<p>Shares is a proof that states a person has part in limited company (PT). Shareholder has right of  profit that is generated by company. Bonds is long-term debt securities that gives reward periodically and will be refund of principal at maturity. The obligation of zakat on shares and bonds is based on the obligation of zakat on wealth and trade which is said in the Qur'an Surah al-Baqarah verse 267, the obligation of zakat stocks and bonds is about 2.5%.</p>

<p>This study aimed to analyze the investment portfolio in the property sector stocks listed in JII using the Sharpe Index, Treynor Index and Jensen Index. Research carried out by using a different test is based on data about the performance of the portfolio during the period of 2010-2014. Based on the data processing obtained F value Calculate for the return of the portfolio in a row that the BSDE amounted to 23 904, CTRA amounted to 21,250, LPKR amounted to 44 981, and SMRA amounted to 38 729, then to see the F Calculate there, the conclusion that F count&gt; F table is on BSDE 23 904&gt; 3.885294, at CTRA 21,250&gt; 3.885294, on LPKR amounted to 44 981&gt; 3.885294, and the SMRA 38 729&gt; 3.885294, and a significance level of &lt;0.05 then the conclusion is not the differences significant return between BSDE, CTRA, LPKR, and SMRA approach Sharpe Index, Treynor Index and Jensen Index. While in terms of performance, there are differences in the performance of the portfolio using Sharpe Index, Treynor Index and Jensen Index.</p>

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the growth of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of a mutual fund sharia, namely Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBIS), Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and Exchange Rate (USD). All of the factor are assumed have significant impact on the net asset value (NAV). Danareksa Syariah Berimbang of PT. Danareksa Management. The research method is done by multiple regression. The results showed there is negative influence significant between Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBIS) and exchange rate, there is positive effect between the stock price index (CSPI), and the Asset Value net (NAB) Danareksa Syariah Berimbang</p>

<p>Sometimes, social contract is overlooked in society which in turn can cause problems. 'ariyah is seldom to be discussed in relation to the law, it is showed by the absence of DSN-MUI fatwa, about <em>ariyah</em> and specific discussion in KHES. Qardh that is applied in the banking and other LKS (<em>qard al hasan</em>) can be found  in the DSN-MUI Fatwa and KHES, as well as Grant. <em>Ariyah</em>, <em>qardh</em> and grants are <em>Sunnah</em> for the giver and the permission for the recipient. The social contract, the contract, <em>tabarru’</em> contract is used all these social contract are allocated properly,  the contribution for infrastructure development will be better.</p>

<p>The aim of this study is to identify the internal and external factors in the company after being taken over by the Government of Indonesia from Japanese investors and to formulate appropriate strategies to improve the performance of the company after the takeover by Indonesian government to be supporting the national aluminum industry that can fulfill the needs of the domestic aluminum and simultaneously increase profitability. This type of research is action research, with a population of 78 (seventy eight), which consists of five Directors, 21, General Managers, 49 Managers and 3 consultants in the aluminum industry. Data were analyzed with IFE and EFE matrix, then analysed by SWOT analysis and IE Matrix which produces Grow and Build strategy with the strategies used are either integrative strategy of backward integration, forward integration, as well as horizontal integration and diversification.</p>

<p>Training is a process of learning to develop the patterns of people behavior in science, skills or attitudes to achieve the expected standards. The aim in this study is to determine the training effect of civil servants in the Central Region I Field PU. The result of Adjusted R Square is 0.613 which means the independent variables can be explained by the variability of the dependent variable about 61.3%, or in other words the ability of independent variables, namely knowledge, skills, motivation, curriculum/materials, teacher, facilities and learning methods describes the influence of training to the civil servants at the Public Hall Area I about 61.3%. Independent variables that are knowledge, skills, motivation, curriculum/materials, teacher, facility this gives meaning if the knowledge, skills, motivation, curriculum/materials, teacher, facilities and learning methods are increased simultaneuosly, they will have an impact on upgrading PNS. Test showed that knowledge significant effected significantly on increasing the capability of civil servants, Expertise effected significantly on increasing the capability of civil servants, motivation and curriculum/material did not effect on increasing the capability of civil servants, teacher effected significantly on increasing the capability of civil servants, Facilities, learning methods are effected significantly on increasing the capability of civil servants</p>

<p>This study aims to determine whether the characteristics of the company (company size, profitability, profile, board size and financial leverage), affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility of the banking company in the city of Medan. Data analysis methods used in the study is a statistical analysis (multiple linear regression) using software (SPSS for Windows V15). To know the results of regression estimation is completely free of symptoms heteroskedastisitas, multikolionieritas and auto correlation, the authors do normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and test auto correlation test. To test the hypothesis, the authors used the coefficient of determination (R2), multiple regression analysis, partial test (t-test) and a simultaneous test (F-test). The results showed only the size of companies that have a significant influence on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while the level of profitability, corporate profile, board size, the level of financial leverage do not have a significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.</p>

Internal factors that affecting in obtaining third-party funds are; bank products, interest rate policy, quality of service, the atmosphere of the office, location of offices, and the reputation of the office. <p>In the Indonesian context, the political economy of Islam embodied in the form of government intervention, such as making the rules, get into the industry, initiating a movement, and others. <em>Zakat</em>, as a form of moral responsibility that is both ethical fardlu 'ain for every Muslim. If realized productively, it will be able to empower the social economy. Zakat is not merely consumptive consumable donations, but they can be used in the form of community development programs. Potential sources of Islamic philanthropy is <em>Infak</em>, <em>Sadaqah</em> and <em>Waqf</em>. It would be nice, if it is enabled philanthropy funds in the form of community empowerment through a million entrepreneurs, for example. More useful, and does not degrade Indonesia in the eyes of other nations. ZISWAF as a source of Islamic philanthropy should be utilized to achieve the welfare of the people. Government support in the form of political economy based on the principles of Islamic economics make progress and economic growth in the practice of Islam in Indonesia became rapidly.</p>

<p>Needs of optimal capital and skilled labor plays an important role in carrying out the production process. Factors palm oil production is crucialn for manufacturers producing cooking oil, butter and other manufacturers mainly use raw materials from palm oil almost of the producers are located in the region of North Sumatra. The use of capital and labor effective and efficient will result in optimal production of palm oil. The use of capital and labor in the production process of palm oil at PT. Gruti Pratama Lestari significant effect on production. Economic indicators that affect the level of production is investment/capital, labor and technology advancement. Capital formation, the material in the form of machines, tools and equipment as well as improving the quality of human resources is seen as a major factor in the economic development that will lead to the full utilization of economic resources available. The use of more advanced technology will create efficiencies in production that ultimately result in increased production. PT. Gruti Pratama Lestari is one of the private plantations producing palm oil fresh fruit bunches (FFB) in North Sumatra. The presence of all these companies was instrumental in improving the region's economic growth, apart from an increase inrevenue (PAD) can also create new jobs for the society in general as well as surrounding communities in particular. To support the palm oil production process PT. Gruti Pratama Lestari in need of capital and labor. The results of the analysis of data with simultaneous test shows that capital and labor are very significant influence on the production of palm oil PT. Gruti Pratama Lestari at 95% confidence level. The results of the analysis with partial test shows that capital very significant influence on the production of palm oil, and labor have a significant effect on the production of palm oil at 95% confidence level. Judging from the use of factors of production to the production of capital turned out to be more dominant than labor. This means that the use of capital has more influence on the increase in palm oil production than labor. Standardized Coeffecients capital of .0915% and the Standardized Coeffecients work force by 0132 against the production of palm oil, a much greater capital than labor means that PT. Gruti Pratama Lestari using capital-intensive technology.</p>
