The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate governance, company size, and leverage on the integrity of financial statements partially in essential industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and using the 2013-2017 research period. The study population includes companies. Essential industrial and chemical manufacturing sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique was using the purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, a total sample of 7 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis method used is a panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9.0. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the independent commissioner has an effect, the audit committee on the integrity of financial statements, and leverage has no impact on the integrity of the financial statements.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. The aims of this study to examine the effect of tax planning on earnings management which is moderated by reducing tax rates (tax discounts). The population in this study are companies listed in the 2017-2018 LQ45 index. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria, in order to obtain a total sample of 23 companies with final data totaling 46 financial statements. The type of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis and is processed using the Eviews 9.0 program. The results of this study indicate that tax planning has a significant effect on earnings management with a negative coefficient direction. A reduction in tax rates (tax discounts) weakens the effect of tax planning on earnings management.

This study aims to examine the effect of Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Earnings Management to Related Party Transaction Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative reseacrh using secondary data of financial statements from manufacturing sector companies during 2016 to 2018 obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the Audit Committee, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Profit Management were able to influence the disclosure of related party transactions by 13%, while the remaining 87% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Partially, institutional ownership and managerial ownership significantly influence the disclosure of related party transactions. While the audit committee, independent commissioners and earnings management do not affect the disclosure of related party transactions.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

The study was conducted to investigate the effect of KAP size, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations on audit delay. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling, so that the total sample can be obtained as 57 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed with  the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study simultaneously show that the size of the KAP, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations affect the audit delay. While the research results partially state that the solvency and complexity of operations have an influence on audit delay, while the KAP size and audit tenure have no effect on audit delay. From the results of the study, is expected to assist auditors in identifying factor - factor that affect audit delay in optimizing performance and as a material consideration for investors in making investment decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, tunneling incentives, debt covenants, and profitability on the company's decision to transfer pricing. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from accessing the web www.idx.co.id. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in the study was 27 companies so that the total sample of the study was 135 observations. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study known there are still many variables outside the research that can explain transfer pricing.The determination coefficient is 0.441 which means that 44.1%. It indicates that the company transfers pricing is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables.Based on the  result can be concluded that taxes, debt covenants and profitability has a positive effect on the decision to transfer pricing. While the tunneling incentive does not effect the decision to conduct transfer pricing.Keywords: Tax, Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Profitability, and Transfer Pricing

This Study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on income smoothing of the manufacturers registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data used be in the form of secondary data taken based on the company’s financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research uses a regression analysis with Eviews 9 Version. Based on the result of analysis data in this research showes that the firm size have a positive effect on income smoothing while the leverage and profitability does not effect on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the practice of tax avoidance by using profitability, leverage, sales growth and the audit committee as independent variables. The method used is a purposive sampling method with population in the form of financial statements from 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2017, so that the sample of data observed is 90 company financial statements. The research design used is causal and descriptive. The data collected is in the form of secondary data from the financial statements of manufacturing companies. Where data analysis is performed using multiple regression statistical analysis. The results found that profitability and sales growth had a significant effect on the level of tax avoidance. While leverage and the audit committee do not significantly affect the level of tax avoidance.

In conducting this research which aims to find out from the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) to Earning per Share (EPS) in Commercial Banks listed on the IDX period 2008-2017. In this study the type of data used is secondary data, which is from financial statement data that has been published by the website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the website of each company that will be examined in the period 2008-2017. The total sample used in this study is four bank companies in the banking sub-sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008-2017. The technique that will be used in the way of sampling is by purposive sampling technique is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. The analysis technique in this study uses panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program tool.

The problems that will be discussed in this journal regarding the relationship between the business entity, the solvency of audit delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The criteria of the company being sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so the total number of samples in this study is 100 data. Independent variables in this study are company size, solvability and audit committee, variables dependent inthis study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis show that the solvability variable has a significant effect on audit delay. While the variable size of the company and the audit committee does not have a significant effect on audit delay.
