A new method in decision-making of timing of tracheostomy in COVID-19 patients is developed and discussed in this paper. Tracheostomy is performed in critically ill coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients. The timing of tracheostomy is important for anticipated prolonged ventilatory wean when levels of respiratory support were favorable. The analysis of this timing has been implemented based on classification method. One of principal conditions for the developed classifiers in decision-making of timing of tracheostomy in COVID-19 patients was a good interpretation of result. Therefore, the proposed classifiers have been developed as decision tree based because these classifiers have very good interpretability of result. The possible uncertainty of initial data has been considered by the application of fuzzy classifiers. Two fuzzy classifiers as Fuzzy Decision Tree (FDT) and Fuzzy Random Forest (FRF) have been developed for the decision-making in tracheostomy timing. The evaluation of proposed classifiers and their comparison with other show the efficiency of the proposed classifiers. FDT has best characteristics in comparison with other classifiers.

There are relatively many Indonesian fairy tales that are spread in the community, have characters with good and evil temperaments. Usually take folk tales about teaching goodness, behaving smartly, and being able to distinguish between good and bad. Also teaches children not to be arrogant, insulting other people. The learning process is usually in the delivery of material using only pictures, dolls, or videos that are commonly seen by children. Conventional media used for learning reduce children's enthusiasm. On this occasion, to answer the problem of media that is less attractive to children by using Augmented Reality (AR), because it can help visualize abstract concepts so that it can be used for understanding the image object and the structure of an object model. results of making applications using Augmented Reality, assessed from the aspects of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, technological, and the benefits of getting good interpretation results.

During routine imaging of the craniofacial region, it is recognised that some “cosmetic” procedures with metallic insertions can be revealed radiographically. These objects however make it difficult to obtain a good interpretation of anatomical structures for management of diseases. A 58-year-old female patient visited a private dental facility in Kuala Lumpur for prosthodontic replacement of missing teeth. The dental panoramic image revealed generalized bone loss and numerous unusual multiple thread-like radioopacities. These gold threads made radiographic evaluation difficult and complicated the process of treatment planning for dental implant placement advocated for this patient.

This chapter is a reply to criticisms by Edwin Curley. An important reason that scholars do not agree about the correct interpretation of a text is that they have different networks of beliefs arising from different experiences and different affective states. For similar reasons, evaluations of interpretations will vary. Nonetheless, we can agree about properties of good interpretation, such as conservatism, generality, simplicity, coherence, completeness, and proportionality. But good interpretations may be strong in some virtues and weak in others. If the presence of perceived absurdities or contradictions were good grounds for thinking that the author was not serious in presenting them, then there would be good grounds for doubting that Hobbes took political philosophy seriously. These deficiencies are not signs of insincerity. A similar judgment should be made about perceived deficiencies of his religious views.

The objective of this study is to reflect on the Spanish time expressions that function as deictic elements. Deixis is a phenomenon strictly related to aspects of a pragmatic nature since it depends on the situational context in which the participants of the communicative act are. We want to search, discover and describe the pragmatic conditioning that determines the appearance and operation of this type of element in Spanish. Our idea is to demonstrate that in time deictic expressions the semantic content is not enough for speakers to use these expressions properly. It is necessary to resort to information that exceeds the level of meaning and find guidelines for the good interpretation of the expression in the situational and personal context. The group of time deictics is not heterogeneous from the formal point of view. It includes simple elements (for example, adverbs) and more or less complex elements (noun and prepositional phrases). We will focus on this second group and, above all, on the nominal constructions that include determinants and temporal adjectives since in this type of structure each constituent element performs a different semantic-pragmatic function and only the combination of these allows us to discover the definitive value of the set.

Learning is still dominated by teachers using lectures and teacher learning tools are still not good. This study aims to produce learning tools in the form of lesson plans with the think pair share (TPS) model in the science subject with the theme Kayanya Negeriku for fourth-grade elementary school. This research is development research based on the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, due to time constraints. and conditions that do not support this research only to the development stage. The results of the analysis of the development of learning devices with the think pair share (TPS) model obtained the following results: the content validity of the instrument was 1, 00 with the interpretation of "very high", the reliability of the instrument obtained a practicality coefficient of 100%, and the validation of learning devices with an average of 4,67 with "very good" interpretation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the validity of the Development of Learning Devices with the Think Pair Share (TPS) Model in the Science Subjects of Kayanya Negeriku Theme Class IV Elementary School is declared valid and suitable for use in the learning process.

One of the manifestations of culture and civilization and even literature of any country is the proverbs, rulings and short and rich words that arise from the greats of science and literature or from the common people and in our vast and ancient language there are thousands of proverbs and words Which has taste, thought and kindness and good interpretation in saying the meaning. The people of a society, when they find their experiences and reserves and those of the past as accepted and certain facts, express them in short sentences, in the form of poetry or prose, so that when they use them, the audience Immerse yourself in deep thought and leave a lasting impression on him. In fact, proverbs are the essence of a nation's collective wisdom that has been polished over time and passed down to us heart to heart. In our country, due to its ancient history, there are many proverbs. Although in different Iranian ethnic groups these proverbs have differences in language and dialect, but many of them are common in terms of meaning or concept. This article tries to examine the socio-cultural elements of the proverbs common in Kashmar city, its roots, dialect and their uses.

Local languages learning as the local content requires renewal effectively, so the regional language as the cultural heritage can be preserved through to educational institutions. Based on this urgency, this research aimed to determine the procedure of developing a Madurese language syllabus as a local content based on the CLIL approach to make the learning process more effective in elementary schools. This research used research and development method which refers to the four stages of Lee and Owens (needs analysis, designing, developing and implementing and evaluating). In this research, the Madurese language syllabus based on the CLIL approach was developed and the product meet the standards based on the results of two experts (material and language) and four practitioners through test items, content, and face validity (all validators in each aspect agreed that the product was ready to be implemented in learning). Furthermore, the results of empirical validation through the student reviews in limited group trials were in the positive value (the acquisition of the percentage of each aspect gets very good interpretation), and the developed syllabus could effectively in facilitating the learning of local content of elementary school students in the district Pamekasan.

Many calorimetric studies have been carried out to investigate the reaction process of alkali-activated slag paste. However, the origin of the induction period and action mechanism of soluble Si in the dissolution of slag are still not clear. Moreover, the mechanisms behind different reaction periods are not well described. In this study, the reaction kinetics of alkali-activated slag paste was monitored by isothermal calorimetry and the effect of soluble Si was investigated through a dissolution test. The results showed that occurrence of the induction period in hydration of alkali-activated slag paste depended on the presence of soluble Si in alkaline activator and the soluble Si slowed down the dissolution of slag. A dissolution theory-based mechanism was introduced and applied to the dissolution of slag, showing good interpretation of the action mechanism of soluble Si. With this dissolution theory-based mechanism, origin of the induction period in hydration of alkali-activated slag was explicitly interpreted.

This study applies multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Version 16.0 program. To get estimate and good interpretation of this study, the samples studied are set to 32 respondents. Data are collected through a questionnaire to measure quantitative variables with a Likert scale. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between independent variables on dependent variable, and it can be explained that: (1) Remuneration variable does not have significant impact on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.181 and significant rate 0.104 (> 0.05). (2) Motivation variable has significant impactt on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.559 and significant rate 0,000 (<0.05). (3) Independent variables simultaneously have significant impact on employee performance with regression coefficient of 1.094 and significant rate 0.000 (<0.05). R² value shows 0.589 or 58.9%. Employee performance variable is affected by Remuneration and Motivation Variables and the remaining 41.1% is affected by other variables. Keywords : Remuneration, Motivation and Performance
