AbstractMicro RNAs (miRNAs) represent a newly discovered class of regulatory molecules in the human body. miRNA is a short double stranded RNA sequence interfering with mRNA, causing in most cases, inhibition of translation. Synthesis of miRNAs shows an increasing developmental pattern and postnatally miRNAs are synthesized in all cells possessing transcriptional machinery. miRNAs usually target several mRNAs and therefore conclusive evidences proving their functions are not always ease to be acquired. In spite of this difficulty, functions of miRNAs were firmly established in the development, the cardiovascular and neural diseases, and cancer. Many miRNAs have been reported to be associated with physiological state of cells and/or tissues. This finding becomes fundamental, especially when consider that these miRNAs can be released from cell into intracellular space or circulation. Correlation between miRNA production in tissues and its contribution to multisource miRNA pool in the circulation is in a focus of biomarker-oriented researchers. Recently, circulating miRNAs have been suggested to be applicable as biomarkers in several types of cancer, cardiovascular injury, and diabetes. Role of miRNAs in the organism intercellular signaling is still under the broad investigation. Several miRNA mimics, intended for treatment of disease, are being currently tested in the clinical trials.

The object of the research is the computerized health-improving complex “Quanton” and the process of its optimization by the performance criterion. This complex is designed for quick non-invasive diagnostics of the man and restoration of their functional and physiological state using quantum-wave action. It allows the human body to independently determine the characteristics of this action. The principle of operation of this complex is based on the identified fundamental laws of the reactions of the human body to certain electro-wave bio-resonance effects. These patterns are manifested in the form of changes in the values of individual physical parameters of the body, which can be objectively measured and used to determine the desired characteristics of healing effects. One of the most problematic issues of the existing samples of the complex is an insufficient performance, mainly by the consistent principle of work organization and using the manual method of obtaining and processing a significant amount of information when performing the diagnostic process. At the same time, the functionality of this complex can be realized with the help of various at the level of technicalization of the element base and various parametric solutions. The method of complex structural-parametric optimization was used. Optimization is made according to the general process of diagnosis and the normalization of the body. At the same time, many typical ways to manage the performance of technical objects were used. Increased productivity of the computerized health and fitness complex “Quanton” was achieved due to:- minimization of the initial scope of work based on the results of an integrated assessment of the radiation spectrum of the body;- improving the speed of preparatory work by automating the process of finding and using multi-contact sensors;- minimizing the time of the test signals;- the use of information markers, the content of which is based on the principle of hierarchical information subordination;- minimization of the duration of the main wave action due to the body's independent choice of this duration;- minimizing the number of sessions.According to the results of applying these techniques, the possibility of increasing the performance of the “Quanton” complex up to 8.7 times was established.

Vital signs are a group of essential body parameter, which provides the overall health state of a human body. They often play a pivotal role in accessing the overall physiological state of the human body. For patients requiring intense and continuous monitoring, especially those in an Intensive Care Unit, the essentiality to assess their vital signs regularly. Monitoring the health status of ICU patients becomes quite cost-effective when the same can be monitored within the comfort zone of their own house. The technique elaborated herein revolves around the fundamental idea of implementing a vital sign monitoring system that continuously assesses a patient and regularly updates the same to a centralized server system. In an event of a medical emergency, the relevant data is conveyed to the doctor via an efficient alert system, thereby ensuring safe and timely treatment to the patients. Also, as suggested the proposed design is characterized by IoT capability that allows real-time monitoring of the subject, thereby allowing, minimizing the human involvement in its operation.

A cigarette filter has the purpose of reducing the amount of smoke, tar, and fine particles inhaled during the combustion of a cigarette. Filters also reduce the harshness of the smoke (Nicotine) and keep tobacco flakes out of the smoker's mouth. It’s very important to maintain the quality of the cigarette filter so as to reduce the hazardous effect posing on human body. This paper aims at implementation of a automated system used to check the quality of the cigarette filter using fuzzy logic algorithms. The results obtained by the proposed system indicate that the system has fulfilled its objective of checking the quality of cigarette filter. The proposed system plays a vital role in the social being of human since its impractical to make smokers quit smoking. At least this system reduces the ill effects of smoking.

Automated control systems for dairy farming are usually tied to milking equipment, as it is a key link in milk production technology - this is where information on productivity, quality indicators of milk, reproduction and the physiological state of the animal is collected, updated and recorded. Computer processing of this data array provides specialists with the necessary information on the basis of which decisions are made, both for one animal and for the whole herd as a whole. The technological process of individual animal service, its control and management, can be implemented by executive teams of the management system on the basis of estimated indicators of the functioning of biological objects. The article substantiates promising directions for the development of an automated control system for dairy farming and suggests ways to implement them. The most promising way to develop a technical direction in dairy farming is to improve automated systems for controlling technological processes of machine milking based on precision (high-precision) technologies and technical means. It was also established in the work that the efficiency of machine milking of cows is determined by an adaptive information-analytical system for controlling the milking process based on the analysis of the physiological state of animals using permanent mobile monitoring.

The problem of adaptive, prepathological and pathological reactions of the body to the action of exogenous chemicals is closely intersected with the assessment of the norm and its fluctuations. The imbalance of chemical elements in the human body directly affects the functioning of almost all organs and systems, causing significant stress of adaptation mechanisms. In this article we study the elemental state of the human body depending on the physiological state (endocrine pathology and professional contact with heavy metals), analyze the correlation between macro- and microelements and assess the degree of adaptability of the body. In the work the elemental state of the human body, taking into account not only the absolute values of the concentrations of elements in the hair and whole blood was studied, the adaptability of the body according to the indicators of elemental imbalance in the blood and hair of volunteers, individuals with endocrine pathology (autoimmune thyroiditis and type II diabetes mellitus) and for those working in conditions of contact with heavy metals (for jewelers, welders and batterymen) is analyzed. The results of the study indicate that various non-specific adaptation reactions are accompanied by changes in the elemental state of a person. Under the prevailing pathology of the endocrine system (diabetes mellitus or autoimmune thyroiditis), the adaptation of the body was determined as a stage of tension and is associated with the duration of the disease. In persons exposed to professional contact with heavy metals (Mn, Cr, Pb, Ag), adaptation depended on the nature and duration of professional contact with them: the highest tension of adaptation processes was found in jewelers, and the least in welders and batterymen, which is associated with the duration of professional contact with these metals. The high number of connections between the elements indicates the tension of adaptive reactions in people with endocrine pathology and especially in jewelry workers. Adaptation to the high content of metals in the air of welders and batteries due to the longer experience of these workers and adaptation to production conditions with a decrease in the number of correlations between the elements, as a means of reliable operation.
