The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the people's economy, even in matters of meeting daily food needs. Urban communities are required to limit their activities to leave their homes, keep their distance from other people, and avoid crowds during the pandemic period as recommended by government health protocols. Food is one of the basic needs that must be fulfilled every day by the community. The online food purchasing system is an alternative solution to this problem. Then an analysis of the factors that influence urban communities to purchase food online during the pandemic is carried out. The research was conducted in Malang City, East Java Province in June-September 2020. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method using an online questionnaire. The samples were determined using a convenience sampling technique with 100 respondents who purchased food online during the pandemic. The results showed that psychology and perception variables had a significant and positive effect, while social variables had a significant and negative effect on online food purchases during the Covid-19 pandemic.

CSR has become one of the imperative implements in satisfying customers. The impartial of this research is to calculate CSR, relationship marketing, and customer satisfaction. There is no more study accompanied in Pakistan to quantify the effect of CSR and relationship marketing on the relationship maintainer and customer loyalty. To find out deductive approach and survey method is used as research approach and research strategy respectively. This research design is descriptive and quantitative study. For data, collection questionnaire method with semantic differential scale and seven point scales are adopted. Data has been collected by adopting the non-probability convenience technique as sampling technique and the sample size is 400. For factor confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling and medication analysis, regression analysis Amos software were used. Strong empirical evidence supports that the customer’s perception of CSR performance is highly influenced by the values

This study aim was to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with survey method. The population in this study were Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 235 respondents. The technique of collecting data used an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was bootstrapping method using macro PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, and there is the effect of e service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through Gojek Yogyakarta customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the e-service quality variable mediation coefficient of 0,0442; the mediation coefficient of price perception variable is 0,0404; and the mediation coefficient of sales promotion variable is 0.0676.

This study is a study that examines the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with work motivation as a moderating variable in public sector organizations in the Regional Work Units (SKPD) of Pesisir Selatan Regency at 2020. Work as a palm oil mill worker is a job at risk of exposure to noise that exceeds the threshold value. The purpose of this study was to measure the intensity of noise on the occurrence of hearing complaints, psychological disturbances and Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) on workers and analyze the relationship of worker characteristics; age, length of service, use of Ear Protective Equipment (EPE) and knowledge of hearing complaints, psychological disorders and NIHL disorders. The research approach used in this research is survey method using cross sectional analytic research design with sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 40 workers. Data were collected by measuring noise intensity, questionnaires and audiometry inspection. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analyzes were processed using Spearman test. The result of the research shows that there is a considerable noise hazard in the work environment of PT. GBI, while the potential impact experienced by workers due to noise in low risk levels. The relation between factory noise intensity and worker characteristic; age, working period, knowledge and compliance of EPE usage in general have no significant relation to the incidence of hearing complaints, psychological disorders and NIHL disorders in workers, except in the variable level of knowledge with psychological disorders have a significant relationship.

<p class="Style1">Tax compliance is an important aspect to achieve maximum tax revenue target. This study aims to determine the relationship among variables Knowledge Taxpayer, Rates &amp; Tax Base, Complexity of The Rules, Tax Fairness, Administration and Advertisement Tax Procedures , Quality of Tax Officer, Penalties, Inspection And Control of The Billboard with the compliance of advertisement tax to the Local Tax Department of DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted by questionnaire survey method. The population in this study is advertisement tax payer, the one who serving advertisement in Jakarta. The sampling technique is purposive sampling random sampling, which in this case is limited to a specific subject that can provide the desired information. A total of 100 samples was selected based on the selection of this sample. The data was processed by multiple regression method. The results of this study show that the variable Taxpayers Knowledge, Tax fairness, Sanctions and Investigation and Control Billboard positive effect on advertisement tax compliance on the Local Tax Department of DKI Jakarta. Rates and Tax Base, as well as the complexity of the Regulation have a negative effect on the advertisement tax compliance. While the service factors that Administration and Procedures and Officer quality does not affect the advertisement tax.</p>

The existence of students' negative views on mathematics causes anxiety and procrastination. This study aims to determine the effect of mathematical anxiety and academic procrastination on mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Balikpapan. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with survey method. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Balikpapan, as many as 362 students and a total sample of 72 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Instruments used in this study was questionnaires and test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t-test). The results obtained a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05, it could be concluded that there was a significant influence of mathematics anxiety and academic procrastination on mathematics learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Balikpapan. The results of the study showed that mathematics anxiety had a significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes with a significance value of 0,023 < 0,05. Then, academic procrastination has a significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes with a significance value of 0,012 < 0,05.

A successful social campaign was created from elements such a specific targeted audience, campaign messages, developed theory of change, and use a proper communicator. The elements formulated in the rhetoric theory: credibility, emotions, messages. The elements were conducted in a campaign called “Love Myself” by BTS, a K-pop group. This study was conducted to figure out the effect of credibility, the quality of the emotional approach, and the quality of the messages from K-pop group BTS on the effectiveness of the campaign “Love Myself”. This study uses a rhetoric theory that focuses on the aspects of ethos (credibility), pathos (emotions), and logos (logic). This study uses a survey method, especially an online questionnaire. Non-probability sampling is a sampling technique where not every population has a chance to become a sample. Quota sampling where the quota set first by the researcher. The population is total followers of Twitter account @armyindonesiaa2 and the number of sampling, 395. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The result presents the final model where six relation variables are not significant. Based on the test model, the final model is no longer suitable for use as a research model compared to the hypothetical model. The largest  total effect result, forming from variable effectiveness of the campaign “Love Myself”. The process of this research concluded that the credibility and emotional approach of K-pop group BTS has no contribution to the effectiveness of the campaign “Love Myself”.

This study aimed to determine the effects of the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. In this study, the researcher conducted the sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by survey method. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The total sample was 35 respondents. This analysis used SPSS 16 for windows. The data was analyzed by validity, reliability test, classic assumtion test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research by partial test (t test) showed that job satisfaction, work motivation positive affected on turnover intention. Then the organization commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results by simultaneous test (F test) indicated that job satisfaction, working motivation and organizational commitment had positive effects on turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the TPK characteristic variables, the suitability of compensation, internal control systems, and ethical culture have an influence on fraud procurement of goods / services. The study was conducted at the Village Government Agency in Central Lombok Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data collected by survey method through sending questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used was Claster Random Sampling, so that 195 people were obtained in 65 villages in Central Lombok Regency. The results showed that the characteristics of the Activity Management Team (TPK) and ethical culture had a significant negative effect on goods / services procurement fraud, compensation suitability had a significant positive effect on goods / services procurement fraud, while the internal control system had no effect on goods / services procurement fraud. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence and love of money on student attitudes regarding professional ethics of accountants. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using primary data. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 107 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive effect on student attitudes regarding professional ethics of accountants while love of money has a negative effect on student attitudes regarding professional ethics of accountants. Practical implications for students that they must prepare for their ethical attitude before entering the workforce.
