ROA) sharia banks Q1.2013 - Q4.2014 period. The method used is quantitative method with jenuh sampling technique. This study uses 11 Islamic banks and the technique used is the panel data regression. The process of calculating this study using Eviews 8.0 program. Independent variables used Intellectual Capital is VACA, VAHU, STVA and dependent variables use Return on Assets (ROA). The data used is secondary data with the collected data quarterly financial report for the period Q1.2013 – Q4.2014.Hypothesis testing is done using simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial significance test (t test). Panel data analysis conducted showed that simultaneous VACA, VAHU, STVA significant effect on ROA while partial VACA no significant effect on ROA, VAHU significant effect on ROA, STVA no significant effect on ROA.

AbstractThe purpose of this study are to measure and analyze operational efficiency that showed by bank financial ratios consisting of Operating Expenses to Operating Revenues (BOPO), Allowance for Possible Losses on Earning Assets (PPAP), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR) to Profitability that measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this research is 11 Islamic Banking (BUS) by using total sampling technique in determine the sample. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the annual report of the bank period 2010 to 2016 published by each bank and matched with the data also by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the result of F-test in this research, it can be concluded that the independent variables (operational efficiency) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (profitability). Meanwhile, the t-test shows that BOPO ratio has a significant negative effect on profitability. For the other three ratios, PPAP, NPF and FDR have no significant effect on profitability of Islamic Banks (BUS).Keywords: Islamic banks; Operational efficiency; Profitability. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi operasionalyang diproksikan dengan rasio keuangan bank yang terdiri dari rasio Biaya Operasionalterhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Penyisihan Penghapusan Aktiva Produktif(PPAP), Non Performing Financing (NPF) dan Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR) terhadapprofitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Asset (ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 11Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dengan penggunaan teknik total sampling dalam penentuansampelnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperolehdari laporan tahunan bank periode 2010 hingga 2016 yang dipublikasikan oleh masing-masing bank dan dicocokkan dengan data yang juga dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas JasaKeuangan (OJK). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil uji-F pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen (efisiensi operasional) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (profitabilitas). Sementara itu, hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa rasio BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikanterhadap profitabilitas. Untuk tiga rasio lainnya yaitu PPAP, NPF dan FDR tidak memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah (BUS).Kata Kunci: Bank syariah; Efisiensi operasional; Profitabilitas.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by price to book value (PBV), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE) and liquidity by current ratio (CR). This research method is a quantitative research with sampling using a purpose sampling technique based on predetermined characteristics as many as 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The type of data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression using Eviews. The results show that intellectual capital, leverage, profitability have a significant effect on firm value. However, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation Rate and Profit Sharing Rate on Sharia Commercial Bank Profitability in Indonesia. The independent variable (independent) in this study is the level of inflation and the level of profit sharing, while profitability is the dependent variable. In this study, researchers used Return on Assets (ROA) as an indicator for profitability. The method used is descriptive method and verification method. The data used are secondary data sourced from Financial Statements that have been published by Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah, and Bank Central Asia (BCA) Syariah. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis and classic assumption test, because the data used are secondary data and the type of data used is a combination of cross section data and time series data. Data processing techniques using the help of Eviews 9 program. Based on data analysis that has been done using panel data regression and classical assumption tests, it is found that the Inflation Rate has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), this result is evidenced by the significance value of 0,0012 and the regression coefficient shows a figure of -0,0817. Level of Profit Sharing is positive and significant effect, this result is evidenced by the significance value of 0.0000 and the regression coefficient shows a figure of 0,1644. The coefficient of determination (R-square) value is 77,26%.   Keywords: Inflation Rate, Profit Sharing Rate, Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract.The study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Market Performance and Financial Performance in the LQ45 companies. It uses the sample of LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2013. The sample is determined by using Purposive Sampling method. The study conducts 72 observations of 18 samples of the companies. The hypothesis is tested using Panel Data Regression. The study indicates that the Intellectual Capital (VAIC) and VACA of companies significantly influence market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and Assets Turnover (ATO). VAHU significantly effects on the financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and STVA significantly effects on the financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). Meanwhile, VAHU has no significant effect on the market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). And STVA has no significant effect on the market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA).Keywords: intellectual capital; lq45; market performance; financial performance; tobins'q; return on assets; assets turnover.Abstrak. In conducting this research which aims to find out from the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) to Earning per Share (EPS) in Commercial Banks listed on the IDX period 2008-2017. In this study the type of data used is secondary data, which is from financial statement data that has been published by the website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the website of each company that will be examined in the period 2008-2017. The total sample used in this study is four bank companies in the banking sub-sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2017. The technique that will be used in the way of sampling is by purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. The analysis technique in this study uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program tool.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Asset to Tax Avoidance (TA) partially and simultaneously in the sector of various Industri listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research period used is five years from 2012 to 2016. The study population included all industry miscellaneous sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012 to 2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample size was 8 companies. The type of data used was secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis method used was panel data regression analysis. The result of F-test and t-test showed return on assets had an effect on tax avoidance, while debt to equity ratio had a positive influence on tax avoidance.

This study aims to determine empirical evidence about the effect of profit sharing financing, sale and purchase financing, FDR and NPF on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic Rural Banks (BPRS) in Banten Province. The type of data in this study is secondary data using panel data. The research object was five Islamic Rural Banks in Banten Province and research period from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2013-2019. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with Eviews 10 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is no significant influence between the Profit Sharing variable on Profitability (ROA) partially. Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF variables partially have a significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, Profit Sharing, Sale and Purchase Financing, FDR, and NPF have a significant effect on Profitability (ROA).

The primary purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of CEO duality on firm performance. The study is based on secondary data collected from the published annual reports of respective companies and the Capitaline corporate database. The sample consists of 174 listed non-financial companies for eight years from 2011–12 to 2018–19. This study uses an appropriate panel data regression analysis to examine the impact of CEO duality on firm performance. Based on the panel data regression model, the study found mixed results, i.e., the impact of CEO duality on market capitalization is negative significant; however, the impact becomes positive when the firm performance is measured by return on assets. These outcomes of the present study are consistent with previous studies

This research is a quantitative study to determine the effect of inflation, BI interest rates, capital influences and problematic financing on financing at Islamic banks. The dependent variable in this study is financing. While the independent variables in this study are inflation, BI interest rates, capital, and problem financing. The population of this study is Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority, which amounts to 14 Banks. The sample selection uses non probability sampling. The data used are secondary data with panel data analysis method using e-views 10. The sample used was 14 Sharia Bank for the period of 2016-2018. The results of panel data regression with a significance level of 0.05 indicate that inflation, BI interest rates, and problematic financing have no effect on financing, and capital influences has effect on financing.
