Abstract Objective/Scope Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) places a priority on People Development. The reorganisation in 2016, a changing demographic, and increased emphasis on "Emiratisation" of the workforce has only reinforced that priority. The reorganisation fused together disparate companies, each with its own competency standards. The goal of ensuring that UAE national staff are used and developed throughout the organisation, coupled with our demographics, has added to the requirement for standard set of measures and processes for capability development across the ADNOC Group. This initiative has been implemented in phases, beginning with the creation/unification of core technical, behavioral/leadership and business competencies for all subsurface disciplines across the Group. We are now creating a learning organization to address our remaining challenges. A joint effort is required between our human capital and technical discipline leaders. Methods, Procedures, Process The ADNOC Competency Frameworks were created through a joint effort between subject matter experts (SME) and the People Development Team. The deployment of these frameworks was done in two main steps:Creation and verification. This was a joint effort between our Human Capital organisation and domain experts from the operating companies. This deployment also saw the creation of discipline authorities for the subsurface organisation. These "Heads of Discipline" are domain experts with a focus on skills and staff development. A "self-assessment" + "manager verification" process was used to populate the competency framework database.Data analysis. A statistical subset of the data were independently verified by SME interviews. Anomalies, and disciplines with insufficient coverage were scrubbed from the data. A number of analytical tools were used for data analysis, including "Heat Maps" for visual impact.Results, Observations and ConclusionsThe results revealed strength in the "engine room" of the organization, however, some "gaps" were identified. One gap was identified in the transitional grades between the "junior" and "operational" staff. This was consistent for all disciplines, and it is being addressed through specialized training and on-the job work assignments. Another gap was identified in some specialties, in which ADNOC depends on one or two individuals for key skillsets.As we took immediate action to address some gaps, we recognised that a longer term solution was required. This has taken the form of the ADNOC Learning Institute (ALI). The ALI is a comprehensive solution which includes strategic workforce planning, future capabilities, competency and learning frameworks. These will underpin future efforts in technical succession planning and mobility.Novel AdditionsThe ADNOC Learning Institute was crafted to meet the competing challenges of skills development, demographics and Emiratisation. The ALI demonstrates how a unified vision is required to meet future challenges.

The resources that an organization uses, their appropriateness, quality, impact, and effects depend on the people who use them to create the products and services that the consumers purchase. Among the many functions of human capital management in the modern world, one of the most important is the role that motivation plays. The importance of this function lies in the effective and efficient combination of organizational goals with the goals of employees and the creation of an effective mechanism for managing staff actions aimed at obtaining these results. The purpose of the article is to present a variety of approaches to creating motivation systems that are used in management practice, as well as to confirm the thesis that only a properly formulated and implemented motivational policy ensures effective achievement of the company's goals. The main issue that determines the rational use of motivational systems is their adaptation to the external and internal environment of the enterprise. This means giving it adaptability and the ability to accept changes in the environment both inside and outside.

This article discusses the conditions, reasons and factors of characterization of religious style as a functional style in the field of linguistics. In addition, religious style and its main peculiarities, its importance in the social life, and the functional features of religious style are highlighted in the article. As a result of our investigation, the following results were obtained: a) the increase in the need for the creation and significance of religious language, particularly religious texts has been scientifically proved; b) the possibility of religious texts to represent the thoughts of the people, culture and world outlook has been verified; c) the specificity of religious language, religious texts has been revealed; d) the development of religious style as a functional style has been grounded.

The current situation facing business organizations is characterized by diverse work environments with continuous change and development. Todays organizations seek to keep pace with this continuous development and operate to maintain their current business through the ability to effectively respond to change, and to create competitive advantage based on the existence of qualified human capital that contribute to the creation of organizational sustainability in the business sector. Talented human capital, with special skills, has the potential to create confidence and integration among the staff and top management, leading to organizational growth and continuation (Kurucz, 2013). The emergence of a set of challenges in the knowledge economy has had a clear reflection on business organizations which have begun to search for new mechanisms to compete and insure their existence in the business world. Hence, the importance of the concept of competitive advantage, based on human capital, as a necessary requirement to deal with the challenges faced by local, regional or international organizations (Global Institute, 2011). Where competitive advantage based on human capital is the main generator of new ideas, development of old ideas, and contribution to aid in organizational abilities to expand their current market share as well as maximizing value. Competitive advantage based on talented human capital allows organizations to be able to seize new opportunities and achieve permanence and future continuity (Thomas, 2014). This study aimed to look at the impact of competitive advantage through intellectual capital investment as one of the elements in the creation of organizational sustainability in the Jordanian Telecommunications Companies sector. Simple and Multiple regression was used for data analysis and testing the hypotheses of this research .This study has reached a set of results that previous studies reinforced in this area such as: Competitive advantage based on a distinct capital is the optimum method that should be used in telecommunications companies since it contributes to the optimal investment of human capital. This leads to optimum organizational sustainability for companies in various fields and also contributes to the achievement of a company’s mission and vision of the future.

It is essential that employers of nurses adopt a staff development policy. The trends regarding nursing manpower include increased demand; role change, expansion and development; improved staff utilisation. The education of nursing manpower will determine whether future challenges will be met. Problems in modern nursing, which include the effects of involvement in a service profession, reality shock and burnout, lead to loss of manpower or reduced productivity. A staff development policy can help to create a milieu in which these problems can be overcome.

In May 2009, the Arikara returned to the land of their ancestors along the Missouri River in South Dakota. For the first time in more than a half century, a Medicine Lodge was built for ceremony. The lodge has returned from its dormant state to regain its permanent place in Arikara culture. This event will be remembered as a significant moment in the history of the Arikara because it symbolizes a new beginning and hope for the people. Following this historic event, Arikara spiritual leader Jasper Young Bear offered to share his experience and deep insight into Arikara thought: You have to know that the universe is the Creator's dream, the Creator's mind, everything from the stars all the way to the deepest part of the ocean, to the most microscopic particle of the creation, to the creation itself, on a macro level, on a micro level. You have to understand all of those aspects to understand what the lodge represents. The lodge is a fractal, a symbolic representation of the universe itself. How do we as human beings try to make sense of that? That understanding, of how the power in the universe flows, was gifted to us through millennia of prayer and cultural development… It is important for us to internalize our stories, internalize the star knowledge, internalize those things and make that your way, make that your belief, because we're going to play it out inside the lodge. It only lives by us guys interacting with it and praying with it and bringing it to life… We're going to play out the wise sayings of the old people… So you see that it's an Arikara worldview. A learning process of how the universe functions is what you're actually experiencing [inside the Medicine Lodge]. What the old people were describing was the functioning of how we believed the universe behaves. And we had a deep, deep understanding of what that meant and how it was for us. So that's what you're actually seeing in the Medicine Lodge.

Introduction: The imbalance between technological development and ideological strengthening has resulted in the fading of the Pancasila ideological values of millennials. Technology that accompanies everyday life seems to be the main character in human life. Yet if humans themselves do not use technology wisely, technology can be a threat to both individuals and the life of the nation and state. If technology is increasingly out of control, threats to the Pancasila ideology are very likely to occur, such as in the G 30S PKI incident. Therefore, it is necessary to take action both from the government and the community as individuals to safeguard the development of technology to be used wisely. That way, we can prevent the threat to the Pancasila ideology together. Writing this article aims to analyze how the role and influence of the Pancasila ideology on the millennial generation in the 4.0 industrial revolution and to find solutions so that the values of Pancasila remain attached to the next generation of the Indonesian nation. Method: Writing This article uses a qualitative method by using literature reviews from the results of related research journals that have been published online through websites and other online media. Results: Thirteen journals and one book have met the criteria for the inclusion of a predetermined review. Research is based on the stigma of society regarding technological developments in the Industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, the government is expected to be more severe in implementing human capital management. Conclusion: By procuring human capital management, it will be possible that Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia will be able to carry out the ideals of a golden Indonesian generation with Pancasila values inherent in the hearts of the people and the nation's future generations.

Humans and diseases are related to each other since the creation. With the passage of time, humans were able to overcome different diseases. But still, they could not find out the solution for those people who were born in wrong bodies. The progress of medical science ultimately enabled them to restore their originality through corrective surgery or sex reassignment surgery. But soon this was also misused like the other researches by opportunists. The people who were healthy and have developed sexual organs got their sex change artificially without knowing the religious aspects. This article will highlight the Islamic aspects of artificial sex change surgery.
