Abstract: Based on the t test, the Service Quality variable influences Customer Satisfaction at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office in Yogyakarta, which can be indicated by tcount greater than t table (1,981> 1,290). And in the results of this study, researchers can conclude that the above indicators have been reached by the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Branch Office in Yogyakarta, with the result that the level of quality of services provided by the Bank can be called satisfactory. One of the factors that influence satisfaction is empathy which includes ease of relationship, good communication, personal attention and understanding customer needs. Based on the t test shows that tcount is greater than t table (2,188> 1,290), meaning that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on the variable customer loyalty. In this study, researchers found results that t count is greater than t table where this indicates that Service Quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The researcher in this study concluded the results that Service Quality has a very important influence on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty), especially in a case study at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Yogyakarta Branch Office. الملخص: استنادًا إلى اختبار t ، يؤثر متغير جودة الخدمة على رضا العملاء في المكتب الفرعي لبنك معاملة إندونيسيا في يوجياكارتا ، والذي يمكن الإشارة إليه بحساب أكبر من عدد t الجدولي (1،981> 1،290). وفي نتائج هذه الدراسة ، يمكن للباحث أن يستنتج أن المؤشرات المذكورة أعلاه قد تم الوصول إليها من قبل مكتب فرع بنك معاملة إندونيسيا  مكتب فرع يوجياكارتا ، مما أدى إلى أن مستوى جودة الخدمات التي يقدمها البنك يمكن أن يُعتبر مرضيا. أحد العوامل التي تؤثر على الرضا هو التعاطف الذي يتضمن سهولة العلاقة والتواصل الجيد والاهتمام الشخصي وفهم احتياجات العملاء. بناءً على اختبار t ، يظهر أن عدد t الحسابي أكبر من عدد t الجدولي (2،188> 1،290) ، مما يعني أن متغير جودة الخدمة له تأثير إيجابي كبير على ولاء العملاء المتغير. في هذه الدراسة ، وجد الباحث نتائج تشير إلى أن عدد t الحسابي أكبر من عدد t الجدولي حيث يشير هذا إلى أن جودة الخدمة لها تأثير إيجابي على ولاء العملاء. خلص الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج مفادها أن جودة الخدمة لها تأثير مهم على رضا العملاء وولاء العملاء (رضا العملاء وولائهم) ، وخاصة في دراسة حالة في بنك معاملة إندونيسيا ، مكتب فرع  يوجياكارتا. Abstrak: Berdasarkan uji t, variabel Kualitas Layanan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Cabang Bank Muamalat Indonesia di Yogyakarta, yang dapat ditunjukkan oleh t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,981> 1,290). Dan dalam hasil penelitian ini, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa indikator di atas telah dicapai oleh Kantor Cabang Bank Muamalat Indonesia di Yogyakarta, dengan hasil bahwa tingkat kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh Bank dapat disebut memuaskan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan adalah empati yang meliputi kemudahan dalam hubungan, komunikasi yang baik, perhatian pribadi dan pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan. Berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,188> 1,290), artinya variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan hasil bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel di mana ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki efek positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan hasil bahwa Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting pada Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas), terutama dalam studi kasus di Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality with price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara case study. In this study the independent variable consists of service quality and price, the intervening variable is customer satisfaction and the dependent variable is customer loyalty. The population of this study is 203 the total number of active students of STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara. While the sample of this study was 135 respondents. With accidental sampling technique. The type of research data is primer and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed that partially the quality of service did not have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can mediate a negative relationship between price and customer loyalty.

The society awareness in consuming halal, safe, and healthy foodstuff within these past few years kept on increasing. This was closely related to responsible food manufacturers which produced sustain halal foods, as evidenced by ownership halal certification. In order to increase the satisfaction of food producers and to maintain their commitment to extend the halal certificates, the quality of halal authority service should always be enhanced. This study aims to identify the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value, to determine the influence of halal label and product attributes toward customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of meatball stalls in Yogyakarta, and to identify the influence of halal label toward selling volume on certified meatball stalls. The instruments used were questionnaires containing 21 quality attributes of halal certificate renewal service. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was composed of seven latent variables: halal certification, brand, price, taste, service, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Result of the research showed that taste and halal certification have significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of certified meatball stalls. Halal certification have affected the certified meatball stalls in Yogyakarta by increasing the selling volume of 25-37.5%.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty switching intentions moderated by religious knowledge level in in Customer of BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya.The research method used is quantitative approach. This research use a total of 96 customers of BRISyariah Surabaya. Customer characteristics used are Moslem, registered as a funding or deposit customer for at least a year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses a method PLS (Partial Least Square).The results showed that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Other results showed that customer satisfaction has significant impact to customer loyalty and Islamic service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty. This results in accordance with the theory of Othman and Owen that CARTER could be used to measure the quality of service on Islamic Banking. Suggestion for the BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya should maintain and improve its service quality in order to improve satisfaction and form a loyal customer. For further research, can be done by adding another variable which affect customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The basic aim of this study is to explore most common constructs for quality of banking services, which influence customer satisfaction and examine the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the context of banking relationships. The questionnaire was used to collect the data from 192 valid respondents by convenience sampling method. SPSS was used to analyze the data and AMOS was used to test the model. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant link between customer satisfaction and constructs of service quality like tangibility, reliability, competence conflict handling and further study inferred that customer satisfaction is positively significant related to customer loyalty.

The existence of the internet is followed by the development of various advanced technologies such as smartphones. A smartphone is a smart phone that is equipped with various convenience features for its users. Many aspects of life are affected by the development of the internet, one of which is consumer behavior. Consumer behavior is dynamic, meaning that consumer behavior is always changing and moving all the time, therefore when the Internet and technology continue to develop, consumer behavior also changes, including in terms of shopping. Customer satisfaction and loyalty depends on the quality of service provided by the company, in the online market we are more familiar with e-service quality is a new version of service quality that was developed to evaluate a service provided on the internet network. This study will examine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty by involving 276 respondents who frequently shop online. The analytical tool used is path analysis. From the findings of the study mentioned that e-service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction but e-service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This study aims to determine how much effect of service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on toko Mandiri Textile pasar raya padang. Sample method used was simple random sampling. samples used to represent the population is of 100 respondents. data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and library. Based on the analysis path used satisfaction provides an increase of 30.3%, consumer loyalty providing increased by 22.9% and customer satisfaction by 9.8%. T test performed showed that these three variables significantly influence consumer loyalty. the value of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction with the value of t test> t table (2,491> 1,660). service quality on customer loyalty with value t test> t table (7594> 1.660). satisfaction to loyalty to the value of t test> t table (2.925> 1.660). service quality through customer satisfaction to increase loyalty konsmen by t test> t table (7582> 1.660).

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator. Respondents in this study were customers with a minimum level of education at least high school / equivalent who had conducted transactions at Pull & Bear Kuta - Bali more than once in the past year. The research sample was determined by 105 respondents using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with classical assumption and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. These results confirm that the company is expected to pay attention to the quality of service to improve customer satisfaction so as to create a sense of customer loyalty. The amount of activities that requires airline services demands airline companies to provide good quality services to create satisfied and loyal consumers. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to explain the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the effect of service quality on customer loyalty of AirAsia airline. Through purposive sampling method, this study uses a sample of 130 AirAsia customers at Ngurah Rai International Airport and Denpasar City, data was collected using questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale to measure 13 indicators, and analysed using path analysis. The result shows that service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and their loyalty on AirAsia airline, customer satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty on AirAsia airline, and customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality towards customer loyalty on AirAsia airline. We recommend for AirAsia to pay close attention to the quality of its services by controlling its flight schedule punctuality to satisfy its customers, which in turn will become loyal customers of AirAsia airline.

The COVID – 19 pandemic been made bad impact all tourism sector. Travels agents need to be adapted to pandemic condition to survive in this current situation. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of marketing mix, quality of service on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study took samples on the research population customers of PT. Mutiara Cemerlang Utama Bali who buys domestic and international flight tickets, makes hotel room reservations, tour package, India pilgrimage tours, assistant to make passport and visa extension. This research leads to descriptive and verificative research called explanatory research. The data was collected by interviewing and disseminating questionnaires by purposive sampling method processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool, the number of samples used by 120 samples. The results obtained in this study are that the marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the quality of service has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, but marketing mix and quality of service have a positive effect on customer loyalty. This is due to several factors that affect such as the price competition of travel agents. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

The needs of service quality hospital intensified as the improvement of the economy and the degree of community health by the Hospital Premier Bintaro must be able to provide quality service oriented to the achievement of customer satisfaction of patients who will eventually cause patients who are loyal. This research aims to find out the influence of the service quality, price and customer satisfaction and loyalty patients. Samples in detail is 100 patients outpatients. Analysis of the data used a validity test and reliability test, classical assumptions, double linear regression, determination coefficient and testing the hypothesis. The research results obtained that the service quality, price and customer satisfaction have impact on customer loyalty good patients partially or simultanously. And to improve the quality of service then increased more focused in terms of reliability and assurance, to increase the value of the offered prices and review more focused at affordable prices and the suitability of the price with the benefits and facilities and improve customer satisfaction patients more focused to the comfort and security of patients so that patients really feel satisfied and loyal to the hospital.Kebutuhan akan layanan rumah sakit bermutu semakin meningkat seiring membaiknya perekonomian dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat oleh maka dari itu Rumah Sakit Premier Bintaro harus dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas berorientasi pada tercapainya kepuasan pasien yang akhirnya akan menyebabkan pasien yang loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien.Sampel yang di teliti adalah 100 pasien rawat jalan. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik,regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan maka peningkatan lebih difokuskan dalam hal reliability dan assurance, untuk meningkatkan nilai harga yang ditawarkan maka pengkajian ulang lebih difokuskan keterjangkauan harga serta kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat dan fasilitas dan  meningkatan kepuasan pasienlebih difokuskan kepada kenyamanan dan keamanan terhadap pasienagar pasien benar-benar merasa puas danloyal terhadap rumah sakit.
