The study aimed to identify the impact level of administrative empowerment on employees' creativity at Kamaran Factory. The analytical descriptive method was used and the study population consisted of all the employees (400) who work in the factory. 133 employees were selected for the study using the random stratified method. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample and the SPSS V20 package was used for the statistical analysis. Major study findings revealed that there were varying degrees of the level of practicing administrative empowerment and the employees' creativity in favor of the dependent variable (employees' creativity). There was also a statistically direct effect of the independent variable (administrative empowerment) on the employees' creativity at Kamaran factory.  Further, (44%) of the variables that occur in the employees' creativity were attributed to the variables which occur in the administrative empowerment, and the remaining (56%) were attributed to other factors which are beyond the scope of this study. This study aims to investigate the effect of governance in strengthening the organizational immunity in the Greater Madaba municipality. The study includes two variables, an independent variable, governance and four dimensions including organizational justice, accountability, sustainability, and transparency, and the dependent variable is organizational immunity. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (30) items that included the independent variables, organizational justice, accountability, sustainability, and transparency, and the dependent variable, organizational immunity, and it was distributed to employees of the Greater Madaba municipality, where the researcher used the random sample method, as the size of the study population reached (210) employees. The study used a sample size of 136. The study found a set of results, including the level of both organizational immunity and governance in Greater Madaba municipality, was high, according to the viewpoint of the sample members, and the existence of a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α ≤ 5%) of governance with its combined dimensions, organizational justice, accountability, sustainability, and transparency, on the organizational immunity in the Greater Madaba municipality. Likewise, the absence of a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α ≤ 5%) for sustainability was one of the governance dimensions in organizational immunity in Greater Madaba, and there was no effect of transparency on regulatory immunity. The study recommends that the Municipality of Madaba focus on providing programs to develop employees and involve them in training courses in institutes, specialized centers, and universities and pay attention to sustainability and transparency.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

This is a descriptive study and different questionnaires were used to collect the data. The study population consisted of all managers and educational assistants of both sexes. In this study, a multi-stage cluster sampling method was used, based on Yamane formula, sample size was calculated 150. For processing and data analysis, SPSS software and descriptive statistics with central indexes, distribution, frequency tables and charts and to rule out or prove the research hypothesis, inferential statistics (T) are used for two independent groups. The result shows that in high schools the impact of principals and educational assistants’ knowledge toward their managerial function are meaningful and decisive. The deeper the information, knowledge and skills of principals and educational assistants of the goals of high school, their managerial performance will be better.</span>

The purpose of this study was to illustrate the level of taxpayer compliance, the tax audit intensity, and the tax revenue as well as the influence of taxpayer compliance and tax audit intensity either simultaneously or partially on tax revenue, and the influence of the tax audit intensity of the interaction level of taxpayer compliance on tax revenue in the Tax Office Primary Kuningan. The hypothesis that the authors propose was the level of taxpayer compliance and tax audit intensity simultaneously affect the tax revenue, the level of taxpayer compliance a positive effect on tax revenue, tax audit intensity positive effect on tax revenue, tax audit intensity positive effect on the interaction level of taxpayer compliance on tax revenue. This research was conducted by using descriptive method verifikatif with quantitative approach. The study population was taxpayer compliance data, the realization of tax audits, and tax revenue to the Tax Office Primary Kuningan. Sampling using non probability sampling was purposive sampling technique in order to obtain samples of the data that taxpayer compliance, realization of tax audits, and tax revenue to the Tax Office Primary Kuningan for 5 years was from the year 2009 until the year 2013 in the form of data analysis tools description and analysis of statistical analysis through regression analysis moderating. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Tax Office Primary Kuningan generally have high levels of tax compliance, tax audit intensity, and tax revenues were likely to increase each semester with an average of 15583.50 respectively SPT, 16017.4010 tens of millions of dollars, and 59.8960 tens of millions of dollars. Statistical analysis showed that the level of taxpayer compliance and tax audit intensity simultaneously and significantly influential to tax revenues, the level of taxpayer compliance was significantly positive effect on the increase in tax revenue, tax audit intensity was significantly positive effect on tax revenue, and the tax audit intensity significantly positive effect on the interaction level of taxpayer compliance on tax revenues.

In the modern era, Javanese culture began to be swept aside by foreign cultures, besides that Javanese also began to be forgotten because many young people lacked much Javanese language, this was due to lack of Javanese language education being applied in schools. The purpose of this study is to provide a way for young people to better understand the importance of Javanese in preserving Javanese culture. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using an observation and case study approach. The results obtained in this research based on descriptive qualitative methods are increasing the sensitivity of the community, especially young people, about the role of Javanese language education in the preservation of Javanese culture, especially in the modern era. Considering that many young people today do not understand the importance of Javanese language education in preserving Javanese culture. This research is also intended to preserve Javanese culture itself. Through the research objectives, the impact that occurs is the sensitivity of young people to the role of Javanese language education and the preservation of Javanese culture itself.

The research dealt with the influence of leadership in creating creativity and developing performance. Case study (Saudi Company for Hotels and Tourism Areas). The research relied on the following hypotheses: Administrative leadership plays a key role in the development of the performance of the employees of Saudi Hotels and Tourism Areas. There is a positive relationship between the ownership of the administrative leaders of the Saudi Company for Hotels and Touristic Areas of the personality and characteristics of the administrative leader and the ownership of managers. A statistically significant relationship between the manager's practices (the leader) and the impact of these practices on the loyalty of employees and their desire to work. The descriptive descriptive method and the historical narrative were used in preparing the study. The researcher treated the data obtained from the field study statistically using the SPSS. The study reached many conclusions, the most important of which is to prove the validity of the above hypotheses. The research also reached many recommendations that can be of benefit to the decision makers in the private and public sectors, the most important of which is: increasing the interest in the humanitarian aspect in dealing between presidents and subordinates. Study the conditions of employees in the Saudi Company for Hotels and Tourist Areas and work to solve the problems facing them. Work on improving the environment of the administrative environment in Saudi Hotels and Tourist Areas.

<p><em>Dayu Village which located in Gondangrejo Subdistrict, Karangnyar Regency has the potential disaster multi risks. Therefore, necessary to increase the capacity of Dayu Village community in facing disaster multi risks as anticipatory effort to minimize the impact of losses disasters in the future. The research used quantitative descriptive method with scoring and overlay analysis techniques, while for increasing community capacity through socialization related to the physical conditions of the area, FGD, participatory mapping, training and making evacuation routes. Based on the analysis results, it is known that Dayu Village has high level of disaster multi-risk. The results of FGD and participatory mapping showed that there were 6 points landslide and 1 point flood in Dusun Dayu  and 4 landslide points and 2 flood points in Dusun Tanjung. These location points used as reference in determining the location of the gathering point along with the evacuation route to that gathering point.</em></p>

In this study, we are researching the impact of immigration on acquiring the heritage language in Iranian immigrant families to Georgia whose children age was between 3 to 15 years. The methodology used in this research is a survey study in the Iranian community, and the results methodology is questionnaires. According to the answers and the independent variable which is immigration, the result has shown that Iranian immigrant families to Georgia try to keep their heritage language even though some families were multinational. People are immigrating in the 21st century more than ever. This result is that people are being separated from their mother tongue and joining a new world and language. One of the challenges people face is how to preserve their heritage language while it faces a variety of obstacles that may be lost by its speakers. In this research, we study the effects of immigration on language knowledge from each side in addition to find out how the immigrant family’s children acquire languages.

Now passenger awareness levels on cell phone use in planes are down due to ignorance.Effective education and the availability of adequate facilities in aircraft can increase passenger knowledge and awareness of wise use of cell phones.Therefore, safety is so important and a top priority that passengers need to understand the impact of cell phones on aircraft. This article is designed to raise passenger awareness for the use of cell phones on boardkelas. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a business-class economy case study approach. Studies have shown that effective education and adequate facilities can reduce the potential dangers of cell phone use.

The study was conducted to examine the impact of on-the- job training on employee performance by using a questionnaire for collecting responses from the sample to check the above relation through SPSS 16. Data reduction technique was used to form the factors from number of variables and then linear regression was applied by putting employee performance as a dependent variable and training as a independent variable. Study concluded that 50% of employee performance depends on- the- job training.
