Manufacture Information Technology Asset Portfolios is a document contains some information technology investments to manufacture asset that can be used as a reference in determining the right business strategy for the purpose or performance to be achieved, in this case operational efficiency or organizational innovation.The industrial of environment where a firm competes will have a moderating effect on the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency or organizational innovation. This research aims to identify and analyze the industrial environment influence of the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency. This research is quantitative, and using secondary data in the form of annual report of manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2009-2011. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling criteria are manufacturing companies revealed that manufacture information technology asset in the annual report company. Data analysis was performed with the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with moderating regression analysis (MRA) method. The results of the research showed that the industrial of environment statistically has positive and significant influence to the relation between manufacture information technology asset portfolios with operational efficiency. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

This study examines the impact of environmental and social costs on performance of Nigerian manufacturing companies. With the use of secondary data, sourced from ten (10) randomly selected firms’ annual report and financial summary 2014. The study makes use of t- test of Spss version 20 for the analysis of collected data. Finding from the analysis shows that the sample companies environmental and social cost significantly affect Net profit margin, Earnings per share and Return on capital employed of manufacturing companies. The researchers recommended that government should ensure complete adherence of environmental laws by manufacturing companies in Nigeria.

This study examines the impact of technology on the performance of financial investment in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange to prove its influence on the development of the banking company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data uses financial statements that have been audited. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Results showed that between investments in information technology affect the company's financial performance. The results of this study illustrate that the company's financial performance would be if the investment in information technology in the company are used effectively and efficiently. This research is important for companies and organizations, in order to better the use or utilization of information technology in the enterprise. The company is only limited to the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, then further research is recommended to add criteria and indicator others that have not been addressed in this study, in addition to subsequent authors can also extend the sample population to another company with a different field such as manufacturing companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent commissioners and audit committees on earnings management. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study are secondary data, i.e. data obtained through existing sources and do not need to be collected by the researcher themselves. The data is in the form of an annual report issued by companies listed in the 2015-2017 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners and the audit committee had no simultaneous effect on earnings management. This is consistent with the results of the simultaneous regression coefficient test (Test F) which shows the calculated F value is smaller than the F table, and with a determinant value of 3.1%. Partially the independent board of comissioners and audit committee has no effect on earnings management. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient test (t test) on the variable independent commissioners and the audit committee showed a significance value greater than 0.05, so it was concluded that the two variables in this study had no effect on earnings management.Keywords: Audit Committee, Independent Board of Commissioners, Profit Management, Finance

This study aims to examine the effect of business strategy and financial leverage as moderated by corporate governance in predicting real earnings management. This type of research is a causal association with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2019. The sampling technique in this study using the purposive sampling technique, there are 80 manufacturing companies used as research samples. The business strategy variables are measured by the cost leadership strategy model for the current year. Earnings management variables are calculated by aggregating the triggering factors for earnings management, namely sales manipulation, overproduction, and discretionary spending. The leverage variable is calculated by the ratio of debt to assets and the moderating variable is measured by the proportion of share ownership by the managerial party. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is the multiple regression method which is processed using the SPSS 16 application. The results show that business strategy, financial leverage has a significant positive effect on real earnings management, CG can increase or weaken the relationship between business strategy, leverage on real earnings management but not significantly

Automotive sales industries and businesses are businesses that have a great contribution to economic growth in the country.  Competition in the automotive sales business is also getting higher so it requires the need for the right business strategy to survive and grow. Most of these automotive businesses have utilized Information Technology (IT) to support their operations. However, the capability in planning, managing and implementing Information Systems and Information Technology (SI/IT) that is linked to the company's business strategy has not been fully implemented. Therefore, Strategic Planning of Information Systems is currently one of the keys in achieving the company's goals that must be aligned with the business strategy set by the company. The role of SI/IT should not only be an operational automation tool but more than that as an organizational key enabler.  The study was conducted for modeling SI/IT strategy plan based on Hyundai's business strategy using Ward & Peppard methodology, analysis with SWOT, Value Chain, Five Force which then mapped into Critical Succes Factor to obtain possible SI/IT strategies.   Keywords: Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Automotive Industry   Abstrak   Industri dan bisnis penjualan otomotif merupakan bisnis yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negeri ini.  Persaingan pada bisnis penjualan otomotif juga makin tinggi sehingga membutuhkan kebutuhan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk bertahan dan tumbuh berkembang. Sebagian besar bisnis otomotif ini telah memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi (TI) untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Namun kemampuan dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan serta implementasi Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) yang dihubungkan dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan masih belum diterapkan sepenuhnya. Untuk itu Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi saat ini merupakan salah satu kunci dalam pencapaian sasaran perusahaan yang harus diselaraskan dengan strategi bisnis yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Peranan SI/TI yang ada sebaiknya tidak hanya sebagai alat otomasi operasional namun lebih dari itu sebagai key enabler organisasi.  Kajian yang dilakukan untuk pemodelan rencana strategi SI/TI berdasar strategi bisnis Hyundai dengan menggunakan metodologi Ward & Peppard, analisis dengan SWOT, Value Chain, Five Force yang kemudian dipetakan ke dalam Critical Succes Factor untuk mendapatkan strategi-strategi SI/TI yang memungkinkan. This study aims to analyze the effect of business strategy, leverage, profitability and sales growth on tax avoidance. Sample companies involved in tax avoidance were obtained from surveys of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data covers a period of four years from 2014 to 2017. The sample used is secondary data originating from the IDX.com website with the sampling technique that is the purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows (1) Business strategy has a positive influence on tax avoidance (2) leverage has a positive influence on tax avoidance (3) profitability has no effect on tax avoidance (4) sales growth has an influence positive for tax avoidance

The purpose of this research is to empirically prove how gender diversity and the size of the board have an impact on the dividends paid to investors in manufacturing companies. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. This research sample is secondary data from the annual report of manufacturing companies for the 2016-2019 period. The software used in this research is the eviews 10 program. This research provides the following results: (1) that the gender diversity of board members in manufacturing companies does not affect dividend payments; and (2) the size of the board of directors in manufacturing companies does not affect dividend payments/dividend payments in manufacturing companies. The implication of this research is to give advice to companies to recruit more board members to force companies to better protect and prioritize the interests of shareholders through cash disbursement in the form of dividends, so that they will be able to attract investors to invest. Contribute by increasing knowledge related to research on what things encourage dividend payments to investors. These factors include gender diversity and the size of the company's board members.Tujuan riset ini adalah membuktikan secara empiris bagaimana keragaman gender dan ukuran anggota dewan berdampak terhadap dividen yang dibayarkan untuk investor perusahaan manufaktur. Riset ini memakai metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel riset ini berupa data sekunder dari laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur periode 2016-2019. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan riset ini adalah program eviews 10. Riset ini memberikan hasil: (1) bahwa keragaman gender anggota dewan di perusahaan manufaktur tidak mempengaruhi pembayaran dividen; dan (2) ukuran dewan direksi pada perusahaan manufaktur tidak mempengaruhi pembayaran dividen/pembayaran dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur. Implikasi riset ini yaitu memberikan saran ke perusahaan untuk merekrut banyak anggota dewan untuk memaksa perusahaan lebih melindungi dan mengutamakan kepentingan pemegang saham melalui pencairan kas dalam bentuk deviden, sehingga akan mampu menarik investor untuk berinvestasi. Berkontribusi dengan menambah pengetahuan terkait riset mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang mendorong pembayaran dividen kepada investor. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi keragaman gender dan ukuran anggota dewan perusahaan.

Rapid growth in technologies and competitive business environments have brought significant changes in management accounting practices in the manufacturing industries. To cope with these changes a good number of management accounting tools have been developed in helping managerial decisions both at operating and strategic levels. Researchers have identified that the implementation of such tools in developed countries brought success in decision making though research in this particular area in less developed countries, especially in Bangladesh, is not significant yet. Thus, this research aimed to explain the changes that have taken place and the factors behind the changes in management accounting practices (MAP) in manufacturing industries. The listed manufacturing companies in Bangladesh consist of the population and sample of the study. Factor reduction techniques were used to analyze the influencing variables behind the changes in MAP. The paper reveals that the changes that have taken place from 2001 to 2010 period in MAP are mainly in the operational areas while after 2011 the changes in MAP have mostly taken place in the area of strategic decision making. The factors behind the changes are categorized under the heads of Changes in Business and Organization Strategy and Changes in Manufacturing and Information Technology by applying factor analysis. This research aims to know the influence of EPS, ROI and EVA against the stock return company automotive in indonesia stock exchange (idx) period of 2014 – 2017. This type of research using quantitative (Eksplanatory Research). The population of the research was a manufacturing company in particular the automotive industry by using purposive sampling methods, where there are sample amounted to 12 companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from annual report of manufacturing companies in particular the automotive industry from the year 2014-2017. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable EPS, ROI and EVA simultaneously has effect significantly to stock return. While partially EPS positive effect significantly to stock return, ROI positive effect significantly to stock return but EVA has not positive effect significant against stock return.
