The phenomenon of using gadgets among school-age children is increasing. One of the factors that causes it is the lack of assistance from parents in terms of using gadgets in children. In addition, the lack of understanding by parents regarding the use of healthy gadgets for children also has an impact on children's psychosocial development. This service activity is carried out in the form of providing education which aims to increase the knowledge of children and parents about the use of good gadgets in Penglipuran Village, Bangli Regency, Bali. Education was held on the fourth week of October 2018 which was attended by 35 children and 25 parents. The method used was lectures and discussions each for 60 minutes and giving leaflets. The children's and parents' knowledge was used using a questionnaire given before and after educational activities. Data analysis used the univariate test to describe the mean value of the level of knowledge of children and parents before and after education. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed an increase in children's knowledge from five to eight and parents' knowledge from five to nine after being given education. The results of the service activities concluded that there was an effect of providing education on the level of knowledge of children and parents about the use of good gadgets.

In general, elementary school age children (SD) are experiencing development at their thinking level, elementary school children's thinking stages are still not formal and are still concrete in nature. Therefore, the teacher must present material that is real so that elementary students can understand the concept completely. Based on the results of interviews with several mathematics teachers and principals, information was obtained that mathematics learning is carried out very rarely using media, especially in the form of props or other innovative media. Regarding the above problems, we are interested in conducting training through a community service program entitled "PKM Training on Making Mathematics Learning Media at SDN Jatimekar 02." This PKM is carried out in the form of three meetings training. The training participants were a number of teachers at SDN Jatimekar 02 Pagi. Reading Opening Window The world is a pearl word that describes the importance of reading habits among people. Reading can provide a wealth of knowledge and information from different disciplines in any part of the world. Seeing this, reading has an important role to educate the next generation of the nation. The term reading culture will be a mere discourse if it does not begin with reading habits from an early age. It is the habit that will build the reading culture in Indonesia. According to data from UNESCO in 2012 mentioned that reading interest in Indonesia is only 0.001. That is every 1000 residents only one person who has an interest in reading. The low interest in reading in Indonesia is of particular concern to academics. Teras Library is one of the solutions to instill interest and reading habits in elementary school early on. The habit that is planted early on can be a character that is embedded in students to adulthood. The Teras Library will bring the book closer to the students so that students can read the book casually according to the characteristics of elementary school-age children. With the cultivation of interest and reading habit from an early age, it is expected in the long run there is no longer the term "Generation Zero Book" in Indonesia.

The unbalanced eating behavior of school-age children is influenced by the level of nutritional knowledge. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of media education with videos and pop-up books on the knowledge of balanced nutrition guidelines for elementary school students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The total sample used in the study was 90 students who were taken by probability sampling and then divided into two groups, 45 students were given education with video media (P1) and 45 students were educated with pop-up book media (P2). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney test with a significant level of 0.05. The results obtained are that there is a difference in the level of knowledge of the pop-up book group before and after education (p=0.0001) and there is no difference in the level of knowledge of the video group before and after education (p=1.00). Pop-up book media is more effective in increasing students' knowledge level of balanced nutrition compared to video, so pop-up book media can be an alternative media used to provide education to elementary school students.
