<p>This study aims to determine how the effects of inflation and exchange rate against <em>ujrah</em>, <em>musyarakah</em>, <em>mutanaqisah</em> PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar. This research is a field research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data used are secondary data, ie., data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency report, Report of Bank Indonesia, and the financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Pematang Siantar. The data were processed using SPSS 16. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the inflation and the exchange rate (the independent variable) affects <em>ujrah</em> in <em>Musharaka</em>h financing <em>mutanaqisah</em> (dependent variable). The independent variables in this study could explain the change by 3.4% and the rest (96.6%) is explained by other variables beyond the variables used. Partially, the level of significant 5% and t table of 2034, inflation and exchange rate does not significantly affect the <em>Musharakah</em> financing <em>ujrah</em> <em>mutanaqisah</em>. This is demonstrated by the t value inflation of 0. 489 and texchange rate of 0899.</p>

The independent variables in this study are deposits and financial ratios of sharia banks which consist of NPF and FDR ratios. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of DPK, NPF and FDR on Murabahah financing in the SRB. This study used secondary data, which is the form of published Financial Statements of banks obtained from the website of Bank Indonesia. The bank's financial report used is quarterly financial report at Adeco Langsa Syariah Adequacy Bank. The data were then analysed by using the classical assumption method using multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, F test or simultaneous test and t test or partial test. Hypothesis in this research is DPK, and financial ratio of NPF and ROE bank partially has significant effect to Murabahah financing, while simultaneously from the three variables have a significant effect on the provision of financing. The method used in this study is multiple regressions. The results of this study indicatedthat DPK and FDR variables have no significant effect on murabahah financing, while NPF affects. This study aims to find out how the influence of organizational culture and satisfaction on the performance of employees at KSPPS Dana Ukhuwah. This study uses correlative or correlational models with the quantitative type of qualitative research. Based on the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees and secondary data in the form of journals, books and etc. By using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, it can be seen the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable partially and the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, organizational culture variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance partially and conversely the satisfaction variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously organizational culture and satisfaction have sufficient influence on employee performance.

In this study aims analyze the effect of financial ratios on the performance of cigarette companies listed on the IDX. The factors tested in this study are the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios as independent variables while the company's profitability as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all populations consisting of four companies and the data used are secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%, with the regression equation Y = 0.180 + 0.006X1 - 0.014X2 + 0.090X3. In this study the influence of pritability is activity while liquidity and solvency do not affect profitability. And simultaneously obtained Fcount 5.381 is greater than Ftable 2.89 with a significance of 0.004 smaller than the significance value of α = 0.05, this shows that simultaneously Liquidity, Solvability and Activity are factors that influence profitability. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Solvability, Activity

This study aims to analyze what factors can affect the Price Earning Ratio (PER). Several factors that are considered to be able to influence PER which is used as a variable in this study, namely Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Pay Out Ratio (DPR), and Profit Growth Rate. . The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. With the purposive sampling technique, obtained 13 companies that will be used as research samples. The data used are secondary data. To see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis tests were carried out which previously carried out the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that partially the results show that ROA, DPR, and Profit Growth Rate respectively have a significant effect on PER while DER has no significant effect on PER. Keywords: PER; ROA; DER; DPR; Profit Growth Rate.

ABSTRACTAccounting conservatism is a precautionary principle in reporting financial statements. This principle slows down the recognition of income and accelerates the recognition of costs, resulting in low profits and assets, and high costs and debt. This study aims to analyzing the effect of leverage, financial distress and profitability as independent variable to accounting conservatism in mining companies as dependent variable. The sample of this study used 20 listed companies. This research are using secondary data published by the company and BEI. Methods in this study using multiple regression analysis processed with software Eviews 10. The results showed that independent variables together significantly affect the changes in accounting conservatism. Profitability variables have a negative and significant effect on accounting conservatism of mining companies. Keywords: accounting conservatism, financial distress, leverage, mining, profitability.ABSTRAKKonservatisme akuntansi adalah suatu prinsip kehati-hatian dalam pelaporan laporan keuangan.
