Abstract This study was achieved using the support of strategic project “Support Scholarships University in Romania by the European Doctoral and Post-doctoral (SCHOLARSHIPS DOC-POSTDOC)”, ID 133255. The paper emphasizes the importance of meadows and hayfields production, considering that their value can be increased using over-seeding and organic-mineral fertilizers. Experience is located in the Experimental Center for Meadows Culture -Preajba, Gorj County, on natural meadow of Agrostis capillaris, over-seeded with Red clover. The production have increase with fertilizer dose, but maximum economic efficiency was found on variant that use only organically fertilizer. It should be noted that organic fertilizers are used in the first year only partially by plants. The indicators of economic efficiency used are: raw product, variable costs, fixed costs, production costs, and the indices: total expenditure rate of profit, income taxes, net profit and net profit rate.

The article summarizes the establishment and production costs, as well as the potential profitability of a peach orchard in Florida. Our findings show the initial investment required for a peach operation in Florida to be $6,457 per acre; the expense in land preparation and planting alone in year 1 is $2,541 per acre. Variable and fixed costs in years 2 through 15 average $5,680 per acre. As an example of profitability, when using a 10% discount rate, an operation yielding 6,525 (7,254) pounds of marketable fruit per acre during its most productive years obtains a positive NPV when the average price is $2.38 ($2.13) per pound.

Cost volume profit is concerned with determining the sales volume and product mix needed to achieve the level of profit. This analysis is a tool that will provide information to management about the relationship between costs, profits, product mix and sales volume based on the following assumptions: that all costs can be separated into part variable and part fixed, and that the total fixed costs are constant throughout the range analysis, and total variable costs change proportionately to changes in volume. The purpose of this study was to find a level of significance, the analysis reports in a vertical Income, Profit and Loss report analyzes horizontal and analytical results reported in the Profit and Loss concern cost volume profit at PT. Hadinata BROTHERSThe research method used is a case study method. This method covers the activities carried out by conducting research directly to the location to obtain the necessary data in connection with the problem under study. The study was conducted at the manufacturing company PT Hadinata BROTHERSFrom the results of research conducted, that the PT Hadinata BROTHERS January sales of 100%, February 77.02%, March 69.63%, 69.96% April, May 38.23%, 41.92% June decline highly significant, while the price of goods sold in January 97.65%, February 98.73%, March 90.59%, 97.66% April, May 177.40%, 112.25% in June and operating costs of January 2, 87% February 2.84% March 2.57% April 3.22% May 5.64% June 6.22%. Resulting in profits in January -0.53% February -1.67% March 6.83% -0.88% April, May -83.05%, -18.47% in June. So the calculation of break even point analysis (BEP) for January Rp. 1.884.750.000, February Rp. 1.6245 billion, in March Rp. 1.953.437.500, In April Rp. 1.889.750.000, May Rp. 1.323.000.000, June Rp. 1211370000.The results of the evaluation in this study that Analysis on the Income Statement in a vertical, PT Hadinata BROTHERS unprofitable can be said because it has not shown the numbers increased continuously. Overall in each unit of the income statement is presented there are irregularities that occurred at the Cost of Goods Sold which almost every month figures show a drop sales Cost of Goods or small. Analysis on the income statement horizontally, PT. Hadinata BROTHERS is a graph showing a decline in the percentage of each month. Overall figures on Cost of Goods Sold problems are large, while the sales figures showed a decline in every month. To anticipate the losses the company needs to make cost accounting system is organized so it can be budgeted revenues, expenses and profits as well. Key words: cost analysis of volume, profitability profit

Karl Marx’s comments on silk manufacture in “The Working Day” chapter of Capital, volume 1, demonstrate how “quality”—usually associated with “use value”—has been mobilized by capital to naturalize industrialized labor. Putting his insight into conversation with a recent multimedia poetic project, Jen Bervin’s Silk Poems (2016–17), this essay examines the homology between, on the one hand, poetry’s avowed task of fitting form to content and, on the other, the ideology of labor that fits specific bodies to certain materials and tasks.

Introduction. The work of many employees in the service sector is associated with a constant stay in a forced working position sitting at the computer for up to 60-80% of the time of the entire work shift, which leads to fatigue. The rate of fatigue depends on the specifics of work: it is much more likely to occur when working with monotony, muscle tension. An important role in the appearance of fatigue is also played by the attitude of a person to the work performed. The aim of study is to study the motor activity of knowledge workers in social service centers for the development of preventive measures aimed at reducing hypokinesia and hypodynamia during the work shift. Materials and methods. The following methods were used in the study: questionnaire and working day timing, calculation methods to determine whether the actual body weight corresponds to the ideal one using the Broka’s index and the Ketle’s index. The study involved employees of the integrated social service center "Raduga" in Bugulma. Results. An assessment of the motor activity of employees of the social service center of the population was made, and it was concluded that the problem of hypokinesia and hypodynamia is relevant and significant for employees of social service centers of the population both in their daily activities and during the work shift. Most of the employees showed an increase in actual body weight compared to the ideal one, which is to some extent due to hypokinesia and hypodynamia both during the working day and at home. Conclusions. Preventive measures aimed at compliance with the principles of rational nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, work and rest regimes, high-quality preliminary and periodic medical examinations are proposed.

The features of production factors established at the main workplaces of shoe production are considered. The materials on the results of the study of the functional state of the central nervous system of women workers of shoe production in the dynamics of the working day are presented. The level of functional state of the central nervous system was determined by the speed of visual and auditory-motor reactions, installed using the universal device chronoreflexometer. It was revealed that in the body of workers of shoe production there is an early development of inhibitory processes in the central nervous system, which is expressed in an increase in the number of errors when performing tasks on proofreading tables. It was found that the most pronounced shift s in auditory-motor responses were observed in professional groups, where higher levels of noise were registered in the workplace. The correlation analysis showed a close direct relationship between the growth of mistakes made in the market and the decrease in production. An increase in the time spent on the task indicates the occurrence and growth of production fatigue.Funding. The study had no funding.Conflict of interests. The authors declare no conflict of interests.

The present paper is a contribution to the building blocks of an investmentmodel within the framework of an integrated macroeconomic model of anIslamic economy. Investment behavior in the model is guided by an Islamicethicalvalue system and profit-sharing financial contracts. The typical firm’sinvestment decision is believed to emerge from a dynamic inter-temporalmaximization exercise within an infinite time horizon. The method of Calculusof Variations is applied to arrive at the optimal investment and employmentcriteria for the firm. The result is then incorporated into a macroeconomicmodel to study the behavior of key endogenous variables like national incomeand the rate of profit-share. Comparative statics exercised within a generalequilibrium framework reveal the potency of monetary policy but the neutralityof fiscal policy with respect to output and employment.IntroductionThe past decade has witnessed a tremendous outpouring of interest aswell as effort in the formalization of economic models based on profit-sharingfinancial arrangements as an Islamic alternative to the conventional interestbasedeconomic system. Several macroeconomic models for interest-freeeconomies have been proposed (Anwar 1987; Habibi 1987; Metwally 1981& 1983). The rigor of an integrated approach to such macroeconomic modelhgdepends on the rigor of the component models, namely, the consumption, investment, monetary, and fiscal relationships. Economists have writtenextensively on different aspects of consumer behavior in Islamic societies.Kahf (1978) and Khan (1984), among others, have contributed to the conceptualand analytical formulation of the consumption function under ...
