This study aims to analyze and evaluate the context, input, process, and product of a substantive technical training program for preparing lesson plans for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, and product). The results showed that; first, the context dimension states that the implementation of education and training is by the legal basis for working; second, the input dimension includes the availability of reliable resources, adequate facilities, and infrastructure and financing borne by the government, so that its implementation can be carried out properly; third, the dimension of the process which includes the implementation of programs that are by the predetermined plans and designs; fourth, the product dimension where the teacher already understands the specified competencies.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Level I Management Management Training Program in Schools Establishing Officers of Polri Education and Training Institutions in Sukabumi City, Jawa Barat. is a qualitative research with an evaluation approach using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. Data collection methods are triangulated using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) Evaluation of Context: Having a strong legal basis and government policy, has very clear goals and objectives. 2) Evaluation of Input: Qualifications of educator participants and instructors in accordance with predetermined criteria, Availability of funds, availability of facilities and infrastructure, but not meeting the level-I management training standards and needs, and good communication and collaboration between relevant stakeholders. 3) Process Evaluation: Planning training in accordance with what has been stipulated in the provisions. However, in preparing the education of prospective officers, it should be carried out in the second stage. The implementation of training runs well and in accordance with the provisions in the provisions. 4) Product Evaluation: trainees of the Level I Management Training Program in Schools Establishing Officers of the National Police Training and Education Institute in Sukabumi City, West Java has been very satisfying by showing the value of the training. It is recommended to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the Level I Management Management Training Program in Schools Establishing Officers of Polri Education and Training Institutions in Sukabumi City, Jawa Barat.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Program Pelatihan Manajemen (Management Training) Level I Pada Sekolah Pembentukan Perwira Lembaga Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Polri Di Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat. merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi menggunakan model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP). Metode pengumpulan data secara triangulasi menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi Context: Memiliki dasar hukum dan kebijakan pemerintahyang kuat, mempunyai tujuan dan sasaran yang sangat jelas. 2) Evaluasi Input: Kualifikasi peserta dan pengajar pendidik sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, Tersedianya dana, Tersedianya sarana dan prasarana, namun belum memenuhi standard dan kebutuhan pelatihan manajemen level-I, dan terjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik antar stakeholder yang terkait. 3) Evaluasi Process: Perencanaan pelatihan sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan pada ketentuan, Namun dalam penyusunan pendidikan calon perwira harusnya dilaksanakan pada tahap ke dua, Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan pada ketentuan, dan Pelaksanaan evaluasi berjalan baik. 4) Evaluasi Product: Peserta pelatihan Program Pelatihan Manajemen (Management Training) Level I Pada Sekolah Pembentukan Perwira Lembaga Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Polri Di Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat sudah sangat memuaskan dengan menunjukkan nilai hasil dari pelatihan. Disarankan memberikan evaluasi secara komprehensif terhadap Program Pelatihan Manajemen (Management Training) Level I Pada Sekolah Pembentukan Perwira Lembaga Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Polri Di Kota Sukabumi Jawa Barat. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pendidikan dan pelatihan komputer Tahun 2019 di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Bantul, ditinjau dari aspek context, input, process, dan product dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara,dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model CIPP menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan dan pelatihan Komputer di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Bantul secara keseluruhan masih belum sesuai dengan standar pelaksanaan Pendidikan dan pelatihan, baik dari aspek context, input, process, maupun product. Namun demikian, derajat ketidaksesuaiannya untuk masing-masing aspek dalam perspektif model CIPP yang dipergunakan masing-masing berbeda.Abstract           This study aims to evaluate the computer training and education program in 2019 at Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Bantul, in terms of context, input, process, and product using the CIPP evaluation model. This research is an evaluative study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation used is the source and method triangulation. The results of evaluations carried out using the CIPP model show that the computer education and training program at Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Bantul is still not in accordance with the standards of implementing education and training as a whole, both in the context, input, process, and product aspects. However, the degree of discrepancy for each aspect in the perspective of the CIPP model used is different from one to another.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi fungsi perencanaan pada program pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga teknis keagamaan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dari hasil  penelitian ini, diperoleh informasi bahwa  proses perencanaan yang dilakukan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Bandung meliputi: melakukan AKD, melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan satuan organisasi di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat, menentukan panitia, mengadakan rapat persiapan, menentukan waktu dan tempat,  menetapkan peserta, narasumber dan moderator, menyusun jadwal dan panduan, menyiapkan sarana prasarana, dan terakhir membuat laporan persiapan. Adapun yang menjadi factor pendukung perencanaan diklat tenaga teknis keagamaan adalah tenaga kediklatan, program diklat, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, metode, media, materi, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan yang menjadi factor penghambat adalah terbatasnya anggaran dari pemerintah dan peserta yang seringkali tidak sesuai dengan anggaran. Selanjutnya, strategi yang diterapkan BDK Bandung dalam mengoptimalkan proses perencanaan pada program diklat tenaga teknis keagamaan adalah dengan senantiasa mengikuti standar kediklatan yang telah ditentukan, mengadakan sistem penjaminan mutu diklat teknis, berlandaskan pada pedoman penyelenggaraan diklat, menyelenggarakan Diklat Kerja Sama, dan senantiasa melakukan koordinasi dengan satuan organisasi di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat. The purpose of this study was to determine how to optimize the planning function in the education and training program for religious technical personnel at the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center. The method used in this research is descriptive method. From the results of this study, information was obtained that the planning process carried out by the Bandung Religious Education and Training Center included: conducting AKD, conducting coordination meetings with organizational units in the work area of ​​the Education and Training Center, determining committees, holding preparatory meetings, determining time and place, assigning participants, resource persons and moderator, compiling schedules and guidelines, preparing infrastructure, and finally making a preparatory report. As for the supporting factors for the planning of training for religious technical personnel are education and training programs, curriculum, infrastructure, methods, media, materials, and others. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the limited budget from the government and participants, which often does not match the budget. Furthermore, the strategy applied by BDK Bandung in optimizing the planning process in the training program for religious technical personnel is to always follow predetermined educational standards, establish a quality assurance system for technical education and organizational units in the work area of ​​the Training Center.

This study aims to evaluate the Level IV Leadership Education and Training Program (Diklatpim) using the COPP evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam. The CIPP evaluation model is expected to produce a complex evaluation of the 2016 Level IV Diklatpim program in the Lahat District Government. Based on the use of the evaluation model, the qualitative research method with a case study approach was chosen by the researcher. Data collection was carried out by interviewing and studying documentation related to the implementation of Level IV Diklatpim in 2016. The informants in this study amounted to 15 people who came from the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province, Regional Human Resources Development Center. (BPSDMD) South Sumatra Province and participants of Level IV Training and Education in 2016 in the Lahat Regency government. When viewed from the aspects of the process and product implemented, the results of the study show that the 2016 Level IV Education and Training program in Lahat Regency has been in accordance with applicable regulations and is considered successful. However, based on the context and input aspects, there are several things that are not in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Level IV Diklatpim program in the Lahat Regency government.

This research was conducted at the Balai Diklat Keagamaan Medan with the aim of evaluating the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program in substantive technical training for the preparation of the RPP for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. This type of research is qualitative research using the CIPP (context, input, process and product) evaluation model which focuses on core questions, namely the context of the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program, the input conditions for the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program, the process conditions for the improvement program. Madrasah teacher competencies and product conditions in the Madrasah teacher competency improvement program. The results of this study consisted of 4 components. First. The context dimension is the analysis of the legal basis criteria, that every education and training must have a legal umbrella including Regulation of the Minister of Religion 10 of 2018 concerning amendments to PMA No. 59 of 2015 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Education and Training Center and the Criteria for the Analysis of the Education and Training Organization, that the education and training organization that manages the education and training activities has a legal basis and also has a legal basis at work, the education and training organization is a transition of responsibility from the Kasi to the training committee. Educational and Religious Technical Staff were then given a Letter of Appointment (SK).

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.
