This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and whether the work environment moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The variables studied were work discipline, employee performance, and work environment. The method of determining the sample by means of saturated samples, then all populations are used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment is able to moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research shows that by increasing work discipline will improve employee performance, and a good work environment will improve employee work discipline.

The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the sample is 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the partial test results found that incentives and social security have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Gondari Media Pratama Padang because the significant value <alpha (α) = 0.05. The results of testing together found that incentives and social security have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gondari Media Pratama Padang because the significant value <alpha (α) = 0.05. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination is known as Adjusted R-Square value of 0.480, meaning that the ability of the incentive variable (X1) and social security (X2) explains work performance by only 48% while the remaining 52% is explained by other variables not used in this study. Keywords: Incentives, Social Security and Job Performance.

This research tested the hypothesis that there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistic method. The results showed that firm size variables have no effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has positive influence to firm value. While simultaneously there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to firm value with coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained equal to 0,28, indicating that 28% company value can be influenced by firm size, leverage, and profitability, while side 72% The value of the company is influenced by the variables that are not examined in this research. The limitations of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability on firm value.
