This study discusses the role of the teacher in implementing the character of responsibility in fourth grade students at SDN Kedungboto-Porong. The focus of this research leads to the fourth grade teachers about the role of the teacher in implementing the character of responsibility in SDN Kedungboto. This research uses qualitative research. Type of descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to describe the results of interviews of research subjects, taken from the results of observation. The results showed the teacher's role in implementing the character of responsibility in grade IV students at Kedungboto-Porong Elementary School were teachers as educators, teachers as instructors, teachers as tutors, teachers as models and role models, teachers as models and role models, teachers as assessors. While the supporting factors of teachers in implementing the character of responsibility in grade IV students at SDN Kedungboto-Porong are the cohesiveness of the school principal and the teacher, as well as the role of the parents, the students' awareness. The inhibiting factor is the low parental control, affecting the community environment. The teacher in implementing the character of responsibility has been very approved, involving several students who still have bad character. However, there are more students who have good character.

  Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.

The presence of supervision at a school is an indispensable activity. One such supervision technique is a class visit. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of supervision in the School with class visit techniques and their impact on the level of professionalism of teachers. This research uses a qualitative approach to the study of phenomology in SMP At-Tibyan. The main data sources are the Principal and Teacher. This study also uses a sampling procedure with research subjects of 5 teachers with different tenure at the school. The data collection technique is observation and is supported by interview techniques as a source of supporting data. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman include condensation of data, presentation of data, drawing conclusions. The results obtained are 1) the implementation of supervision of classroom visits has increased in terms of technical implementation, 2) the level of professionalism of At-Tibyan Middle School teachers is still low, 60% includes Professional teachers, 20% includes quite professional teachers, and 20% of teachers are not professional. The development of teacher professionalism needs to be done immediately and the role of the school principal can effectively support the development of the teacher's professionalism. As a controlling stage for the business, academic supervision can be carried out with classroom visits techniques that continue to improve the quality of implementation. Through supervision of class visits can be seen developments in the level of professionalism of teachers.

This study aimed to examine and describe the role of the teacher in improving the character of discipline for students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicated that the role of teachers in the character building of student discipline at SD Negeri 1 Kendaga is a teacher as an educator, a teacher as ainstructor, a teacher as a guide, a teacher as a trainer, and a teacher as an evaluator. The teacher's efforts in shaping student character are by using the method of habituation, exemplary, lectures and simulations.This research is useful for teachers, to be able to act as good role models, to provide guidance and supervision to improve students discipline.

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the application of the method Jigsaw read in improving learning outcomes Indonesian students fourth grade Inpres12 / 79 Wollangi Barebbo District Subdistrict Bone? The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Jigsaw reading method in improving learning outcomes Indonesian on fourth grade students Instruction 12/79 Wollangi Barebbo District of Bone regency. This research approach is descriptive qualitative approach to the type of classroom action research cycle repeated / cyclic that includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of this research is the application of methods Jigsaw reading and learning outcomes Indonesian. Subjects were students in fourth grade Instruction 12/79 Wollangi Barebbo District of Bone regency. Research data collection techniques are tests and observation. Data analysis techniques in the study of data reduction, data presentation, draw conclusions and verification. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes of the first cycle with enough categories to increase to both categories at the second cycle. The conclusion of the research is the application of methods Jigsaw reading can improve learning outcomes Indonesian students fourth grade Instruction 12/79 Wollangi Barebbo District of Bone regency.

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education.The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subjects of the principal and teacher. The school principal with his academic supervision measures, while the Kunto Darussalam Elementary School 017 teacher as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially at the time of the processlearning takes place.Data analysis techniques that guide data processing using a percentage (%) of achievement with 100 constants. And to see the interpertation using score interpertation criteria to strengthen the interpretation in conclusions as follows: 80% - 100% (Very Good), 66% - 79 % (Good), 56% - 65% (Enough), and 40% - 55% (Less).The results showed that the ability of teachers in the implementation of the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 63% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 68% (good). There is an increase in teacher's ability by 5% from cycle I. In detail there is a significant increase in the initial condition of the school when compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%.

The article discusses one of the areas of the literary education of students in the initial stage of primary education: developing interest in reading. The timeliness and relevance of the problem treated determine the purpose of the study: based on international pedagogical experience, to define a model that increases the interest in reading within the competency-based approach, and highlight the role of motivation as a building element of this model. Analyses of the structure of motivation for reading, and the means of integration of cognitive processes and creativity when working with artistic text are done, being the aim to increase the motivation for reading of first to fourth grade students.

Waqf is a philanthropy with the highest position in Islam. Apart from being of worship value, waqf is also related to legal, social and economic aspects. The times demand waqf not only in the form of immovable objects such as land and buildings, but also in the form of money. Cash waqf in its development can have a wider impact that can be felt by the community. To optimize the collection of waqf funds, the role of e-payment as a resulting technological innovation needs to be studied more deeply. This study uses a qualitative research type with a literature study model in answering these problems. Data is obtained from various reading sources such as books, previous studies, journals and trusted websites. This research shows that e-payment is proven to help optimize the collection of waqf funds. E-payment can facilitate wāqif in waqf both in terms of mobilization and the amount of funds to be donated. In addition, e-payments are proven to be safer, more convenient and efficient.

This research is a research and development that aims to produce a valid and effective MEB (Monopoly Education Book) media in fostering a nationalist sense of the Indonesian nation in learning mathematics. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN Wonokromo 1 Surabaya. The development of this media in its stages is limited to the mass production stage. Where the validity has been validated against three validators. The results of the research from the three validation results that have been given can be average and it is concluded that the MEB (Monopoly Education Book) media that has been developed gets a score of 86% where the score is included in the "Very Good" criteria. And the MEB (Monopoly Education Book) media is effective as evidenced by the completeness of the classical learning outcomes of students reaching 76%. Thus the learning media MEB (Monopoly Education Book) can be said to be valid and effective.

The purpose of this research is to describe the application of the talking stick learning model and the improvement of writing skills. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN Tegalasri 4, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency. The results of the research cycle I meeting 1 an average of 66 with a percentage of 45% completeness of the 29 students, meeting 2 an average of 67 with a percentage of 52% completeness. Cycle II meeting 1 total 2218 average 76 69%, Meeting 2 average 82 with percentage completeness 83%. The conclusion is that the talking stick learning model is able to improve the writing skills of a hero character description while also motivating students to learn to write and can stimulate students' creativity in expressing ideas.

This study aims to describe the application of the explicit instruction cooperative learning model in improving science learning outcomes for fourth-grade students of SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with classroom action research. The focus of research, namely the application of the Explicit Instruction type cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes. The research setting was SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The research subjects were all students in grade IV SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, totaling 17 students consisting of 11 male students and 6 female students. Data collection techniques and procedures used were tests, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. The results of the first cycle were in the moderate category (C) and increased in the second cycle with the good category (B). This study concludes that the application of the Explicit Instruction type cooperative learning model can improve the results of fourth-grade students' science learning outcomes SD Inpres 4/82 Biru, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.
