Loyalitas yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kunci dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi yang juga bermanfaat bagi para karyawan untuk dapat lebih mencurahkan segala kemampuan yang dimilikinya guna menghasilkan nilai positif bagi organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang diduga memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail, diantaranya adalah Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji faktor Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan mengenai seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap Peningkatan Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail. Dengan Populasi sebesar 200 Karyawan, didapat data responden sebanyak 113 Karyawan yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara insidental sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan hasil : Kompetensi, Personalitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Divisi IT Retail.. High loyality is one of the keys in increasing the success of an organiation wich is also beneficial for employees to be able to devote more of their abilities to generate positive value for the organization. Several factors are thoght to have an important role in shaping the loyalty of the Retail IT Division Employees, including competence, personality and leadership style. This research was conducted by examining the factors of competence, personality and leadership style regarding how much influence it has on inreasing employee loyality in the IT Retail Division. With a population of 200 employees, the respondent data obtained as many as 113 employees which can be used in this study by incidental sampling. The analytical technique used to tet the hypothesis is a multiple regression quantitative technique with the results: competence, personality and leadership style have a significant influence on employee loyalty in the IT Retail Division.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to 1 to test the leadership of  1 ) teachers work discipline , 2 ) influence motivation teachers tenure to teachers work discipline , and 3 ) influence leadership and motivation of teachers work in togher teachers work discipline. This study using quantitative methods derived from sources both primary and secondary. Population and a working and motivation of teachers work discipline .The study is done in high school patra independent 01 Palembang .The collection of data using the survey with samples from 36 teachers. The data that has been collected analyzed using descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. The result showed that : (1) is significant influence among schools to head leadership style discipline teacher in high school patra independent 01 Palembang; (2) any impact of the significant work to discipline the teacher in high school patra independent 01 palembang; (3)  Significant influence is of a style of leadership

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational culture and transformational leadership styles on organizational commitment to student regiments. This study used a quantitative approach to the method of multiple regression and sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicated that based on hypothesis testing using multiple regression, R square values (R2) of all research variables tested were 0.410 or 41.0% with a significant value of 0,000 or p 0.05 while F calculated was 7,422 from F table 4.4. This showed that there was a significant influence of organizational culture and transfomational leadership style so that the higher the awareness of members of the organizational culture and transformational leadership style that was applied, would increase commitment to the organization. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi pada resimen mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode multipel regression dan pengambilan sampel mengunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan multipel regression, didapatkan nilai R square (R2) dari semua variabel penelitian yang diujikan yaitu 0,410 atau 41,0% dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 atau p0,05 sementara F hitung didapat sebesar 7.422dari F tabel 4.4. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transfomasional sehingga semakin tinggi kesadaran anggota terhadap budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan maka akan meningkatkan komitmen terhadap organisasi.

PT Citra Transpor Nusantara is a national private company engaged in public transport services, particularly in the management of taxi meters. This study will analyze both individually and simultaneously the influence of manager leadership style, communication patterns within the organization and type of awards for employee loyalty. The study takes place at PT Citra Transpor Nusantara using correlation and multiple regression methods. Various data are collected and analyzed from respondents namely employees regarding assessment of employee loyalty using Likert scale. The results of this study indicate there is a positive relationship and strong and significant influence between patterns of communication within the organization and the type of awards for employee loyalty. This study also proves the strength of connection and influence between the types of award for employee loyalty was ranked top, second, strength of connection and influence between communication patterns within the organization towards employee loyalty, and third, strength of connection and influence between leadership style towards employee loyalty. The study is expected to give input and suggestions for PT Citra Transpor Nusantara for the management and employees in improving employee loyalty at PT Citra Transpor Nusantara.

Respondents selected by random method.Collecting data using instruments such as questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability test.Analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that compensation and leadership styleinfluence on employee’s performance. Other results of the study indicate that leadership style has adominant influence on employee’s performance when compared with the compensation. The research aims to analyze empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style on employee performance and its impact on employee loyalty on PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Pulogadung. Samples obtained by 187 respondents, sample retrieval techniques using purposive sampling, namely sample retrieval techniques that provide equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected to be a sample member. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership styles and on employee performance, leadership styles have positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, employee performance has positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, as well as a positive and significant influence between leadership styles on employee loyalty through employee performance

This Research Aims To Uncover The Influence Of Leadership Style, Work Motivation And Work Discipline Of Employee Performance. The population of this study are all employees At PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatra Branch Painan which amounted to 45 people. Samples were taken from all populations of 45 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. The results obtained: Multiple effect of variable X together to variable Y at PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch is equal to 0,573 or 57,3% with Sig. F at 0.000 <0,05 or Fthitung nilat bigger than F table that is 26,445> 3,34, hence can be said that leadership style (X1) work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) have positive and significant influence to Performance employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch. Partially, leadership style have positive and significant influence to employees performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of leadership style bigger than t table (t count 2,713> t table 1,9883) or its significance is smaller than alpha (0,010 <0,05). Partial of work motivation have positive and significant effect to employee performance of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable of work motivation bigger than t table (titung 2,181> t table 1 , 9883) or its significance is less than alpha (0.035 <0.05). Partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect to the performance of employees of PT.Bank Regional Development (BPD) West Sumatera Painan Branch where t arithmetic variable work discipline is greater than t table (t count 4,636> t table 1,9883) or siginifikansinya smaller than alpha (0,000 <0.05), and the regression equation for these three variables is Ŷ = 26.445 + 0.299 X1 + 0.220X2. + 0.409 X3.

<p>The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of logical intelligence and interest in learning to Mathematics achievement. The method used in this study from survey and the study was conducted in SMA Depok municipality. Techniques used in the data collection done by using a questionnaire written test multiple choice test and questionnaire. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Abstrack   This research is intended to analyze the influence of brand equity on the consumer buying behavior. The respondents consist of 100 electronic user in Regional Province of Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i). brand equity has significant influence on the consumer buying behavior (ii). brand loyalty has dominant influence on the custumer buying behavior.   Keywords: Brand Equity, Consumer Buying Behavior.
