Etik Ipda Riyani: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the success of the implementation of the information system e-SPT Sales Tax (e-SPT PPN) to tax compliance. The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Academic Portal SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM with address siakad.akakom.ac.id, was built with the aim of improving the quality of performance and services as well as the means of academic interaction between lecturers, students and academic departments based on information technology. Evaluate the success of its application is necessary to always meet its objectives. Based on previous research and basic theory of TAM and DeLone and McLean model hence researcher make model to analyze acceptance factors and intention of sustainability use SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM. Analyzer used is PLS 3.0. TAM describes the behavioral factors of computer users based on the beliefs, attitudes, intention, and user behaviour relationship. The DeLone and McLean model is an information system success model with three parts of the instrument, the first used to measure the technical success of the system quality, the two measures of semantic success ie the quality of information, and the three measures of effective information system is use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. The results of empirical research indicate variable of Information Quality and System Quality that affect the User Satisfaction  towards SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM, while the sustainability intention using SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM determined by User Satisfaction variable.

Background/Objectives: This study aims to empirically identify whether the higher the quality of the system, the more efficient the task and the more impact it has on the BSC items. An empirical data from the information system industry, in which various information systems are highly used, was collected and analyzed. To fulfill the research objective, we first identified the concepts of information systems and BSCs, and then verified how the information service level and quality of systems affect work efficiency and BSCs.

In achieving one of Brunei Vision 2035, which is to be among the top 10 in the world for quality of life, Ministry of Health (MOH) Brunei Darussalam has responded by implementing Brunei Healthcare Information and Management System (Bru-HIMS) that is equivalent to international best practices. Bru-HIMS has been implemented for about eight years since it first launched on 11 September 2012 where the outcome to user experience is unknown. Hence, this chapter investigates user satisfaction on Bru-HIMS specifically at RIPAS hospital and studies improvement towards providing quality healthcare in Brunei. DeLone and McLean Information System framework is applied to evaluate Bru-HIMS user satisfaction based on the six variables: information quality, system quality, service quality, intention to use and usage, perceived net benefits, and user satisfaction. Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain primary data from Bru-HIMS. The findings demonstrate positive relationships between the six variables, which indicates Bru-HIMS has positively influenced Bru-HIMS users.

The application of information systems with various types of convenience offered can reflect the quality of service of an organization, the quality of service can be said to be very good if the service meets the needs and expectations of users. This kind of evaluation can be done by applying a tested model but problems arise when latent variables in the method used are not fully able to identify factors that influence user satisfaction. From the results of research using the end user satisfaction model, the R-Square value is 0.653, which means that 65.3% of user satisfaction can be found through latent variables found in the EUCS model while the remaining 34.7% can be explained through external variables. This study aims to analyze external factors outside the EUCS model, one of which is by using the information system quality variables contained in the Delone and Mclane information system success model. The way to do this is to add an external variable to the EUCS model and then analyze the outer model and analyze the structural model using the structural equation model. The results showed that the independent system quality variable has a t-statistic value of 3.445 or greater than t-table 1.96 which means that the external latent variables of the Delone and Mclean model can be used to explain the satisfaction factors (from the external variable side) of the user information system on the EUCS model.

Kata kunci: kualitas sistem informasi farmasi, pengguna sistem informasi farmasi, pengelolaan obat, puskesmas    The use of information system in pharmaceutical care is expected to help pharmacist to manage the drug. Pharmaceutical information system needed to be tested before implementation. The aim of the study is to evaluate the pharmaceutical information system and analyze the correlation between quality of pharmaceutical information system, user of pharmaceutical information system, and net benefit. This study was analytical study with cross sectional design in Yogyakarta primary health center. The instruments were questionnaire and interview. The respondent of the study was 15 pharmacists in Yogyakarta primary health center that willing to fill out the questionnaire. The data that gained was system use, user satisfaction, system quality, information quality, service quality, and net benefit then to be analyzed with Pearson correlation. The result of the study was quite good in pharmaceutical information system quality, user of pharmaceutical information system, and net benefit (53,33 -93,33%). There was no correlation between quality of pharmaceutical information system to user. There was correlation between pharmaceutical information system user to net benefit (r = 0,758; p < 0,05). Keywords: quality of pharmaceutical information system, users of pharmaceutical information system, drug management, primary health center
