The purpose of this research is to know the influence of profitability, solvency, and commodity prices on the stock price of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008-2018. Some aspects used in research include financial ratios such as ROE (Return of Equity), EPS (Earning per share of common stock) for variable profitability and DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) for solvency as well as the addition of external factors Like commodity prices to see how it affects the price of the stock. This research is conducted by the documentation method using data from the financial report of the mining company obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical methods used in the research are the classical assumption test analysis and the data regression panel. This research uses a data mining company registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2008 – 2018 as 5 companies from 27 registered companies. The results of the Common-Constant estimation method (Pooled Ordinary Least Square/PLS) found that DER and EPS influence the stock price of the mining company partially, While commodity prices do not have a significant effect against the stock price of mining companies. ROE, DER, EPS and commodity prices do not have a significant effect on the stock price of mining companies, it can be demonstrated by the R-Squared 0.150565 value which means the above variables affect only 15.05% and the remaining 84.95% is determined by other variables not researched in this study.

Company's financial performance is a factor considered by investors in investing. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock price. Eight coal mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 were taken for the samples of this research using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results show that (1) EPS, PER, and PBV simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.000; (2) EPS and PBV partially have a significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.000 and 0.006 respectively. EPS, PER, and PBV can explain variation of the stock price of the coal companies listed in the IDX in 2014-2018 as much as 88.5%. The results of this study is expected to provide recommendations for investors in choosing stocks of coal mining company with good performance based on EPS and PBV ratios.

This study aims to examine and analyze the bankruptcy prediction on coal mining company listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange. Bankruptcy prediction on coal mining companies using the Altman ZScore to see how big a bankruptcy prediction coal mining company. The data used in this study arethe financial statements of coal mining companies that are in the period 2012-2014 on the IndonesiaStock Exchange. The analysis technique used is a bankruptcy prediction model Altman Z-Score usingfive variables representing liquidity ratios, profitability ratio, and activity ratio. During theobservation period of 2012-2014 shows that the research data as many as 19 coal mining companiesthere are in a state of bankruptcy. In 2012 and 2013 there were 31.6% of companies experiencingbankruptcy prediction, and 26.32% are in the gray area. 2014 showed an increase where there are42.10% of companies experiencing bankruptcy prediction and 5.26% in the gray area..Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Predicted Bankruptcy, Stock price

Investment is a delay in consumption now to be allocated to productive assets which are expected to generate profits in the future, which is called stocks return.  Mining company in Indonesia is an attractive sector to invest in stocks because from a geographical perspective, Indonesia is an archipelago structure that contains mining products. There are risks that will be experienced by investors when investing, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Unsystematic risk can be avoided because related to management decisions. Knowing and analyzing the effect of debt policy, firm value, company size, investment cash flow on stock returns on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is a mining company that has go public and published audited financial statements 2013-2017 with 84 data processed consisting of 28 companies each year. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that debt policy and firm value have significant effect on stock returns while firm size and investment cash flow does not have significant effect on stock returns. Investor will be interested in investing in companies with good financial performance rather than bad financial performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion, and company age on the timeliness of financial report submission. The sample used in this study consisted of 26 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study was using purposive sampling method, so 104 samples were selected for 4 years. Hypothesis testing is done using logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of submitting financial statements, while company size, institutional ownership, audit committee, audit opinion and company age have no significant effect on the timeliness of submitting financial reports to mining companies in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to report users that profitability is an important factor in encouraging the timeliness of the submission of corporate financial reports. Keywords: Audit Committee; Audit Opinion; Institutional Ownership; Profitability; Timeliness.

Bankruptcy Prediction With the Altman Z-Score Method and the stock price on Manufacturing Company. This research aims to analyze the bankruptcy prediction on stock prices in manufacturing company of basic industry sector and chemical sub-sector of metals that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2015-2017. The sampling method was done with purposive sampling which then determined 15 companies as sample. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial report published in BEI. Data analysis used data panel regression using eviews version 8. These result shows that Altman Z-Score variable: 1) Working capital to total assets, 2) Retained earning to total assets, 3) Earning before interest and taxes to total assets, 4) Market value of equity to book value of total debts, and 5) Sales to total assets significantly influence stock prices in the metal subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the average company is in the gray area

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk. This study also looked at the role of government ownership and foreign ownership in moderating the effect of real estate credit on bank liquidity risk. There are 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period used as samples. This study used a multiple linear regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation method and robustness tests using the Maximum Likelihood (MLE) estimation method. The results of this study concluded that real estate credit has a significant positive effect on liquidity risk. Government ownership strengthens the positive effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk, while foreign ownership weakens the positive effect of real estate credit on liquidity risk.

<p>This study aims to analyzes the effect of receivables turnover, working capital turnover and debt  ratio to current ratio in mining company. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011 through 2014, which amounted to 39 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, as many as 14 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that receivable turnover and working capital turnover does not affect the current ratio. While debt ratio significantly influence a company's current ratio. This proves that with high debt ratio, the creditors still believe mining companies in Indonesia. The increase in business scale through volume production capacity and sales are considered able to provide additional corporate earnings impact on the decrease current ratio.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> receivables turnover, working capital turnover, debt ratio, current ratio, mining company.</p>

The company’s survival is influenced by many things, among others is profitability of the company. The company’s profitability is determined by various factors, one of which is an external factor. External factor are beyond the company’s difficult part is controlled by the company. Macroeconomic factor are the external factors of the company. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of GDB, BI Rate, Inflation and the exchange rate on the profitability of mining companies. The population using a mining company in Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2018. Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling technique sampling with particular determination in order to obtain a representative sample according to the sample criteria that will be used. Detrmination of sampling techniques was obtained 34 mining companies. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method data panel random effect. The result obtained showed the BI Rate has a negative effect on the profitability of mining companies, namely when the BI Rate is low, the company’s ability to fund its investment will increase. Whereas GDB, Inflation and exchange rate does not affect the profitability of mining companies.

ABSTRACTAnalysis of Performance Shareholding Structure of the Company (a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In preparation of this paper, the authors have conducted research on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Capital Market Information Center-Padang) Jl.Pondok 90 Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI. The analysis in this research using descriptive statistics, classic assumption test (test mulitikolonieritas, autokolerasi test, normality test), analysis of regression coefficient test, partial regression coefficients (t test), testing regression coefficients together (test f). As for the overall analysis of this data with the help of a software program SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Results of this study concluded that: (1) public ownership structure positively affects the performance of companies in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). (2) The structure of stock ownership is not a positive influence on the company's performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). (3) The structure of public ownership and foreign ownership together affect the company's performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of public account firm, complexity of company operations, and total assets to audit delay at basic and chemical industry listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The research method used in this research using quantitative approach method, research type is descriptive quantitative which is explanatory research. The population of research is 65 financial report of mining company, with technique of taking purposive sampling hence obtained sample of research as many as 22 financial report of mining company period 2012-2016. Data analysis method in this research is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show simultaneously public account firm, complexity of company operations, and total assets haven’t a significant effect on the audit delay on basic and chemical industry listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, with a significant value of 0.020 < 0.05. Partially public account firm, complexity of company operations, and total assets have no effect to audit delay on Mining companies listed in BEI period 2011-2015 with significant value < 0,05. The result of Nagelkerke's R Square value in this research is 0.31 which can be stated that variability of the dependent variable (audit delay) which can be explained by variability of independent variable (public account firm, complexity of company operations, and total assets) 31 % while the rest equal to 69 % is explained by other independent variables.
