Financial statements users need financial informotion of companies to analyze their financial condition and performance. Finacial rotios are useful rneasares for explaning the future earning changes. The study focuses on the usefulness of ftnancial ratios in explaning future eamings.The objective of the study is to empirically examine whether financial statement based tinancial ratios hove ability for explaning future earnings. Data in this study were in food and beverages firms listed on the Jaknrta Stock Exchange. Regression analysis were used in testing the ability financial ratios for explaning changes. The multicollinearity test shows that there is no assosiation between independent variables, indicating multieollinearity is not a seriaus problem. The heteroscedasticity test shows that voriances of disturbances are constant for all observation in independentt variables. Therefore heteroscedasticity is not a problem. The empiricolly result showed that, financial ratios in/luences the futureearnings changes for earning after tax are total debt to total capital assets, total assets turnover, and return on investment. Among those sevent financial ratios that are significant influences the future earnings changes for operating prortt is current ratio.Keywords : Financial Ratios, Performance changes of firms, significantlyinfluence.

Financial statement analysis is one way to find out the condition of the company, financial ratios are one of the tools used to analyze financial statements. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial condition through the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency, and profitability as well as the constraints that occur in financial performance and solutions made by the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data was studied in the form of financial statements of PT. Martina Berto Tbk for 2014-2018. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the liquidity ratio is healthy because the current, fast, and INWC ratio is above the industry standard. The solvency ratio is healthy because the debt to equity ratio and LTDtER are above the standard. While the profitability ratios are declared unhealthy because the ratios of NPM, ROA, and ROE are below the standard.

PT. Berlian Laju Tanker, Tbk. (BLTA) is a company engaged in the ocean transportation services listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Singapore Stock Exchange. In 2009 and 2010 BLTA experienced a net loss. At the end of 2011 the company rocked the financial markets in Indonesia and Singapore being unable to meet financial obligations to financial institutions and corporate bondholders. Given such conditions until the end of August 2012 BLTA can not submit audited financial statement of year 2011 to the authorities of stock exchange and public. By using the 2007 to 2010 audited financial statements and June 2011 inhouse financial statement were analyzed using Altman's Z score model can be known that since 2007 BLTA produce a Z score were classified bankruptcy. Investors should analyze the financial condition by using Z Score in order to minimized shareholders and bondholders potential losses.

The global economy is currently experiencing a shocking crisis.  Many people, particularly   entrepreneurs, are affected by this condition. This compels companies in Indonesia  to maintain their  good performance in order to be able to compete and  survive. Company performance can be identified  and assessed through analysis on the company's financial statements. The financial statements  consist of the Statement of Financial Position, the Profit and Loss Statement, the Equity Change Report, the Cash Flow Statement, and the Notes to Financial Statements. With the analysis of financial statements, the performance of an enterprise can be assessed by performing  a mathematical calculation of the items in the financial statements. In addition to examining the company's performance, financial statement analysis can also predict the company's financial condition in the future. It also serves as the source of  information about the company's health condition. This financial statement analysis is very useful as information for various parties, such as the government, investors, and other users of financial statements to assess the financial condition of a company.             The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of property and real estate companies as well as their contributions to the state from the tax sector. The research was conducted  by taking financial statements from property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.   The results show that the property and real estate companies with  the best financial performance was Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. In terms of contributions made by companies from the tax sector, Pakuwon Jati Tbk has contributed increasingly  consistent every  year. However,  if seen from its financial performance, Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk has the best performance and good tax contributions. Key words :Analysis of Financial Performance and Tax Contributions.

Company’s financial condition reflected in the financial statements. However, there are many loopholes in the financial statements which can become a chance for the management and certain parties to commit fraud on the financial statements. This study aims to detect financial statement fraud as measured using fraud score model that occurred in issuers entered into the LQ-45 index in 2014-2016 with the use of six independent variables are financial stability, external pressure, financial target, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring and rationalization. This study using 27 emiten of LQ-45 index during 2014-2016. However, there are some data outlier that shall be removed, thus sample results obtained 66 data from 25 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis were used in this study. The results showed that the financial stability variables (SATA), nature of industry (RECEIVBLE), ineffective monitoring (IND) and rationalization (ITRENDLB) proved to be influential or have the capability to detect financial statement fraud. While the external pressure variables (DER) and financial target (ROA) are not able to detect the existence of financial statement fraud. Simultaneously all variables in this study were able to detect significantly financial statement fraud.

Company financial statement can be used to monitor the performance of a company. Financial statements are also used as a means for decision making so that the company can anticipate future plans. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on profit changes percentage of Banking Companies. The number of sample companies used in this study was 27 Banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation periods from 2007 to 2008. The method used in this study was multiple regression. The results of this study have indicated that CAR, LDR, and ROA gave significant effects on changes in Banks profit so that Banking Companies performances can be measured. The study of this research is to determine the effect of returning shares in manufacturing companies. This study uses the financial ratios contained in the company's financial statements. The financial ratios used in this study are the current ratio, return on equity, and earnings per share to stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2010-2019. This type of research used in this research is quantitative and the analytical method used is purposive sampling using SPSS 21 as many 10 manufacturing companies in the food, beverage, textile, rubber goods (tires), fisheries, and agriculture sectors. Data collection techniques are used by retrieving data through the website www.idx.co.id. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative and significant effect on Stock Return.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Timeliness is information that ready to be used before losing meaning by companies who use financial statements and their capacity is still available for make a decision. The determinant factors in this study are profitability, solvency and firm size. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 30 companies. The dependent variable of this study is timeliness measured by the date the audited annual financial statement is submitted to BAPEPAM by using a dummy variable. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and firm size. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA), solvency is measured by the debt to assets ratio (DAR), and firm size is measured by natural log of total assets. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the solvency has a significant and positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability and company size do not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting

In this study, comparative analysis Persistency Profit Management with Investment Risk level by applying the Application of Data Mining with Rough Set Theory in order to find a pattern or knowledge that can be used as a basis to predict what action will be performed in managing earnings management and banking conditions in company's future.

The measurement of financial performance based solely on balance sheet financial statements and profit and loss is able to provide information on the feasibility of a company on the obligations of external parties and also assets owned by the company. From the results of financial statement analysis using financial ratio analysis of PT. PLN (Persero)Region  Sulutttenggo can evaluate the financial performance of companies that show unfavorable conditions where the value of the liquidity ratio is less stable and even decreases. Whereas the results of the calculation of leverage ratio and profitability ratio show fairly good conditions. Thus, the writer suggest that the management always evaluate in improving the company's financial performance.Keywords : financial statement, financial performance, financial ratios

In this study, the author proposes to evaluate the effect of sales growth, Receivable Turnover and operating cash flow on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. In this statement, the population used in this study is the financial statement data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. from 2010 to 2018, the technique of determining the sampling uses Purposive Sampling. This research data uses secondary data from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc financial statements from 2010 to 2018. All data sources were obtained from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at https://www.idx.co.id, the company's website and Google search. Our analysis reveals that sales growth and accounts receivable turnover from PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc. has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has an influence on the Liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. This means the ups and downs of the value of sales and accounts receivable turnover of a company has no influence on the liquidity of PT. Unilever Indonesia Plc, while operating cash flow has increased or decreased has an influence on the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. The value of sales growth, accounts receivable turnover and operating cash flow can explain the liquidity of PT Unilever Indonesia Plc. by 78%, while 22% is explained by other factors which are not included in this study.
