The context of this study focused on the role of training in improving employee performance through job satisfaction on front liners of PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk, Malang City. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was employees who work as Front Liners, which were divided into Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Smartfren Gadget Specialist (SGS). The sample in this study included in saturated sampling was a sampling technique if all the population members were used as samples. The sample was 105 respondents. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using the warpPLS software application version 6.0. This study's results indicated that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and mediation testing showed that job satisfaction provides a partial mediation role on the effect of training on employee performance. Further researchers need to consider a broader scope of research objects, both on the same research object and a larger scale, to enrich the results and research findings. This study also uses only a few indicators to reflect existing variables, so that further researchers can expand and integrate the research model by including several.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. The company should manage the work stress level to fulfil workers' job satisfaction and avert adverse effects to the company's activities.

The shortage of professional nurses in a hospital is to threaten service quality and patient safety. Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention. Moreover, compensation and career development also had indirect and significant Turnover Intention effects through job satisfaction as the intervening variable.

This study is based on two-factor theory of Herzberg aimed to explore the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Local Government institutions. This type of research used in this study is exploratory. The population of as many as 108 employees with a total sample of 51 of Civil Servants in East Lombok regency Regional Secretariat on the work unit is in the coordination of the General Administrative Assistant III. The sampling technique used is the technique Proportionate Stratified Random, data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) using software SmatPLS 3. The results stated that the motivation positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and a positive effect significantly to the performance, motivation indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervenig. The implications of this research uses only motivating factor of two-factor theory also has other limitations that situational variables. work behavior and work is an integral Herzberg assume a correlation between satisfaction and productivity. The research is titled “Effect of Work Environment,  Job Involvement and Cohesiveness within the Working Group on Employee Performance with Aspects of Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable in KPPN Purworejo”. The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effect of work environment,  job involvement and cohesiveness within the working group on employee performance with aspects of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method of research is survey with sampling technique uses non probability sampling by saturation sampling. Population from the research is all of employement KPPN Purworejo, it is known that sample size of this research is 35 respondents. Based on the result of research analysis data using Partial Least Square (PLS) indicated that :(1) Work Environment has positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction KPPNPurworejo. (2) Work involvement has positive but no significant effect on employees job satisfaction KPPN Purworejo. (3) Group Cohesiveness has positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction KPPN Purworejo. (4) Group Cohesiveness has positive and significant effect on employee performance KPPN Purworedjo. (5) Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance KPPN Purworejo. (6) Cohesiveness in Group directly affect employee performance , but also indirect effect on employee performance with mediated Job Satisfaction . It turns out that the direct effect coefficient 0.398 is greater than the indirect effect is 0.150 . So the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that job satisfaction is only partially mediates the relationship between Group Cohesiveness in the Employee Performance .

Technological developments are things that must be followed by companies to achieve a competitive advantage to improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies need active employee engagement by encouraging motivation and fulfilling their job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research sample is Information Technology (IT) companies located in the cities of Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Research respondents are system developers who handle system development activities for a project or part of an ongoing project. By using the convenience sampling technique 103 responses were obtained from IT developers. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Ver 3.0 software. Empirical findings prove that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of IT employees, while job satisfaction is independent. Employee engagement does not directly affect employee performance, but the effect of mediation through motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant effect on employee performance. The research findings have managerial implications, in increasing high employee involvement, motivation needs to be encouraged to be more active and innovative, and facilitate the achievement of the desired results. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance through employees' job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. This research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 159 employees. The sample was collected through a random sampling technique and obtained 62 respondents”the statistical analysis using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that teamwork has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Teamwork has no significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. Companies can encourage employees to do teamwork by creating teams to complete tasks.

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Moena Fresh Bali is a company from the beginning of the year 1992 have given more attention to local fruits in bali. The problems faced by companies is that human resources are composed of various individuals with different characteristics with various background, education and different behaviors that conflict company’s can appear any time. Conflict and job satisfaction are problems that might arise in the activities. Therefore a, research about conflict and job satisfaction toward employee performance needs to be conducted. The purpose of this research is to analysis how the conflict and job satisfaction toward employee performance at Moena Fresh Bali. The population research is all of the employee Moena Fresh Bali which consisted of 86 people. The formula used to determine the total sample slovin. Sample 46 were people with simple random sampling methods. The research was done with the questionnaires, which in the implementation there are interviews and documentation where variables measured use of the instruments the ordinal of scale and the means of the analysis used that is Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).

The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of work environment, teamwork employee involvement on employee performance. The population in this study were 680 employees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in Dili, Timor-Leste. The research sample, determined based on the Solving formula, was156. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) -Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as the data analysis method Descriptive analysis conducted with the SPSS program, whereas inferential analysis conducted with the Smart-PLS 3.0 program. The research findings show that work environment and teamwork were not significantly related to employee performance. Employee involvement fully mediated the effect of work environment and teamwork on employee performance
