This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palu City. The method used is an associative method. The type of data used in this study is the qualitative and quantitative data while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on the regression test results obtained Sig.F of 0,000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variables of Physical Work Environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the performance variables. (2) based on the regression test results obtained the physical work environment variable has significance level t sig. (0,000) <α (0.05) and non-physical work environment has a significance level of t sig. (0.000) <α (0,05), so the variable of physical work environment and non working physical environment partially influence to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode assosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,000) < α (0,05) dan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.000) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of intellectual capital consisting of value added capital employed (VACA), value added human capital (VAHU) and structural capital value added (STVA) on price to book value ratio. This study uses secondary data from all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with a population of 539 companies. The method of determining the sample is simple random sampling with the determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula that gives 230 companies. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis technique with a significance level of 5 percent (0.05). The analysis results show that VACA and STVA have a positive effect on price to book value ratio, while VAHU has no effect on price to book value ratio. Suggested for the company, should pay attention to the management of capital employed and structural capital so that resources are used effectively and can create value added for the company.

Human Resources is one of the most important factors in a company. It is not easy to find professional human resources to be a problem today. This is due to several factors including the level of competence and work stress that can affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze the competence and work stress on the performance of the employees of PT Busana Utama Tekstil (Sewing Department) Pekalongan. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Busana Utama Textile (Sewing Department) Pekalongan. The data were collected using saturated sampling sent to 60 respondents. The data techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the help of SPSS 21 for windows software.  The results showed that competence and work stress together have a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by the value of F count = 3.656> F table = 2.54 with a significance level of 0.032 <0.05. Likewise, the partial test (t test) for the competency variable (X1) obtained the value of t = 2.177> t table = 2,000 with a significance level of 0.034 <0.05, but there is a variable Job Stress (X2) which has no significant effect on employee performance by obtaining t count = 0.624 < t table = 2,000 with a significance level of 0.535 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the correlation between competence and work stress on employee performance obtained R2 value of 0.083 or 8.3% while the remaining 91.7% was carried out by other factors outside of the study. This the criteria for companies to be able to improve performance by making improvements continuously. so that it can have a positive impact on the company.

The study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Specifically this study aims to find out how the influence of job stress on employee performance and know how well the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and to know the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda. The method used is quantitative analysis that is by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is the number of permanent employees in the production of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda in 2017 as many as 792 population. The sample in this research using simple random sampling by using slovin formula technique, so sample taken as many as 266 samples of employees remain part production PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the value of F arithmetic = 143,844, using the significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value is smaller than 0.05 is 0.000, it means that simultaneously the variable work stress and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,522 or 52,2%, hence coefficient simultaneously in explaining variation or change of dependent variable (Y) found the influence of free variable 52,2%, while the rest is 47,8%. The result of hypothesis testing (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15,444 with the significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that work stress has positive and dominant effect to employee performance. The result of hypothesis testing (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with the significance of the result of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that the motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee empowerment and family work conflicts, work stress and compensation for job satisfaction in employees of Alaya Resort, Ubud. This study, the method of determining the sample was done by purposive sampling (judgmental sampling) and obtained as many as 62 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that family work conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work stress and a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on employees of Alaya Resort Jembawan Ubud. Based on these results, the management of Alaya Resort Jembawan Ubud is expected to be more prudent in providing compensation to employees, and management is also expected to improve communication with employees so that they do not feel burdened with excessive work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the CAR, LDR, and NPL on the Profitability of Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study is PT Bank Bukopin for 13 years, from 2005 to 2018. Data contained in this study are secondary data, namely the empirical method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program Eviews 9 and SPSS 16 so as to get a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables one with other variables. Hypothesis testing uses t-statistics to test the regression coefficients partially and F-statistics to test the significance of the effects together with a significance level of 5%. In addition, classic assumptions were also carried out including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. The results of this study are that the CAR, LDR, and NPL variables do not significantly affect ROA partially at a significance level of less than 5%. And the results of simultaneous regression analysis show that CAR, LDR, and NPL together influence ROA. The predictive ability of the three variables on ROA is 56% while the remaining 44% the influence of other factors not included inthe study.

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <α0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <α 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<α 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen  Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel semua pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota yang berjumlah 39 orang dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig. F sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kepuasan kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,003 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Komitmen organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.

Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitan ini seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Prasarana Jalan dan Jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi  sebanyak 32 orang dan semuanya digunakan sebagai responden  dengan  menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala Likert kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dari kuisioner tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, setelah melewati uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini kepemimpinan dan motivasi sebagai variabel independen, kinerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan Kepemimpinan dan motivasi baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat kinerja pegawai di Dinas prasarana jalan dan jembatan wilayah Bukittinggi.</p>
