Department of technical training is the department that responsible for training program for the entire production technician in PT.ABC. In order to constantly improve the quality of training service, a research was conducted to analyze the satisfaction of production technician towards training service quality that organized by technical training department. Production technician will determine, whether the training program has been satisfactory or not. To determine the participants' satisfaction of the quality of the training service, this research has started by using the concept of service quality and also shows a model of service quality gap. Analysis of the participants' satisfaction was measured by using the service quality in order to know the gap between actual performance and expectation performance of the training service. This research was conducted to determine the priority factor that must be done to improve the quality of the training services. This factor is determined by using importance performance analysis method and the results from this research is customer satisfaction and priority factor for improvements which consists of the hygiene of training room, training content materials, training modules and clarity of training information.
Keywords: Gap, Service Quality, Training, Expectations, Actual, Importance Performance Analysis

Abstract This study aims to identify mechanisms responsible for the achievements in the artistic gymnastics performance. The main mechanisms we have considered a priori as being mechanisms of change were: anxiety for high performance sport, general self-efficacy, specific self-efficacy in gymnastics, motivation in high performance sport, emotional skills and social skills. Gymnasts from 3 national clubs attended this study. The gymnasts were distributed in 3 lots. The subjects are between 8 and 10 years. Since this study aimed to monitor certain psychological variables and one of the participating group received psychological counseling, before intervention we submitted screening questionnaires related to emotional and behavioral disorders to all groups. All gymnasts attending the study received questionnaires related to each mechanism monitored both in the beginning and at the end of the emotional development program. During the study the gymnasts were distributed in three lots as follows: the first lot received in addition to classical training methods, an emotional training program and a complex technical training program; the second lot received the same complex technical training program as the first lot; and the third lot did not receive intervention program and the gymnasts were trained following the traditional training program. We have analyzed the results using the procedure described by Weersing, V.R. and Weisz, J.R. [19]: the Efficiency Test, the Specificity of Intervention Test, Mechanisms of Change Test; Mediation Test.

One of the ways used in order to develop people is through training. A training program may include three things, technical training can improve the skills. A lesson can be declared a success if the behavior changes, increased knowledge, and expertise increases. In developing interventions to increase the performance of the employee one of them is through simulations and games. Learning with simulations and games can increase the interest and motivation of the study, because by using the method of simulation and game of student involvement is more dominant, participants can directly interact with learning situations real, besides learning with simulations and games can give you a good understanding of participants, so it can be concluded that the games and simulation is an effective tool in learning and performance interventions employees.

The Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test was translated into Arabic and administered to 130 Saudi Arabian men in a technical training program. Psychometric data, percentile scores, and information specific to this cross-cultural testing experience are presented. In the aggregate the test results for the Saudi Arabian sample appear comparable to the norming data for selected American samples, but further analysis of item data is needed for both Saudi Arabian and American samples before the test can be used with confidence.
