This study aims to determine the effect of changes in investment, consumption, DGFB per capita, inflation on motor vehicle tax revenues in South Sumatra Province. Motor vehicle tax revenues were sampled with the research period 2006-2020. The research used the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that changes in investment, consumption, and inflation did not significantly affect motor vehicle tax revenues in South Sumatra in 2006-2020. Meanwhile, DGFB per capita has a significant positive effect on motor vehicle tax revenues in South Sumatra in 2006-2020.

 This study aims to 1) Analyze the pattern of changes in commodity prices for spanish pepper in Malang District. 2) Analyzing the factors that influence fluctuations in the price of spanish pepper in Malang District. The research method used is quantitative method that uses secondary data in the form of time series obtained from several related agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency of Malang District, Department of Industry and Trade, and Department of food crops, horticulture, and plantation in Malang District. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable is the price at the consumer level from 2009-2018, while the independent variables use the data of the price of spanish pepper at the producer level, the amount of production, and the amount of consumption from 2009-2018. The study found that: 1) The development of the price of spanish pepper had a trend that tended to increase during the last 10 years. 2) From the results of data processing using multiple linear regression method with Eviews 9.0 application, it is found that the factor that significantly influences changes in the price of spanish pepper is the price at the producer level, while the amount of production of spanish pepper and the number of requests does not significantly affect the change in spanish pepper prices in Malang District.

This study aims to analyze the Factors Affecting Non-Oil and Gas Commodity Exports in Indonesia in 1985-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study partially showed that economic growth had a positive and significant effect on the exports of non-oil and gas commodities in Indonesia, the exchange rate and inflation did not affect the exports of non-oil and gas commodities in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the rate of economic growth and inflation had a positive and significant effect on non-oil and gas commodity exports in Indonesia.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine what factors may affect taxpayer (TP) compliance. Design/methodology/approach This research uses five independent variables such as income, TP’s perception on tax penalties, law and enforcement, fair tax treatment and the use of tax money in a transparent and accountable way. The dependent variable is the compliance of individual TPs non-employees. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires on KPP Surabaya Rungkut and processed using a multiple linear regression method with SPSS 21.0 Software for Windows. Findings The results show that partially income does not affect the compliance of individual TP non-employees; however, four other independent variables on the TP’s perception of penalties, law enforcement, tax treatment and the use of tax money simultaneously had a positive effect. Originality/value All independent variables had a positive effect on compliance by individual TP non-employees on KPP Surabaya Rungkut.

The main factors affecting demand for credit are high and fixed interest rates that make it difficult for members to pay their loans and result credit given by KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo to be stuck. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interest rate and bad credit on request of credit umkm at KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo. This research was conducted at KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo Nagari Muara Kiawai Gunung Tuleh District Pasaman Barat Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from credit reports contained in KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo with the number of samples of forty-eight. This data is analyzed by multiple linear regression method. From the results of this study found that interest rates and bad loans have a negative and significant effect on the demand for credit umkm in PasamanBarat.

The purpose of this study is examined the influence of the composition of the board of commissioners toward the performance of companies from three different aspects; return stock market aspects, ROA aspects of accounting, and accounting aspects and market TobinsQ. This research had a sample of 400 financial records from 400 companies with the period of 2010 to 2013. This research used multiple linear regression method. The independent variable is the number of commissioners and the number of independent commissioners. Moderating variables of this research was the size of the company. The dependent variable was the performance of this company with the company RET measurements, ROA, TobinsQ. The results of this study indicated that for RET, the board had  significant negative effect, as well as independent directors had not significant positive effect, while the influence of the board of commissioners of the smaller companies were not exhibited significantly negative. The commissioners had not significant positive effect, independent commissioner had significant positive effect, as well as the board of commissioners had not significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies to ROA. Research on Tobins Q, the board has a significant positive effect. Independent commissioner also had positive and significant, and the board of commissioners has no significant negative effect on the performance of smaller companies.

During the last 10 years, MSMEs have been the engine of the regional economy with a type of business that has reached 92% of all types of businesses in DIY. According to DINKOPUKM Sleman, it is known that the number of MSMEs in the handicraft sector reached 2964, which was then interviewed by 30 MSMEs in Sleman Regency, there were 17% of business actors who had used e-commerce and still around 83% had not used e-commerce as a medium of buying and selling. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of external environmental factors affecting the use of e-Commerce barriers to craft MSMEs in Sleman Regency. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 120 owners of handicraft MSMEs in Sleman Regency who had not used e-Commerce. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression method. Based on the results of data research, the factors that influence the barriers to the use of e-Commerce in handicraft MSMEs in Sleman Regency, seen from the coefficient, are the consumer factor of 3,.469. Technological factors, competitors and government policies do not affect barriers to e-Commerce use. Selama 10 tahun belakangan UMKM merupakan mesin penggerak ekonomi daerah dengan jenis usaha hingga mencapai 92% dari seluruh jenis usaha yang berada di DIY. Menurut DINKOPUKM Sleman diketahui jumlah UMKM pada bidang kerajinan mencapai 2964 yang selanjutnya diwawancara 30 UMKM di Kabupaten Sleman terdapat 17% pelaku usaha sudah memanfaatkan e-commerce dan masih sekitar 83% belum memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai media jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal yang menghambat penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan di Kabupaten Sleman.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 pemilik UMKM Kerajinan di Kabupaten Sleman yang belum menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor konsumen berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-commerce dilihat dari nilai koefisien sebesar 3,469. Faktor teknologi, faktor pesaing dan faktor kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh menghambat penggunaan e-commerce di UMKM Kerajian Kabupaten Sleman.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Firm Size on Firm Value at the Company's  anufacturing base and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013 to 2014. The population in  his study amounted to 55 companies manufacturing industrial  ector basic and chemical contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013 to 2014. Samples were obtained in this study of 52 samples selected by purposive sampling method. After outlier data, which eventually resulted 48 samples to be analyzed and tested. Data were tested using multiple linear regression method. These  esults showed that: Provitability significant positive effect on firm value, Leverage not significant effect on firm value and Firm Size positive effect on firm value.

This study aims to identify, both simultaneously and partially between financial and non-financial compensation for employees and employees of PT United Sindo Perkasa. This research use Multiple Linear Regression method. The sample in this study used total sampling technique where everyone. The research instrument used is interview and questionnaire. The result of this research is positive financial compensation variable to work motivation. It is seen from tcount (3,203) bigger than ttable (1,66) with significant level (0,002 < 0,05). The non-financial compensation variable has an effect on work, different from 2,461 with significant level (0,007 < 0,05). Simultaneously, between financial and non-financial tax compensation variable on work motivation, it is seen from Fcount (13,451) bigger than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Financial compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,005 < 0,05). Non-financial compensation positive variable on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,023 < 0,05). Adjacent simultaneously between financial compensation variables and non-financial compensation on employee performance, this is seen from Fcount (10,312) greater than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0.05).
