Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada saat masa new normal pandemi covid-19 khususnya untuk perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Studi ini untuk mengetahui: (i) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); (ii) pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); (iii) insentif karyawan memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terjadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance); dan (iv) insentif  karyawan memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan (employee performance). Penelitian ini unik karena studi kami ini menganalisis mengenai disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan-karyawan perusahaan pada masa new normal pandemic covid-19 saat ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dari sumber dari data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa perusahaan yang masuk kategori Badan Usaha Milik negara (BUMN) yang ada di DKI Jakarta dan merupakan perusahaan yang sudah go publik pada Indonesia Stock Exchange. Penelitian ini menyebarkan 150 kuesioner penelitian yang harus diisi oleh para responden yang merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di BUMN di Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang menggunakan regresi liner berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance; (2) motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance; (3) insentif karyawan berperan sebagai pemoderasi untuk memperkuat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terjadap employee performance. dan (4) insentif karyawan tidak berperan sebagai pemoderasi untuk pengaruh motivasi kerja terjadap employee performance.

The Indonesian economy has weakened in every sector since pandemic Covid-19. The study investigates how the stock return in the impacted and unimpacted industry reacts to death and cases information about Covid-19. Based on previous studies, behavioral changes also occur in society. Changes in consumption of mass products and also the behavior of fast-food products move in opposite directions. In addition, changes also occur in employee performance due to limitations related to activities. In addition, this study also considers the response from the Indonesian government regarding changes in people's behavior and the increase in cases related to Covid-19. The Indonesian government, in this case, implemented several policies as a response to the incident where the Indonesian government finally imposed restrictions on social activities followed by a transition period to maintain the economic cycle in Indonesia. This study shows that in both the impacted and unimpacted industries and the lockdown period and the new-normal period in the Indonesian version, information related to the Covid-19 case significantly negatively affected stock returns, while information on deaths due to Covid-19 has a negative effect that is not significant. This result suggests the practitioner considers which other information affects investment decision during the Pandemic in the future.

In English; Along with the rapid development of information technology, the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) began to develop a more efficient transaction concept by starting to apply the concept of floorless trading. Which previously all places and processes of buying and selling shares were only centered on the IDX floor or better known as floor trading. The floorless trading system is a new stock trading transaction system implemented by the IDX by moving the place and process of buying and selling of shares to each securities company from what was previously centralized on the stock exchange (IDX). So now the concept of a new stock sale and purchase transaction, or better known as remote trading, has begun to be developed. The purpose of writing this research is to evaluate the remote trading system implemented by the company and provide input to improve the effectiveness of the remote trading system. This study uses the UTAUT methodology to evaluate and measure user acceptance, the results of which will be a reference to provide input to the company. The results achieved are a new system design created to meet user needs based on the analysis that has been done. With this new system design will increase system effectiveness and employee performance. Dalam Bahasa Indonesia Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi maka Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mulai mengembangkan konsep transaksi yang lebih efisien yakni dengan mulai menerapkan konsep floorless trading. Yang mana sebelumnya seluruh tempat dan proses terjadinya transaksi jual beli saham hanya terpusat di lantai BEI atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah floor trading. Sistem floorless trading merupakan sebuah sistem transaksi jual beli saham baru yang diterapkan oleh BEI dengan memindahkan tempat dan proses terjadinya transaksi jual beli saham ke masing-masing perusahaan efek dari yang tadinya terpusat di lantai bursa (BEI). Maka sekarang ini mulai dikembangkan konsep transaksi jual beli saham yang baru atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah remote trading. Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi system remote trading yang diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan serta memberikan masukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas system remote trading. Penelitian ini mengunakan metodologi UTAUT untuk melakukan evaluasi dan pengukuran terhadap user acceptance yang hasilnya akan menjadi acuan untuk memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah sebuah rancangan sistem baru yang dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan user berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan. Dengan rancangan sistem yang baru ini akan meningkatkan efektivitas sistem dan kinerja karyawan.

Impacts Current investors in Chinese tech stocks need to consider this situation as a new normal, not a departure from trend. The VIE structure will likely come under greater regulatory scrutiny, but is unlikely to be dissolved. Didi may yet delist in the United States.

In present situation, companies can gain strong competitive advantage through applying effective and efficient human resource practices. If the human resources are managed properly, they can contribute to the success for the company. The effective management of human resource is possible through the implementation of sound HRM practices. . The main objective of this research is studying the impact of HRM practices on employee performance in the context of cement industry in Bangladesh.  For this purpose the researchers have tried to investigate impact of the various components of HRM practices on employee performance of a sample of 160 employees from seven cement companies listed in the Dhaka Stock Exchange. The data were analyzed by a regression analysis to determine the impact of HRM practices on employee performance. The result shows that training & development and opportunity for career development have a significant positive impact on employee performances. On the other hand, Performance appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, and Leadership Practices have a positive impact on employee performance but the impact is not significant in the context of cement industry in Bangladesh. Moreover, work life balance has a negative impact on employee’s performance. Furthermore, efficient management of human resources can increase the performance of the employees of the cement companies in Bangladesh. JEL Classification Code: M12; J53

A B S T R A C TThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as  the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to  employee performance. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang beroperasional secara Working From Office di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan karena peneliti menganggap perlu mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti pada kondisi pandemi sehingga perusahaan dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam menyambut era new baru.Objek penelitian adalah PT. CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner  kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian simultan dan pengujian individual.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan hasil penelitian secara individualnya diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan   lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The importance that workplace fairness and information sharing has on employees’ performance has gained a significant attention from researchers and practitioners. However, no empirical evidence on the combined role of both workplace fairness and information sharing on employee performance has been found so far. Thus the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of workplace fairness and information sharing on employees’ performance in a budget setting. A set of direct and indirect hypotheses are tested using survey data collected from 108 sub-unit managers from various industries, randomly selected from Bursa Malaysia (the stock exchange of Malaysia). The findings indicate that both workplace fairness and information sharing are positively associated with improved employee performance in a participative budget setting. Furthermore, information sharing mediates the relationship between workplace fairness and employee performance. This suggests that when employees perceive the budgeting process as being fair, they would be more willing to share information, which will then lead to improved employee performance.

This study aims to compare the credit risk and profitability of banks in Indonesia. For this, the descriptive-quantitative method is used. The sample collection is based on the purposive sampling method. The study involved 71 Indonesian banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and Financial Services Authority, both conventional and Sharia. The research data are secondary data that include published results of quarterly financial reports of both conventional and sharia banks obtained from the website of the Financial Services Authority or the official websites of banks. The profitability of banks in making profit is measured by the Return on Assets ratio. The method of analysis used is the paired sample t-test. The results show significant differences in nonperforming loans (NPL) before and after the COVID-19 pandemic in conventional banking. However, there is no significant difference in Sharia banking. Moreover, there is no significant difference in profitability before and after the new normal implementation. This study provides empirical evidence that Indonesia’s banking restructuring policies to anticipate the impact of COVID-19 did not work optimally. The study is expected to help bank managers and the Financial Services Authority as a basis for evaluating the implementation of government policies to restructure the banking system.

Job satisfaction will affect employee performance. Employees with high job satisfaction can produce maximum work performance. Conversely, employees with low job satisfaction will produce bad work performance. Therefore, job satisfaction is one of the important factors in a company that needs attention from the company's leadership. The science and technology method used is six dimensions in job satisfaction stated by Luthans (2006) which consists of the work itself, salary or wages, opportunities for promotion, supervision, work colleagues and working conditions. This study serves to measure job satisfaction and how it affects to employee performance at PT. Abstract – In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all working area aspect, which requires every organization to make changes quickly and adaptively. Companies are accelerating the use of digital technology, including changing the way they work. This research is focused on analyzing employee performance when there is a change in the way of working from the office to a remote way of working from different locations in the new normal era. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological method approach that utilizes interviews as a means to collect the necessary data and is combined with a netnographic method approach to explore data on the internet. This employee performance analysis is carried out in IT-based organizations, where employees as audiences and managers are considered as parties who can provide performance appraisals with changes in work methods to remote work patterns in the new normal era, as well as its relation to the readiness of technology and its impact on employee performance. The evaluation results show that employee performance is also influenced by the readiness of supporting technology, where in the new normal era with remote work patterns, of course, have challenges in implementing comfortable and safe remote access, so that all activities may run well and smoothly.
