<p><em>This research was conducted in order to uncover the effect of Reputasi Perusahaan, Kepuasan Merek and Sikap Merek, both direct and indirectly toward Loyalitas Konsumen in the Indonesian airlines industry. This research implemented survey method in which a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who participated in this research. After a thorough analysis, all of the data had been deemed valid and usable to be further processed in this research. All of the data were then further analyzed by using Partial Least Suares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by using SmartPLS 3.2.8 modeling software. Based on the results of the data analysis, authors would like to conclude that both Reputasi Perusahaan and Kepuasan Merek had a positive impact on Loyalitas Konsumen, both directly and indirectly through Sikap Merek, in the Indonesian airlines industry.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia</strong> Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh reputasi perusahaan, kepuasan merek dan sikap merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada industri penerbangan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode survei, dimana kuesioner dipilih dan digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden yang berpartisipasi didalam penelitian ini. Adapun kuesioner akan disebarkan kepada 300 responden yang berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini, dimana berdasarkan hasil analisis awal terhadap data penelitian, seluruh data dinyatakan valid dan dapat digunakan didalam penelitian ini. Setelah seluruh data berhasil dikumpulkan, maka data selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2.8. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa reputasi perusahaan dan kepuasan merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui sikap merek, pada industri penerbangan di Indonesia.</p><p> </p>

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh overallservice qualityterhadap customer loyalty melalui mediasi company reputation, customer trust, dan switching costpada Industri Perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei terhadap pelangganIndustri Perbankan dengan total 230 sampel di Jakarta. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metodepurposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui Structural Equation Modeling untuk mengujihipotesis, dengan menggunakan software AMOS 22.0. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalahcustomer loyalty dipengaruhi oleh switching cost, customer trust, company reputation dan overallservice quality. Switching cost paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh customer trust. Temuan lain adalahbahwa customer loyalty paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh overall service quality. Studi ini memberikankontribusi teoritis dalam bentuk model alternatif customer loyalty dalam industri perbankan danmemberikan implikasi manajerial bagi manajemen bank.

This study analyzes the quality dimension of customer service at PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method by disseminating questionnaires to customers in PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia as the respondent. Quantitative research method using technical analysis structural equation modeling (SEM) with application AMOS 22. The study used samples from 155 respondents. The results showed that the quality dimension of services such as responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.

Saat ini smartphone menjadi instrumen yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Penggunaan smartphone juga memicu tumbuhnya berbagai mobile commerce (m-commerce) di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena smartphone dapat menjadi sarana periklanan, promosi, dan transaksi jual beli. Salah satu perusahaan yang memanfaatkan hal ini adalah Zalora. Zalora merupakan salah satu perusahaan m-commerce dalam bidang fashion dengan pengunjung tertinggi di Indonesia. Namun, saat ini belum diketahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kecenderungan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kepuasan, serta kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Zalora. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei terhadap mobile buyers dari aplikasi zalora. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, kepuasan dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan E-Commerce Zalora. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas,  Mobile Commerce, Zalora  Smartphones are becoming very important instruments in the business and marketing world today. The use of smartphones also trigger the growth of various mobile commerce (m-commerce) in Indonesia. This is because smartphones can be a means of advertising, promotion, and buying and selling transactions. One company that utilizes this is Zalora. Zalora is one of the m-commerce companies in the field of fashion with the highest visitors in Indonesia. However, it is not currently known whether there is a relationship between trends in use of information and communication technology, satisfaction, and trust in customer loyalty to Zalora. Data collection method used in this research is survey method to mobile buyers from zalora application. The data collected were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that, satisfaction and trust have a positive influence on customer loyalty E-Commerce Zalora.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. AbstractStress is concomitant with students’ life and can have a significant impact on their lives, and even how they go about their academic work. Globally, in every five visits by patients to the doctor, three are stress-related problems. This study examined stress and its impact on the academic and social life among students of a university in Ghana. The descriptive cross-sectional survey design was employed. Using the stratified and simple random (random numbers) sampling methods, 500 regular undergraduate students were engaged in the study. A questionnaire made up of Perceived Stress Scale and Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale was used to gather data for the study. Frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with AMOS were used for the analyses. It was found that majority of the students were moderately stressed. Paramount among the stressors were academic stressors, followed by institutional stressors, and external stressors. Stress had a significant positive impact on the academic and social life of students. It was concluded that undergraduate students, in one way or the other, go through some kind of stress during the course of their study. It was recommended that the university, through its Students’ Affairs, and Counselling Sections, continue to empower students on how to manage and deal with stress in order to enhance their academic life.

This paper investigates how customer loyalty can be enhanced by improving customers’ perceptions of corporate fairness towards public authorities, taking into account the mediating role of customer-company identification, in a multi-sectorial context, in a developing country in Central and Eastern Europe. The investigation is conducted comparatively within four main industries (telecom services, retail banking services, dairy products and personal care products) and depicts the particular impact these perceptions have on customer loyalty in each domain, with practical implications concerning corporate social responsibility (CSR) communications. A consumer survey was designed and implemented among a sample of 1464 customers from Romania. The collected data was analyzed by means of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). We found that customers’ perception of corporate fairness towards public authorities has a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty in all investigated industries, both directly and indirectly via customer-company identification, with a higher impact for services, especially for retail banking services.

Purpose This study aims to build on the trait activation and interactionist perspective theories to investigate the effect of frontline employees’ (FLEs) willingness to take risks on hotel guest loyalty by assessing the mediating role of their innovative behaviors. It also examines whether decentralization strengthens the positive impact of willingness to take risks on innovative behavior and, subsequently, customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach The authors collected multilevel data from various sources – hotel FLEs (n = 183), hotel operation managers (n = 46) and hotel guests/customers (n = 266) – from five-star hotels operating in Dubai. Structural equation modeling and PROCESS macro (version 3.5) were used to analyze the data. Findings The findings showed that willingness to take risks indirectly (via innovative behaviors) affects guest/customer loyalty positively. This effect is strengthened when the hotel is decentralized. Practical implications This study provides insight into how hotel managers can foster customer loyalty. More specifically, they can do so by establishing employees’ innovative behaviors triggered by employees’ positive personality traits and by giving employees more autonomy. Originality/value The present study addresses recent calls to investigate the positive impact of FLEs’ personality traits, attitudes and behaviors on customer loyalty.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of retailer trustworthiness in driving customer trust and the subsequent impact on loyalty. The authors position trustworthiness as a mediator in the link between retail strategies and the development of trust. They model customer loyalty to the service retailer as a function of the trust created through trustworthy perceptions. Design/methodology/approach – The authors validate their model using 420 survey responses from customers in a service retail setting. Nine research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. Alternate models are estimated, and the results provide support for the theory-based trustworthiness mediation model. Findings – Trustworthy behaviors first build trustworthiness, which then translates into customer trust and ultimately has a positive impact on both behavioral and attitudinal loyalty. Research limitations/implications – The research highlights the importance for retailers to signal their trustworthiness to build customer trust and loyalty. Researchers should measure trustworthiness perceptions when examining customer relationships and managers should plan strategically to develop both trust and trustworthiness with their customers. Originality/value – This study is one of the first to investigate the mediating effect of trustworthiness on customer loyalty in service settings. While past research has investigated dimensions of trustworthy behaviors, none has included a measure of trustworthiness perceptions and consumer trust in the same theoretical model. The results of the research provide important insights for both researchers and managers.

Abstract The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Oleh karena itu, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah sebanyak 203 responden. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan demi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi.
