Multicolinear is a case that occurs in multi-linear regression analysis. Using multicolinear, it will be difficult to separate the influence of each independent variable towards the response variables. It also occurs in a farm production like cabbage. To solve this problem, Ridge regression method is used. This research aims to obtain a Ridge regression model to solve the multicolinear case. By using this method, the alleged regression coefficient is obtained by variance inflation factor less than ten for six free variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Bhumyamca Sekawan Jakarta, the variable studied is work discipline on employee performance. This research uses descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 140 employees. The results of the study showed a significant influence of work discipline on the performance of theemployees of PT Bhumyamca Sekawan Jakarta. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing the work discipline variable (X) to the employee performance variable (Y), the results of this study obtained the value of t arithmetic (22,935) ttable (1,665) then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Work discipline (X ) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of linear regression analysis obtained the value of the linear regression equation Y = 7.354 + 0.890 X The constant value of 7.354 states that if the independent variable (X) = 0 then the dependent variable (Y) is 7.354. Work Discipline regression coefficient (X) of 0.890 which means that the addition or increase (X) of 1 unit will increase Employee Performance (Y) of 0.890. R Square value (Determination Coefficient) obtained by 0.792, which means the influence of work Discipline variable (X) on Employee Performance (Y) of 79.2%. The remaining 20.8% is influenced by other factors.

<em>Results of multiple linear regression analysis in this study produces constant of 0354 stating that if there is no work Morivasi ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) then job satisfaction is equal to 0.354 . Regression coefficient of work motivation ( x1 ) of 0.396 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point will increase the job satisfaction of job satisfaction on job satisfaction assuming 0.396 ( x2 ) fixed . Job satisfaction regression coefficient ( x2 ) of 0.688 states that any additions ( as a positive sign ) 1 point of work motivation will increase employee job satisfaction in 0688 with the notion of work motivation ( x1 ) remains.Significant test simultaneously / together ( test statistic F ) result in calculated F value of 78 145. At Kalsel Bank Syariah Kandangan or it can be said that the work motivation ( x1 ) and job satisfaction ( x2 ) jointly affect the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan South Kalimantan. Calculations using the t -test,  concluded that motivation is a significant effect on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Kandangan Kalsel zero  hypothesis ( Ho ) is rejected and Ha accepted, so this hypothesis has been tested empirically.</em><br />

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables. Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of investment on employment in Central Java in 2009-2013. As it is known that investment plays an important role in the absorption of labor or can reduce unemployment. Thus with the increased investment hence the absorption of labor will also increase. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. This research was conducted in Central Java. The test used is the instrument using the validity test. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that the increase can be explained by the regression equation is Y = 16595732.325 + 0.32 X. Where the constant is positive value of 16595732.325 indicates that if the investment variable is considered constant (0), then the value of labor absorption of 16595732,325 . Then the regression coefficient of the investment variable is 0.32, this means that if the investment is increased one unit, it will increase the labor absorption of 0.32.
