The shortage of professional nurses in a hospital is to threaten service quality and patient safety. Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention. Moreover, compensation and career development also had indirect and significant Turnover Intention effects through job satisfaction as the intervening variable.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. Keeping in view the importance of services industries especially the hospitality sector, the study analyzed behavioral outcomes of role stress in front line employees of three, four and five star hotels in Lahore for the first time in the Pakistani context. Stratified random sampling technique was used to collect data from 262 front line employee of six job positions. By using smart PLS 3.0 software that utilizes Partial Least Square Structure Equation Modeling (PLSSEM) technique, the study found role stress negatively affecting job satisfaction and positively affecting both burnout and turnover intention of employees. All relationships were significant at 99% confidence level. The result showed eroding effect of stress on job satisfaction and accumulating tendency towards burnout and turnover intention. The results of this study, not only confirmed to previous results, both in direction and strength of the relationship. Rather, provided new insight to understand the phenomenon in the hospitality sector of Pakistan.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of sexual harassment on turnover intention and examine the mediating role of job satisfaction among hotel employees in Surabaya. A total of 32 hotel employees participated through a purposive non-probability sampling technique. This research uses partial least square (PLS) as its statistical analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between sexual harassment with turnover intention. Sexual harassment has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention Results also indicate that job satisfaction plays the mediator role between sexual harassment and turnover intention among Surabaya hotel employees.

This research aims to discovered those influence of career development and compensation towards turnover intention that mediated through work satisfaction. The research object were the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. As many as 177 respondents filled these questionnaire, and sample was taken by Slovin formula from total population of 317 employees. This research was conducted in October 2019 until April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling while data were analyzed by SmartPLS (Partial Least Square)of path analysis application. The results from this research were indicated that career development had no significant influence on Turnover Intention and compensation had positive and significant impact towards turnover intention. Meanwhile, work satisfaction became a mediate factor between career development and compensation to turnover intention. Work satisfaction could mediated career development perfectly. This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurses at private hospitals in South Kuta. The number of samples used was 82 nurses using saturated sampling technique or census methods and collecting data using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results show that there is a negative and significant influence of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment, as well as the role of organizational commitment as a partial mediator between work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention which has a negative and significant effect. Mothers with a higher responsiveness to their children show a higher development level for their children. This study aimed to find a correlation between a father's support and the mother's psychological impact on the mother’s responsiveness in raising up their children. This research used a cross-sectional study on mothers with children aged 3 months to 2 years. The examined variables were: mother's psychological factors, father's support, and the responsiveness of the mother. This research sample used a Multistage Random Sampling technique in 3 districts and 20 villages in Blitar. The study involved 279 mothers as the research sample. This study used a responsiveness questionnaire instrument and an observation sheet, which was adopted from the Home Observation for Measurement of the Environment (HOME) Inventory. Inferential data were analyzed by PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. According to the finding, there are two primary factors that affect the responsiveness of mothers – the psychological factors of mother and father. Further research could clarify and quantify the consistency of the variables found in this model, so a new model for enhancing the mother's responsiveness could be found.

The sample used in this study was employees who work as Front Liners, which were divided into Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Smartfren Gadget Specialist (SGS). The sample in this study included in saturated sampling was a sampling technique if all the population members were used as samples. The sample was 105 respondents. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using the warpPLS software application version 6.0. This study's results indicated that training has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, and mediation testing showed that job satisfaction provides a partial mediation role on the effect of training on employee performance. Further researchers need to consider a broader scope of research objects, both on the same research object and a larger scale, to enrich the results and research findings. This study also uses only a few indicators to reflect existing variables, so that further researchers can expand and integrate the research model by including several.
