RUNNING A MARATHON IS ALL ABOUT PUSHING THE human body farther than its meant to go: Beyond the point where glycogen is available, beyond the point where muscles cease complaining and just plain cramp up. Doing a Google search on “pushing yourself” yields all kinds of references to running, training, triathlons, just about any type of physical training imaginable.

In order to improve the control ability of the human body in the process of physical training, it is necessary to carry out the inverse simulation analysis of the physical training process and establish the process control model of the physical training. The complex problem of high-dimensional spatial motion planning involved in physical training is decomposed into a series of sub-problems in low-dimensional space, and the inertial attitude parameter fusion is carried out according to the position and pose state of the human body in the end of the workspace during the process of physical training. The design of sensor node and base station in the system can realize real-time collection of motion parameters of motion collectors. The multi-dimensional control of physical training process is carried out by fuzzy constraint and inverse integral control, and the attitude parameters of human body are adjusted by means of mechanical analysis model and inertial parameter analysis method. The simulation results show that the inversion simulation control has better convergence, higher control quality, and better inverse simulation performance in the process of physical training, which can effectively guide physical training and improve the effect of physical training.

Background. The average adult human body of 70 kilograms consists in about 67.85% water distributed evenly to an average of 70 % in all major organs of the body: skin, muscles, brain, spinal cord, liver, heart, lungs, spleen, kidneys, pancreas and gastro-intestinal tract. A smaller percentage is found in the bones (30%), teeth (5%) and fat tissue (50%). Objective. This review article attempts to present different perspectives on the physiological properties of water in the human body. We describe from the ancient Chinese medicine theory about water being one of the 5 elements of nature and its harmonious interrelation with the other elements in order to balance the human body, to the successful experiments of researchers which demonstrated waters’ capability to change its molecular structure based on feelings, intentions and energy it was exposed to. We briefly describe the role of water for the human body and what effects can the lack of it have, especially dehydration with all the phases of severity. Also, we present the health benefits of drinking water and which type of water is best to consume. We shorty review the different types of natural mineral waters in Romania and the importance of the Romanian researches for balneology and how the waters cand be administrated in crenotherapy for different types of pathologies. Methods. To elaborate our systematic review, we have searched for relevant open access articles and review articles in ISI Web of Science, published from January 2017 until August 2021. The terms used were water AND health in the title. Articles were excluded in the second phase if they did not reach the relevance citation criterion. The eligible articles were analyzed in detail regarding water importance for human health. Results. Our search identified, first, 548 articles. After applying a PEDro like selection filter and, we selected 93 articles with a minimum of 8 points on our PEDro like filtering scale (good, very good, and excellent articles with a minimum of 5 citations per year). Detailed analysis of the 93 selected articles has conducted us to the elimination of 33 of them as being on a different subject than that of our article. To the 60 full articles retained for this systematic and synthetic article, we have added 10 articles found through a separate Google search, as being considered of high relevance for our subject and necessary to be included. Conclusions. Water is essential for the entire planet and also indispensable for the survival of the human body. This health paper analysis discusses what experts think about the work of the COVID-19 vaccine in the human body. This study is part of general public health literacy. To facilitate the discussion, we obtained data through a Google search engine on many well-known publications concerned with health issues, especially the coronavirus prevention vaccination program. The publication journals we mean are Medpub, Google Book, Esavier, Sagepub, Academic research, Taylor and France, and several other publications. We managed this paper in a qualitative design for secondary data exploration. Meanwhile, our research efforts are carried out. Namely, we use data coding, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to draw conclusions that can answer the questions of this study validly and reliably. The result is that vaccine programs function by training the immune system to detect and fight viruses and bacteria. Do this; pathogenic molecules must be delivered into the body to elicit an immune response. These molecules, known as antigens, can be found in all viruses and bacteria.

Building muscle at a rate faster than the human body would under normal circumstances is of great importance in skills and activities that require intense muscular effort. Although physical training stands as the backbone of muscle building, physiological variations make it an unfair yardstick in measuring individual efforts. Other methods of muscle building such as specialized nutrition and the use of digestive enzymes in breaking down proteins for quick absorption are also commonly used together with physical training. The use of anabolic substances however, has proved more successful than any of the aforementioned methods. Nevertheless, with it come ethical, legal and clinical issues especially in sports. In spite of this, athletes still find ways of circumventing test protocols which has been a major issue for the World Anti-Doping Agency .However, advancements in science have opened the doorway for anabolic enzymes which are the ultimate muscle growers to be more or less, directly manipulated. One method is gene doping which involves altering gene expressions. The future of muscle building lies on man’s ability to decisively alter the functioning of these enzymes directly.

The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of running training on adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) response in rats to swimming or cage-switch stress to determine whether, after physical training, a cross-adaptation develops in the ACTH responses induced by different types of stresses. Rats were trained by two different kinds of exercises and for two different periods of training: 1) swimming for 4 wk (4W-swimming), 2) running for 4 wk (4W-running), and 3) running for 10 wk (10W-running). Remaining rats were used for control for 4 wk (4W-control) and 10 wk (10W-control). The ACTH response induced by swimming stress was reduced after training by swimming (62.4%) or by running (13.8–16.4%). These training periods also attenuated the ACTH response induced by cage-switch stress (62.4% in the swimming group, 23.8–34.6% in the running groups). After swimming stress, the 4W-swimming and 10W-running groups showed smaller increases in blood glucose than the control groups. In addition, the increased levels of blood lactate in all the trained rats were significantly smaller than those in the control groups, suggesting that an adaptation was achieved after physical training. These results suggest that after running training, cross-adaptation is developed in the ACTH response induced by different types of physical (swimming) or psychological (cage-switch) stresses.

Hydroxyapatite bioceramics has attracted many material scientists as it is the main constituent of the bone and the teeth in human body. The synthesis of the bioceramics has been performed for years. Nowadays, the synthetic work is not only focused on the hydroapatite but also on the fluorapatite and chlorapatite bioceramics since later materials have also biological compatibility with human tissues; and they may also be very promising for clinic purpose. However, in comparison of the synthetic bioceramics with natural one on microstructure, a great differences were observed according to our previous results. We have investigated these differences further in this work since they are very important to appraise the synthetic bioceramics for their clinic application.The synthetic hydroxyapatite and chlorapatite were prepared according to A. Krajewski and A. Ravaglioli and their recent work. The briquettes from different hydroxyapatite or chlorapatite powders were fired in a laboratory furnace at the temperature of 900-1300°C. The samples of human enamel selected for the comparison with synthetic bioceramics were from Chinese adult teeth.

This is a combined study of two diffirent branches, photogrammetry and morphology of blood cells. The three dimensional quantitative analysis of erythrocytes using SEMP technique, electron computation technique and photogrammetry theory has made it possible to push the study of mophology of blood cells from LM, TEM, SEM to a higher stage, that of SEM P. A new path has been broken for deeply study of morphology of blood cells.In medical view, the abnormality of the quality and quantity of erythrocytes is one of the important changes of blood disease. It shows the abnormal blood—making function of the human body. Therefore, the study of the change of shape on erythrocytes is the indispensable and important basis of reference in the clinical diagnosis and research of blood disease.The erythrocytes of one normal person, three PNH Patients and one AA patient were used in this experiment. This research determines the following items: Height;Length of two axes (long and short), ratio; Crevice in depth and width of cell membrane; Circumference of erythrocytes; Isoline map of erythrocytes; Section map of erythrocytes.
