The method used here is an action research using Scientific Approach. In conducting this classroom action research, the writer divided the action into twocycles. The instrument of collecting data were qualitative data from observation, interview, diary notes, and documentation. Quantitative data were taken from students writing of CAR proposal, which was carried out in the end of everycycle. It is applied for students’ learning in writing Classroom Action research proposal. The students are expected to have logical thinking aspects, data objectivity, vocabulary mastery, use of Enhanced Spelling (EYD), use of effective sentences, and paragraph development. The result showed that Scientific Approach can improve students’ ability to write background of Classroom Action research proposal since inapplying Scientific Approachare found that students are very active in doing observation, questioning, experimenting, associating and communicating so it motivated students to achieve the maximum learning outcomes.

The background of this classroom action research is the low learning outcomes of science learning in class VI SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo. Of the 25 grade VI students only 4 children completed (16%) and 21 other children did not complete (84%) measured by the completeness of student learning outcomes (KKM: 65.00). This classroom action research (PTK) consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of 2 meetings consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of improvement in science learning outcomes in electrical circuit material. In this study, the action taken was learning using the discovery learning model in science learning with electrical circuit material in class VI SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo students in semester 1 of the 2020/2021 academic year. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using comparative descriptive by comparing quantitative data from cycle I and cycle II. Based on the results of the study showed that student learning outcomes from the initial conditions an average value of 61 with completeness of 16%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students in the first cycle, which was 69 and the percentage of completeness was 60%. In the second cycle there was an increase of 82 again with a completeness percentage of 88%, so that the predetermined performance indicator of 75% has been achieved. Thus it can be concluded that the application of discovery learning models in learning can improve science learning outcomes of electrical circuit material in grade VI students of SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo semester 1 of the 2020/2021 academic year.

Classroom action research was motivated by the phenomena that show low student learningoutcomes, among which are 1) most of the students can not complete the task and Homework(PR), 2) some students can not answer the post test, 3) Average daily values pupils is low iebelow the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) is 70. Therefore, researchers appliedlearning model Think-Pair-Square (TPS), which aims to improve student learning outcomesIPS. The problems of this study is whether the learning model Think-Pair-Square (TPS) toimprove learning outcomes for Social Sciences in the material type and distribution of naturalresources in the fourth grade SDN 04 Bukit Harapan Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan KabupatenSiak?. The object of this study is the use of learning model Think-Pair-Square (TPS), whilethe subject of this study is all fourth grade students of SDN 04 Bukit Harapan KecamatanKerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, the academic year 2015/2016 the number of students as manyas 22 people. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle is done in three sessions,To study this class action work well without barriers obstructing the smooth running of thestudy, researchers compiled stages are passed in classroom action research, namely: 1)planning/ preparatory actions 2) Implementation of the action, 3) observation, and 4)reflection. Based on the results of preliminary observations, student learning outcomesobtained in classical completeness percentage is 41%, this figure has not reached the successthat has been established in this study. Then based on the results of tests on the first cycleshowed that the level of student learning outcomes achieve classical completeness percentageis 64%, this figure has not reached the success that has been established in this study is 75%,therefore the next cycle continued. While on the second cycle increased achieve learningoutcomes of students gaining the percentage of classical completeness is 100%, meaning thatthis figure has exceeded the success rate has been established in this study and theachievement of 100% value in the classical completeness, this research was successful.
