Respondents used in this study are employees of UtamaHusada Hospital Ambulu Jember as many as 45 employees. Respondents selected by random method.Collecting data using instruments such as questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability test.Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that compensation and leadership styleinfluence on employee’s performance. Other results of the study indicate that leadership style has adominant influence on employee’s performance when compared with the compensation. This resultimplies that the compensation and leadership style has a significant influence on employee’sperformance of Utama Husada Hospital.Keywords : Compensation, Leadership Style, Employee’s Performance

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

This study aims to 1 to test the leadership of  1 ) teachers work discipline , 2 ) influence motivation teachers tenure to teachers work discipline , and 3 ) influence leadership and motivation of teachers work in togher teachers work discipline. This study using quantitative methods derived from sources both primary and secondary. Population and a working and motivation of teachers work discipline .The study is done in high school patra independent 01 Palembang .The collection of data using the survey with samples from 36 teachers. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. The result showed that : (1) is significant influence among schools to head leadership style discipline teacher in high school patra independent 01 Palembang; (2) any impact of the significant work to discipline the teacher in high school patra independent 01 palembang; (3)  Significant influence is of a style of leadership

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth on the brand image and company reputation and its impact on customer value. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing statements about the variables studied. After tested the validity and reliability, the data then analyzed using simple and multiple regression. The results found no effect of word of mouth on the brand image and corporate reputation, while there was a positive and significant influence between the brand image and the company's reputation on customer value.

Loyalitas yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kunci dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi yang juga bermanfaat bagi para karyawan untuk dapat lebih mencurahkan segala kemampuan yang dimilikinya guna menghasilkan nilai positif bagi organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang diduga memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail, diantaranya adalah Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji faktor Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan mengenai seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap Peningkatan Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail. Dengan Populasi sebesar 200 Karyawan, didapat data responden sebanyak 113 Karyawan yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara insidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan hasil : Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail.. High loyality is one of the keys in increasing the success of an organiation wich is also beneficial for employees to be able to devote more of their abilities to generate positive value for the organization. Several factors are thoght to have an important role in shaping the loyalty of the Retail IT Division Employees, including competence, personality and leadership style. This research was conducted by examining the factors of competence, personality and leadership style regarding how much influence it has on inreasing employee loyality in the IT Retail Division. With a population of 200 employees, the respondent data obtained as many as 113 employees which can be used in this study by incidental sampling. The analytical technique used to tet the hypothesis is a multiple regression quantitative technique with the results: competence, personality and leadership style have a significant influence on employee loyalty in the IT Retail Division.

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership styles on organizational commitment to student regiments. This study used a quantitative approach to the method of multiple regression and sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that based on hypothesis testing using multiple regression, R square values (R2) of all research variables tested were 0.410 or 41.0% with a significant value of 0,000 or p 0.05 while F calculated was 7,422 from F table 4.4. This showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture and transfomational leadership style so that the higher the awareness of members of the organizational culture and transformational leadership style that was applied, would increase commitment to the organization. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi pada resimen mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode multipel regression dan pengambilan sampel mengunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan multipel regression, didapatkan nilai R square (R2) dari semua variabel penelitian yang diujikan yaitu 0,410 atau 41,0% dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 atau p0,05 sementara F hitung didapat sebesar 7.422dari F tabel 4.4. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transfomasional sehingga semakin tinggi kesadaran anggota terhadap budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan maka akan meningkatkan komitmen terhadap organisasi.

This study aims to identify (1) the effect of self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (2) the influence of self efficacy towards student’s entrepreneurship interest (3) the impact of entrepreneurship education to student’s entrepreneurship interest (4) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation against student’s entrepreneurship interest. This study was conducted on students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 452 students of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang. Accidental Sampling technique was used in collecting the sample with 104 students. The data was primary data which collected using questionnaire. This study was used validity and reliability in data testing. In analyzing data, this study was used descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, multiple regression, simultaneous significance test (F Test), and determinant coefficient (R2) and T test. The analysis of data in this study was used SPSS version 16. The result showed (1) self efficacy, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship motivation have significant effect on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (2) self efficacy has significant influence on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, it can be observed from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (3) entrepreneurship education has significant impact on student’s entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05 (4) entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect on students entrepreneurship interest of XI class in SMK Negeri 2 Padang, seen from sig 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords : self efficacy, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship motivation

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline against Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra.The research design is based on the study environment, the research is included in the field research design category. Researchers focus attention on phenomena in the field so that direct involvement of researchers is limited to observations as cross-information material obtained from the object. The research location was in the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra, with a total sample of 128 respondents. The analysis technique used: validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results of the analysis state that there is a significant influence on Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline together against employee performance. And partially significant influence of Leadership Style against Employee Performance. Meanwhile, Work Motivation and Discipline partially do not have significant effects against Employee Performance.

<em>This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, (2) the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama. This research is causal associative research with quantitative approach. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, amounting to 60 people. Data is collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama</em>

The research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style on employee performance and its impact on employee loyalty on PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Pulogadung. Samples obtained by 187 respondents, sample retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, namely sample retrieval techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected to be a sample member. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership styles and on employee performance, leadership styles have positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, employee performance has positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, as well as a positive and significant influence between leadership styles on employee loyalty through employee performance
