The present research investigated the contribution of Geoscience Education in environment studies developed at Escola de Aplicação EA/FEUSP, São Paulo. The research focused on teacher training to overcome the traditional education model based on a fragmentation of knowledge, thus contributing to curriculum integration. Environment studies, field notebooks and the relationship of educational methodology and geosciences knowledge in the school’s curriculum were analyzed. The approaches carried out in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades of elementary school contributed to reorganizing the Science curriculum, including a geoscientific approach. The results showed the importance of geoscience education and the possibility of changes in the curriculum in promoting a more contextualized and integrated education, starting from the basic levels, to meet the school’s pedagogical policy plan.

Alpha generation is the generation born between the years 2010-2024. Alpha generation is very vulnerable to the negative effects of digital influence if it is not matched by character education from an early age, because the rapid development of technology is more inherent in the era of alpha generation than the previous generation which enabled the lifestyle of the alpha generation to be strongly influenced by technological developments. In the sphere of education, the alpha generation is able to develop through a media search for references that are not only in the form of books, but can be obtained from journals, ebooks, internet sites and so on. With the rapid development of technology which also has an impact on the scope of alpha generation education, the author provides an innovative educational method for the alpha generation, namely "Application of the Quantum Learning Education Model Through a Constitutional Approach" in which this educational model aims to make students able to express their creativity by involving digital devices so that students are very productive in the use of digital media through a contextual approach. The hope is to familiarize students in the use of technology in accordance with the current digital era so that later they are able to create or produce something technological through the guidance of a contextual approach to students so as not to fall into the bad things because of the negative side of technological development. This learning model is very supportive of the learning process of alpha generation students currently born in conjunction with technological advancements. The author designed this educational model because the concept of education applied to millennials or other generations will no longer be suitable given the characteristics of the alpha generation are very different from other generations. This innovative education model is a collaboration between the quantum learning education model and the educational model of contextual approaches that are specifically designed for alpha generation. This educational model is formulated for the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia by referring to the minimization of deficiencies between the two educational models and also the characteristics obtained in both are very supportive of the educational model needed in the alpha generation. The correlation of this educational model also trains creative activities so that elementary school students can create a creative product that benefits themselves and the environment.

This paper contains a review of the application of the character education model based on local wisdom through the use of literary literary corner in Khaira Ummah Islamic Elementary School Padang. The utilization of a classroom corner as an activity to instill interest in reading and writing by classroom teachers is considered effective, if it is designed well. However, during the utilization of the corner of the classroom is still limited to the pictures alone without trying to develop it into the form of interesting stories and educative in which also contains the values of Minangkabau wisdom. Local wisdom is often referred to as local wisdom, local knowledge, or local genius. In general, local wisdom is defined as a view of life and knowledge and various life strategies in the form of activities undertaken by local communities in responding to various problems or challenges in fulfilling their life covering all aspects of life such as religion, science and technology, social, bahsa dan arts. In addition, it can also be a tradition, petitih-petitih, and the motto of life. Positive values of local wisdom is the potential and basic capital in the formation of identity and character of the students. Especially in the current conditions in the era of globalization, technological progress is incredible rapidly. By utilizing the values of local Minangkabau wisdom, one of them by utilizing the corner of literasi is possible will be able to stem the things that are not desirable and re-introduce to the students that the Minangkabau area has a content value that does not fade along with the development of technology.Keywords:  character education, local wisdom, literacy corner

The purpose of this study is to re-examine what is meant by character education, how to apply character education in several elementary schools, including methods and results, and to try to reformulate the appropriate character education model in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The methodology of the study carried out in this paper is an analysis of studies from various sources of theory about character education and industrial revolution 4.0, and an analysis of studies of several character education practices carried out in several elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyyah (MI) in Banyuwangi region as well in the Jogjakarta Region. The results of the research from both the theoretical and of the practical analysis in this paper is that the application of character educationstill does not produce the results as expected. However, so far, there have been many elementary school level that have implemented character education according to the abilities of educator resources. Educator resources are the main determinant in achieving or not the goal of character education for each school that applies it, especially in terms of determining programs as a form of character education. It was also found that the results of character education applied to each school also varied, depending on how the educator's resources interpreted the objectives of the character education program in their respective schools.

The aim of this research is to assess effectiveness of movement education model and specific feedback provision in teaching locomotor activities to third grader of Elementary School. This research was employing Classroom Action Research approach with involving 2 cycles, each of which using two meeting actions. The instrument to be used in detecting the improvement was a jumping skill performance checklist. The participants for this research were 39 students from third grade of Elementary School. The result indicated that students’ jumping skills were increasing for about 43% from pre-test to the end cycle. It can be concluded that giving feedback in the learning process has optimized students’ improvement in their jumping skills.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pendidikan gerak dan pemberian spesifik feedback dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani pada siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan keterampilan melompat siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, sebanyak 2 siklus, dengan 2 tindakan pada setiap siklus Sampel penelitian adalah 39 siswa kelas 3. . Untuk mengukur keterampilan melompat, digunakan tes keterampilan performance checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan melompat sebesar 43% dari observasi awal hingga siklus II tindakan 2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pendidikan gerak aktivitas lokomotor melalui pemberian spesifik feedback dapat meningkatkan keterampilan melompat siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pentingnya feedback dalam mempercepat proses pembelajaran gerak.
