencing budget performance at the Regional Government Office of East Luwu Regency is budgeting participation.

 Top of FormThe main question in this study is whether the provision of compensation affect the discipline of work, especially on the study staff at the Faculty of Economics and Business UNSRAT. Based on the background and the formulation of the above problems, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on the discipline of employee work studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business UNSRAT. Researchers took data using questionnaires on the civil servants of the study of Faculty of Economics and Business UNSRAT which amounted to 41 people. The research variable that the adoptive researcher is compensation and work discipline with primary data collected through questionnaire and using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. For simple linear regression test found value of constant equal to 7,686 which mean when giving of compensation (X) equal to zero hence work discipline (Y) equal to 7,686. Regression coefficient value found at 0.619 positive value so it can be concluded that the compensation has a positive effect on work discipline. The value of regression coefficient also shows if the variable implication of compensation increases 1 unit then the work discipline will rise by 0.619. The value of correlation coefficient of 0.624 menunujukkan there is a strong relationship between the two variables with the value of coefficient of determination of 0.389 which means the variable implications of compensation affect 38.9% of the discipline of work. The researcher then tested the hypothesis by looking at the value of T arithmetic and found 4.983 which is much higher than the value of T table for n 41 of 1.638 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and H0 rejected or in other words the Implication of Compensation (X) Work Discipline (Y). Through the process of collecting data and testing with quantitative methods the researcher then concluded that the implication of compensation has a positive and significant effect to the work discipline on civil servant studies in the Faculty of Economics and Business UNSRAT.Bottom of FormKeyword : Implication, Compensation, Work Discipline, Civil Servant

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study was 2,133 people and a sample of 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results showed that organizational communication 62.68% influential categories include wise and politeness 61.8%, feedback acceptance 63%, information sharing 60%, giving information assignments 66.8%. reduce task uncertainty 61.8%. work effectiveness 61.4% influential categories include the quantity of work 61.8%, work quality 62.4%, time utilization 60.%. The factors that influence organizational communication 58.26% are quite influential include horizontal communication 62.4%, diagonal communication 56.2%, vertical communication 56.2%. This shows the effect of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Workers in the Arateng Village Office Sidenreng Rappang District is 61% of the 100% expected results, which is classified in the category of "influence".

The purchase decision is the stage where consumers have evaluated the product and can form an intention to buy the most preferred product for personal consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotion, personal selling, and direct marketing on food and beverage purchasing decisions at Padma Resort Legian. This research was conducted at Padma Resort Legian. The number of samples taken was 90 consumers with the nonprobability sampling method, and with the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation (survey), interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, t-test (partial), and F-test (simultaneous). From the results of data analysis, it was found that sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, personal selling had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and direct marketing had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while simultaneously it was found that sales promoters, personal selling, and direct marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The aim of this research is to find out how big the influence of viral marketing that has elements of information spreading, credibility of information, expressing positive feelings, economic incentive, and helping the company towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea, Sample determination in this study using accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, nonparticipation observations, interviews, and literature. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate the influence of viral marketing towards the number of Indonesian tourists visit to South Korea is very significantly simultaneous and partial effect with a value of 91,6%. For the economic incentive dimension, the result of analysis is 3,705, helping the company 3,311, credibility of information 2,461, information spreading 2,220, and expressing positive feelings 2,020. The data collected through online questionnaires to the respondents who have ever visited South Korea.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This study was taken from the thesis research aims to analyze how much Influence Motivation and Cultural Organization on labor productivity Employees (Case Study in PT Boogi Avindo, Bogor). The study is based on the phenomenon, which showed a decrease in employee productivity, one of them due to low employee motivation, and poor corporate cultureThe sampling method used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 35 employees.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation 0.242+ 0286 X1 + 0.699 X2, where Y is the variable Employee Productivity, Motivation X1 and X2 are the variables are variables Organizational Culture. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on Employee Productivity. Motivation partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0815 which means a strong relationship between them. Organizational culture is partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.747, which means a strong relationship between them. Motivational variables simultaneously and Cultural Organization has a significant influence on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.776 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.602, which means that motivation together with Cultural Organization may explain the variable Work Productivity by 60, 2%, while the remaining 39.8% is explained by other variables.
