A B S T R A C TThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as  the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to  employee performance. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang beroperasional secara Working From Office di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan karena peneliti menganggap perlu mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti pada kondisi pandemi sehingga perusahaan dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam menyambut era new baru.Objek penelitian adalah PT. CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner  kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian simultan dan pengujian individual.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan hasil penelitian secara individualnya diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan   lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The Indonesian economy has weakened in every sector since pandemic Covid-19. The study investigates how the stock return in the impacted and unimpacted industry reacts to death and cases information about Covid-19. Based on previous studies, behavioral changes also occur in society. Changes in consumption of mass products and also the behavior of fast-food products move in opposite directions. In addition, changes also occur in employee performance due to limitations related to activities. In addition, this study also considers the response from the Indonesian government regarding changes in people's behavior and the increase in cases related to Covid-19. The Indonesian government, in this case, implemented several policies as a response to the incident where the Indonesian government finally imposed restrictions on social activities followed by a transition period to maintain the economic cycle in Indonesia. This study shows that in both the impacted and unimpacted industries and the lockdown period and the new-normal period in the Indonesian version, information related to the Covid-19 case significantly negatively affected stock returns, while information on deaths due to Covid-19 has a negative effect that is not significant. This result suggests the practitioner considers which other information affects investment decision during the Pandemic in the future.

Abstract – In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all working area aspect, which requires every organization to make changes quickly and adaptively. Companies are accelerating the use of digital technology, including changing the way they work. This research is focused on analyzing employee performance when there is a change in the way of working from the office to a remote way of working from different locations in the new normal era. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological method approach that utilizes interviews as a means to collect the necessary data and is combined with a netnographic method approach to explore data on the internet. This employee performance analysis is carried out in IT-based organizations, where employees as audiences and managers are considered as parties who can provide performance appraisals with changes in work methods to remote work patterns in the new normal era, as well as its relation to the readiness of technology and its impact on employee performance. The evaluation results show that employee performance is also influenced by the readiness of supporting technology, where in the new normal era with remote work patterns, of course, have challenges in implementing comfortable and safe remote access, so that all activities may run well and smoothly.

Covid has had an impact on the lives of employees generally including university employees. Social restrictions have posed a serious problem with regard to employee performance. In order to maximize employee performance, it is necessary to use information technology in the new normal life. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the use of information technology (X) on employee performance (Y). The subject of the research was employees of Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and the Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The type of the research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The samples were 46 respondents at Sabang College of Economics in Banda Aceh and Indonesian College of Informatics management in Banda Aceh. The data analyses are descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The results concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance simultaneously and partially. Thus, of the two independent variables, efficacy has the most dominant influence on employee performance. The use of IT has the largest beta coefficient and t count. The results of multiple linear regression concluded that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, which is 64.7%. The remaining 35.3% is another variable that can affect employee performance. Other variables that can influence employee performance include employee motivation and ability. Information Technology has had some bearing on employee performance in universities during this the new normal life of Covid-19 period.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada saat masa new normal pandemi covid-19 khususnya untuk perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Studi ini untuk mengetahui: (i) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); (ii) pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); (iii) insentif karyawan memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terjadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); dan (iv) insentif  karyawan memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance). Penelitian ini unik karena studi kami ini menganalisis mengenai disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan-karyawan perusahaan pada masa new normal pandemic covid-19 saat ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dari sumber dari data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa perusahaan yang masuk kategori Badan Usaha Milik negara (BUMN) yang ada di DKI Jakarta dan merupakan perusahaan yang sudah go publik pada Indonesia Stock Exchange. Penelitian ini menyebarkan 150 kuesioner penelitian yang harus diisi oleh para responden yang merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di BUMN di Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang menggunakan regresi liner berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance; (2) motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance; (3) insentif karyawan berperan sebagai pemoderasi untuk memperkuat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terjadap employee performance. dan (4) insentif karyawan tidak berperan sebagai pemoderasi untuk pengaruh motivasi kerja terjadap employee performance.
