This research aims to determine how much influence the credit lending and interest income to profitability on KPRI-UNM. The variables in this research were the distribution of credit (X1), interest income (X2) and profitability (Y). The population included all financial statements on KPRI-UNM in Makassar city and the sample in this research was financial statements on KPRI UNM for the last three years from 2016 until 2018. Data collection techniques used documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T-Test, and F-Test. The results of this research showed that the distribution of credit and interest income partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on profitability

      The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital and working hours either partially or simultaneously on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Gulingan Market with a total sample of 80 respondents. The method used in this research is census technique. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were: 1) Classical Assumption Test which includes: Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test. 2) Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques.      The results showed that capital and working hours simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

Compliance of taxpayers is the behavior of a taxpayer in carrying out tax obligations and using their rights while still adhering to the applicable tax laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of compliance costs, tax audits and the application of e-SPT to corporate taxpayer compliance at the West Denpasar KPP. Data collection techniques were carried out with a questionnaire and the number of samples used was 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. 1) Compliance costs have a negative and not significant effect on taxpayer compliance, this is evidenced by the tcount obtained by the compliance fee of -1.525 with Sig. = 0.131> 0.05. 2) Examination of tax has a negative and significant effect on compliance of taxpayers as evidenced by the t-value obtained by the compliance fee of -2,567 with Sig. = 0.012

The pupose of this research is to determines the effects of own equity, assets and financing income as the factors of increase and decrease in cooperative surplus on KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, the sample is KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan. The author uses secondary data from monthly reports of balance sheet and the calculation surplus of operations of the period January 2014 to December 2016.The results of this study are own equity and assets partially no significant effect on the cooperative surplus distribution, financing income partially significant affect the cooperative surplus distribution and own equity, assets and financing income simultaneously affect the cooperative surplus distribution amounted to 93.13% while the rest 6,87% determined by othervariables.

This study ainst o determine and analyze the effeck of compensation and work discliplineon employee performance of at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population in this studyt were all employees of  PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch, amounting to 46 employees, the entire population made as respondents (census). This study usesdescriptive  descriptive data analysis with a quantitative approach that uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study day that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Hadji Kalla Palu Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu yang berjumlah 46oerang karyawan, seluruh populasi  dijadikan responden (sensus). Penelitian ini memakai analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  yang memakai kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data dan  memakai analisi regresi linar berganda. Hasil pnelitian ini  mengatakanbahwa  kompensasi &disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif & signifikan terhadap kierja karywan pada  PT.Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu.

The lack of leader strategy in communicating well to ASN, the lack of leadership attitude in giving attention and motivating ASN work and the lack of work communication among fellow employees resulted in less than optimal ASN performance. This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Leadership and Work Communication on ASN Performance (Case Studies in 4 Sub-Districts) of Lubuklinggau City. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method. Using SPSS 17.0 Program assistance. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient (R2), and Test F. From the results of the Multiple Regression Analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 0.448 + 0.617 X1 + 0.379 X2. Furthermore, from the determinant analysis obtained R square value (R2) of 0.867 or 86.7%. This value gives the meaning that Leadership (X1) and Work Communication (X2) contributed an influence of 86.7% on ASN (Y) Performance. While the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the Anova calculation (F test), it is seen that the Fcount value is 169,645 with a significant level of 0,000 while Ftable with α = 5% and (nk-1) or (55-2-1) = 52. And the numerator (k-2 ) is 3,175. Fcount (169,645) > Ftable (3,175), meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Leadership and Work Communication on ASN Performance.

This study aims to find out: to find out whether there is an influence on the perception of Service Quality on Repurchase Decisions on Dawet Jabung Traders in Ponorogo. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all customers who have made purchases at the Dawet Jabung UKM in Mlarak District, Ponorogo Regency. The variable of this study consists of one independent variable, namely the perception of service quality (X1) and one dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision (Y). Data collection is done using indirect questionnaires or techniques. The results of data collection were then analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS Version 20. The results showed that: (1) Variable perceptions of service quality in this study were able to explain 9.4% variation in the Dawet Jabung Ponorogo MSME decision. While the remaining 90.6% is explained by variables or aspects outside the model, and (2) From the results of the F test shows that the perception variable service quality is a feasible variable to test the variable repurchase decisions in dawet UMKM Jabung Ponorogo . This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios on changes in earnings at PT Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). In this study, the company's liquidity ratio is measured by the Curren ratio and the Quick Ratio. The population in this study is the company PT. Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2006-2019 period. The sample of this study was used 10 years starting from 2010-2019 taken using purposive sampling method. data analysis used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the research results, it was found that the results of the t test partially Current Ratio had no effect on changes in earnings as evidenced by a significant value of 0.678> 0.05, while the significant value of the Quick Ratio was 0.222> 0.05. This proves that the current ratio and quick ratio have no significant effect on changes in earnings. it can be concluded that the current ratio and quick ratio simultaneously do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. The results of this study are in line with Gunawan and Wahyuni ??(2013). Keywords: Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Profit Changes
