The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of Soil-Transmitted Helminths eggs in caisim (B. chinensis). The research was conducted in a descriptive observational. The research was conducted in July-August 2020 at Parasitology and Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Identification of Soil-Transmitted Helminths eggs from 20 caisim as the samples used NaCl flotation method and were analyzed by using a univariate test with tabulated frequency distribution. The results showed that no Soil-Transmitted Helminths eggs were found in caisim (B. chinensis).

Background: Workers who undertake occupations that require bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, twisting, excessive activity, or repeated movements may suffer from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs can be prevented by doing Workplace Stretching Exercise (WSE) which is useful for minimizing the risk of musculoskeletal injury, fatigue reduction, muscle balance, and posture improvement, and muscle coordination improvement. Purpose: To analyze the difference before and after giving WSE to the reduction of MSDs complaints. Method: This research takes a quantitative approach, utilizing a quasi-experimental design in one group before and after WSE administration. Total sampling is used for sampling. The respondents of this study were 34 workers in the production division of PT Crown Pratama in 2021. The T-paired test was utilized as a statistical test in this study. Result: The results of the univariate test mean MSDs complaints before and after WSE administration were 42.97 and 36.29. Conclusion: The bivariate test revealed differences in complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) before and after workplace stretching exercise.

Data collection was performed using a questionnaire consist of statements answered by selecting a Likert scale. The univariate test utilized mean and standard deviation, which were then categorized. Results: The profile of 100 respondents who have stayed in nature-themed or open-air accommodation during the Covid-19 pandemic most were females, by 56%. Dominant respondent age, including young people with jobs as new employees. This indicates that with a monthly expenditure budget that can belong to the lower middle class, this group has a good interest in staying in open accommodation during the pandemic. This study aimed to analyze the Rhodamine B content in the terasi sold at the Pasar Belik, Pemalang Regency. The study was conducted in a descriptive observational manner where the sample was analyzed qualitatively and if the result were positive it would be followed by quantitative. The study was conducted in December 2020. Rhodamine B content in tersi was analyzed by univariate test. Qualitative analysis was carried out by chemical methods using 10% NaOH, Petroleum Eter and 10% HCl. The results of the qualitative analysis of 7 samples of shrimp paste sold at the Belik Market in Pemalang Regency were all negative and did not contain Rhodamine B. Shrimp samples that were bought and sold at the Pasar Belik in Pemalang Regency showed that they were free from Rhodamine B Keywords: rhodamine B, shrimp paste, qualitative analysis, food additives

The spread of covid-19 is increasingly out of control. Every individual has the potential to transmit covid to other humans. Various recommendations from the government for a healthy life have been made in an effort to break the chain of transmission, however it is not easy to change people's behavior into healthy behavior. This study aims to determine the description of student behavior in the prevention of covid transmission 19. This study is a descriptive study of 110 students residing in the FIKES dormitory of X University, taken using simple random sample technique. Variables are student behavior. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed with the help of Google forms. Data analysis uses univariate test. The results showed that the majority of students namely 57 people (52.8%) had a co-19 prevention behavior with a very bad category. It is recommended that researchers further provide health education to students about clean and healthy living behaviors related to co-19 prevention, given that co-19 transmission is increasingly widespread and has become an epidemic in the world
