Matrimonial property plays an important role in achieving family stability and in building the society. Therefore, due attention must be given to the reality of the matrimonial property, how it is managed and the rules governing it when disputes about it arise to protect the financial rights of both spouses from any damage that can threaten the stability and development of the society. This study has a number of objectives that can bring about balance regarding the issue of matrimonial property, including: Reaching an accurate definition of matrimonial property, Laying down the rules and guidelines of matrimonial property, Clarifying the legal characterization of matrimonial property.

The dispersion protocol used to administer nanomaterials (NMs) in in vitro cellular tests might affect their toxicity. For this reason, several dispersion procedures have been proposed to harmonize the toxicological methods, allowing for the comparison of the data that were obtained by different laboratories. At the same time, several techniques and methods are available to monitor the identity of the NMs in the cell media. However, while the characterization of suspensions of engineered NMs having narrow size distribution may be easily performed, the description of aggregated NMs forming polydispersions is still challenging. In the present study, sub-micrometric/nanometric TiO2, SiO2, and CeO2 were dispersed in cell media by using two different dispersion protocols, with and without albumin (0.5%) and with different sonication procedures. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) was used to characterize NMs in stock solutions and culture media. Pitfalls that affect DLS measurements were identified and, guidance on a critical analysis of the results provided. The NMs were then tested for their cytotoxicity (LDH leakage) toward murine macrophages (RAW 264.7) and PMA-activated human monocytes (THP-1). As markers of pro-inflammatory response, nitric oxide (NO) and cytokine IL-1β production were measured on RAW 264.7 and THP-1 cells, respectively. The pre-treatment with albumin added to a strong sonication treatment increases the stability and homogeneity of the suspensions of nanometric samples, but not of the submicrometric-samples. Nevertheless, while TiO2 and CeO2 were non-cytotoxic in any conditions, differences in cytotoxicity, NO, and IL-1β releases were found for the SiO2, depending upon the protocol. Overall, the results suggest that there is no one-fits-all method valid for all NMs, since each class of NMs respond differently. The definition of validated procedures and parameters for the selection of the most appropriate method of dispersion for each class of NM appears to be a more efficacious strategy for the harmonization of the dispersion protocols.

There is no doubt that the marital rights between the spouses stemming from this sacred covenant vary between purely material rights and moral rights that include both spouses, and among these rights are funds related to the Muslim family, which arose with this construction and the sacred covenant, the provisions of Islamic law have preserved the rights of The financial wife imposed her dowry, and obliged the husband to support and accommodation for the wife. Taking care of her and maintaining herself and her body, and through this financial care for the rights of the wife and the woman’s enjoyment of financial responsibility independent of the husband, the common money between the two spouses may arise through the course of life between them, and it is known that the marital contract in Islam ends with one of only two: divorce or death, and so on. They have implications for joint funds; From here comes the importance of this study to solve the problem of disagreement over joint funds. the importance of studying . The shared money between the spouses is of great importance in the stability of the family and the building of society. Therefore, attention must be paid to the reality of the joint money, how it is managed, and the controls that govern it when disagreeing, so that the financial rights of both spouses are not lost. Which may negatively affect the stability and development of society. Objectives of the study : The study seeks to achieve a set of goals that would achieve balance in the issue of joint funds, and among these goals. 1- Attempting to find an accurate definition of the shared property between spouses 2- Establishing rules and controls for dealing in joint funds 3- A statement of the legal adjustment of the joint property of the spouses Research questions : Several questions revolve around this problem, including the following. 1- If the marital contract occurred and ended, then what is the fate of the common property between the spouses? 2- What is the matter if a dispute occurs between the spouses about this money? 3- What are the controls that can be referred to when the difference occurs? Through this research paper, we try to answer these questions in order to arrive at a legal adaptation to the problem of disagreement about the joint money between the spouses, and to explain the implications of that. Inflammation has a central role in atherosclerotic plaque formation and rupture. Intense macrophage inflammatory activity results in microcalcifications which are strongly associated with plaque vulnerability. Microcalcifications with specific critical size between 5 and 65 μ, located in the fibrous cap producing local mechanical stress on the plaque surface and may directly contribute to plaque rupture. Hence, accurate assessment of microcalcifications size and dimension has significant clinical importance. Current invasive and noninvasive plaque imaging has limited spatial resolution which limits accurate definition of microcalcifications in the atherosclerotic plaques. We describe a new imaging technique with high spatial resolution, based on confocal microscopic analysis, using a dedicated software which allows automatic characterization of microcalcifications and quantitative assessment of their extent and localization.

The term ultimate resolution or resolving power is the very best performance that can be obtained from a scanning electron microscope (SEM) given the optimum instrumental conditions and sample. However, as it relates to SEM users, the conventional definitions of this figure are ambiguous. The numbers quoted for the resolution of an instrument are not only theoretically derived, but are also verified through the direct measurement of images on micrographs. However, the samples commonly used for this purpose are specifically optimized for the measurement of instrument resolution and are most often not typical of the sample used in practical applications.SEM RESOLUTION. Some instruments resolve better than others either due to engineering design or other reasons. There is no definitively accurate definition of how to quantify instrument resolution and its measurement in the SEM.

Metal/polysilicon investigations contribute to an understanding of issues relevant to the stability of electrical contacts in semiconductor devices. These investigations also contribute to an understanding of Si lateral solid-phase epitactic growth. Metals such as Au, Al and Ag form eutectics with Si. reactions in these metal/polysilicon systems lead to the formation of large-grain silicon. Of these systems, the Al/polysilicon system has been most extensively studied. In this study, the behavior upon thermal annealing of Au/polysilicon bilayers is investigated using cross-section transmission electron microscopy (XTEM). The unique feature of this system is that silicon grain-growth occurs at particularly low temperatures ∽300°C).Gold/polysilicon bilayers were fabricated on thermally oxidized single-crystal silicon substrates. Lowpressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) at 620°C was used to obtain 100 to 400 nm polysilicon films. The surface of the polysilicon was cleaned with a buffered hydrofluoric acid solution. Gold was then thermally evaporated onto the samples.

Thomas More is often called a “humanist,” and rightly so if the word has its usual meaning in scholarship on the Renaissance. “Humanist” has by now acquired so many different and contradictory meanings, however, that it needs to be applied carefully to the likes of More. Many postmodernists tend to use the word, pejoratively, to mean someone who believes in an autonomous self, the stability of words, reason, and the possibility of determinable meanings. Without quite arguing that More was a postmodernist avant la lettre, this essay suggests that he was not a “humanist” who stalks the pages of much recent postmodernist theory and that in fact even while remaining a devout Catholic and sensible lawyer he was quite as aware as any recent critic of the slipperiness of human selves and human language. It is time that literary critics tightened up their definition of “humanist,” especially when writing about the Renaissance.

But in each case specifically different heuristic strategies were followed when conceptualizing said relational subject: Heidegger proposed overcoming the notion of “phenomenological subject” in Husserl; Zubiri, however, defend the recovery of the notion of “phenomenological subject” in Husserl; meanwhile, Apel propose a transformed semiotically reformulation of Heidegger’s “Dasein”; finally, Polo propose a reformulation of the epistemological notion of Heidegger’s “Dasein”.

Background: Although the stability of proteins is of significance to maintain protein function for therapeutical applications, this remains a challenge. Herein, a general method of preserving protein stability and function was developed using gelatin films. Method: Enzymes immobilized onto films composed of gelatin and Ethylene Glycol (EG) were developed to study their ability to stabilize proteins. As a model functional protein, β-glucosidase was selected. The tensile properties, microstructure, and crystallization behavior of the gelatin films were assessed. Result: Our results indicated that film configurations can preserve the activity of β-glucosidase under rigorous conditions (75% relative humidity and 37°C for 47 days). In both control films and films containing 1.8 % β-glucosidase, tensile strength increased with increased EG content, whilst the elongation at break increased initially, then decreased over time. The presence of β-glucosidase had a negligible influence on tensile strength and elongation at break. Scanning electron-microscopy (SEM) revealed that with increasing EG content or decreasing enzyme concentrations, a denser microstructure was observed. Conclusion: In conclusion, the dry film is a promising candidate to maintain protein stabilization and handling. The configuration is convenient and cheap, and thus applicable to protein storage and transportation processes in the future.

The evaluation of the shear behavior of masonry walls is a first fundamental step for the assessment of existing masonry structures in seismic zones. However, due to the complexity of modelling experimental behavior and the wide variety of masonry types characterizing historical structures, the definition of masonry’s mechanical behavior is still a critical issue. Since the possibility to perform in situ tests is very limited and often conflicting with the needs of preservation, the characterization of shear masonry behavior is generally based on reference values of mechanical properties provided in modern structural codes for recurrent masonry categories. In the paper, a combined test procedure for the experimental characterization of masonry mechanical parameters and the assessment of the shear behavior of masonry walls is presented together with the experimental results obtained on three stone masonry walls. The procedure consists of a combination of three different in situ tests to be performed on the investigated wall. First, a single flat jack test is executed to derive the normal compressive stress acting on the wall. Then a double flat jack test is carried out to estimate the elastic modulus. Finally, the proposed shear test is performed to derive the capacity curve and to estimate the shear modulus and the shear strength. The first results obtained in the experimental campaign carried out by the authors confirm the capability of the proposed methodology to assess the masonry mechanical parameters, reducing the uncertainty affecting the definition of capacity curves of walls and consequently the evaluation of seismic vulnerability of the investigated buildings.

Inspired by fuzzy hyperalgebras and fuzzy polynomial function (term function), some homomorphism properties of fundamental relation on fuzzy hyperalgebras are conveyed. The obtained relations of fuzzy hyperalgebra are utilized for certain applications, i.e., biological phenomena and genetics along with some elucidatory examples presenting various aspects of fuzzy hyperalgebras. Then, by considering the definition of identities (weak and strong) as a class of fuzzy polynomial function, the smallest equivalence relation (fundamental relation) is obtained which is an important tool for fuzzy hyperalgebraic systems. Through the characterization of these equivalence relations of a fuzzy hyperalgebra, we assign the smallest equivalence relation α i 1 i 2 ∗ on a fuzzy hyperalgebra via identities where the factor hyperalgebra is a universal algebra. We extend and improve the identities on fuzzy hyperalgebras and characterize the smallest equivalence relation α J ∗ on the set of strong identities.
