The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Earning Ratio (DER), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), and Exchange Rate Against Stock Returns. This research was conducted on all Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples taken was 36 companies using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that ROE had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. DER has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, PER has a significant negative effect on stock returns. The exchange rate has a negative effect and is not significant to stock returns. Investors and other interested parties are expected to pay attention to changes to ROE, DER, and PER because they have an influence on stock returns, which will later consider investment strategy decisions to minimize risks and maximize returns obtained. This study aims to examine the effect of community participation, the capacity of the village apparatus, and the supervision of the village consultative department on the performance of village fund allocation management in Geumpang, Mane and Tangse sub-districts of Pidie District. The primary data used is obtained from closed questionnaire using Likert scale. There are 185 samples of data that become the object of research. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of community participation, the capacity of the village apparatus, and the supervision of the village consultative department had an effect on the performance of the village fund allocation management. Partially, the result of the research indicates that (1) the participation of the community influences the performance of the management of the village fund allocation, (2) the capacity of the village apparatus affects the management performance of the village fund allocation and (3) the supervision of the village consultative department affects the performance of the village fund allocation management.

TThis study aims to determine the effect of Clarity of Budget Objectives, Reporting Systems, Performance Audit, and Accounting Control on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in tiyuh located in Tulang Bawang Tengah, Tumijajar, Tulang Bawang Udik district. The population in this study was a village officials involved in the management of village funds located in tiyuh-tiyuh, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Tumijajar, Tulang Bawang Udik. The number of village officials in the village is 105 people. And the number of samples that can represent the population to be studied is as many as 74 sample respondents who will be studied. The method of determining the sample is using a simple random sampling method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. And the data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the clarity of budget targets, the reporting system affects the accountability of village fund management in the Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah, Tumijajar, Tulang Bawang Udik. Meanwhile, performance audits and accounting controls do not affect the accountability of village fund management in Tulang Bawang Tengah, Tumijajar, Tulang Bawang Udik sub-districts. This shows that the better the clarity of budget targets and the reporting system, the better the accountability of village fund management in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Accountability, Transparency and Community Participation on the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) to improve Good Village Governance (GVG) in West Lombok. The sample of respondents was determined by non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 108 people who served as Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Community. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The analysis technique is done by using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the accountability research have a positive and significant effect on the management of village fund allocations, as well as transparency has a positive and significant effect on the management of village fund allocations. In contrast, the results of community participation have a positive and insignificant effect on the management of village fund allocations. Practical implications of the research results for village government officials and village heads in West Lombok Regency for the creation of a healthy village fund allocation management. In addition, the formation of an independent village by increasing the village's original income, budget transparency, accountability and transparency. Accountability is the responsibility of the village government regarding the management of village funds to the community in a transparent, honest, orderly and disciplined manner. The purpose of providing village funds is in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 which is to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of village head leadership, village apparatus competence and community participation on fund management accountability in 8 villages in North Denpasar District with 178 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the village head and the competence of the village apparatus had a positive influence on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District, while community participation had no significant effect on the accountability of village fund management in North Denpasar District. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Background: Blood supplies estimated to be around 2% of the total population1. However, only 1.88 million bags of blood can be met or 40% of the total needs, so there is a 60% lack of blood from the minimum requirement2. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the intention to donate blood regularly at UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. Methods: This research was conducted at UTD PMI Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta in September-December 2018. The number of respondents was 35 voluntary blood donors, with sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Results: The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a significant effect on the intention to donate. While the results of the regression analysis partially, based on a significant level of value, attitudes have a significant influence on one's intention in donating, while subjective norms and behavioral control do not significantly influence one's intentions in donating. Conclusion: The attitude had the most significant influence on the intention to donate regularly on UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.
