This research paper discusses the jurisprudence of reality and the reality of legalizing matrimonial property, along with expected familial problems upon application of matrimonial property. It concludes that it is prohibited to legalize or codify matrimonial property. The necessity of establishing research centers that follow the fatwa institutions or academies. It is no longer sufficient for understanding reality to follow up on social, historical, political, and possibly economic and medical studies subject to jurisprudence research. Rather, it has gone beyond that into the necessity of engaging realistic critical study.

مستشرقین کے مصحفِ عثمانی پر  شبہات کا تنقیدی مطالعہ: علامہ شمس الحق افغانیؒ کے افکار کی روشنی  میں Orientalists have paid much attention to the studies of Quran, in this regard the first target of Orientalists is Quranic Codification and its Historical position, for which they tried their best to object the Historical background of Mushaf -e Usmani and its validity. While Islamic History bears an ample testimony to the validity of this Manuscript, a general trend of the orientalists has been to question the validity of such a core Islamic ideal. Maulana Shamsulhaq Afghani was a famous and great scholar of subcontinent, belonged to District Charssada Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who wrote critical evaluations on Orientalist’s Quranic objections.  He served on many important designations’ like ministry of Baluchistan Qalat, President of wifaq ul madaris al Arabia Pakistan, Vice Chancellor of Islamia University of Bahawalpur and member of Islamic ideology Council Pakistan. Among his contiribution there are works that deal with the criticism of the orientalists’ approaches to the study of Islam in general and Quran in particular. In his book”Uloom- ul- Quran” he criticize orientalist’s trends about the codification of Mushaf-e-Usmani. In this research paper some selected objections of orientalists related to the codification of Mushaf-e-Usmani, and their critical evaluation in the light of Shamsulhaq Afghani's Thoughts has been discussed.

One of the aims of the inter-European study on parasuicide, which was initiated by WHO/Euro in the mid-1980s, was to try and identify social and personal characteristics predictive of future suicidal behavior. A follow-up interview study (the Repetition-Prediction Study) was designed, and so far 1145 interviews have been carried out at nine research centers, representing seven European countries. The study and the instrument used (the European Parasuicide Study Interview Schedules, EPSIS I and II) are described here. Some basic characteristics of the material from the various centers are presented and compared, and the representativeness of the samples are discussed. There were differences between the centers in several respects. Results from analyses based on pooled data have to be treated with some caution because of the possible lack of representativeness.

This research paper deals with Dalit poetry in reference to the two collections of poems, namely, A Current of Blood by Namdeo Dhasal and Give Us This Day a Feast of Flesh by N.D. Rajkumar. The selected poems from these collections are critically analysed with the objective of seeking for the picture of Dalits’ life as created by the poets in their poems as well as analysing the poems as the critique of the caste hierarchy. Dhasal who is one of the significant poets of Marathi Literature and Rajkumar who has contributed immensely to Tamil literature spew out their anger and vehemence to castigate the upper-classes of the Indian society which have always acted as the oppressors of the Dalit caste. The poems of these two poets become the voice of the caste which had been silenced for long and thus their poetry has led to assertion of Dalit identity in the mainstream society.

This article analyzes methodology of an Orientalist, G. H. A Juynboll in Hadīth. He is one of those western scholars who has focused on the second primary source of Islamic Law and has developed skeptical theories related to its authenticity and provenance. He relied on early scholars' theories in this discipline and supported their thesis with a bulk of arguments from the early Classical Islamic Sources. A follow-up of his methodology reveals some scientific methodological errors in his studies on Hadīth that led him to a false conclusion. This study discusses the loopholes in his methodology and supports every point with illustrative examples from his works, revealing that Juynboll followed a selective method in his studies and reached his desired/concocted conclusion.

Background/Aims: The aims of this study were to determine baseline factors related to the progression of subjective memory impairment (SMI) in elderly subjects and to develop a new modeling scale to predict progression. Methods: Elderly subjects with SMI were recruited from the nationwide Clinical Research Centers for Dementia of South Korea (CREDOS) multicenter cohort and divided into two groups: (1) progressed to mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease or (2) stable without progression. Baseline clinical characteristics were compared between the groups, and the most relevant predictors of progression were assessed. A new modeling scale combining the predictors was developed. Results: In total, 129 subjects with SMI were analyzed. The follow-up duration was 0.5-4.7 years, and the median time to event was 3.64 years. The progressing group (n = 29) differed from the stable group (n = 100) in terms of baseline age, apolipoprotein E4 (APOE4) status, and some cognitive domains. Older age, a lower Mini-Mental State Examination recall score, APOE4 carrier, and a lower verbal delayed recall score were the most relevant predictors of progression, and a new modeling scale with these 4 predictors provided a better explanation of progression. Conclusion: SMI subjects with a higher risk of progression can be identified using a new modeling scale and might need further evaluations and more frequent follow-up.

Statement of the problem. The question of classification of instrumental concertos is considered in the paper. It is emphasized that the problem still remains one of the most controversial in musicology. It was noted that there were many attempts to classify the concertos but they are incomplete due to some factors. The main obstacle is a particular flexibility of the concerto resulting in many forms, structures, and forms of performance. In case when a researcher focuses on the analysis of certain characteristics of concertos (cadence, musical form, interpretation of the soloist’s part, concertos of one composer, etc.), the question of classification is out of date. Instead, while covering the evolution of a concerto in general, the need to systematize the latest emerges. Thus, the significance of the concerto’s changes in different historical and socio-cultural conditions and the unequal interpretation of the concept of “genre classification” can be the obstacles, which make the classification process difficult. Among methods used, the following can be outlined: comparative, systematic, structural-functional, and historical approaches have been used to reveal the interaction between the soloists and the orchestra in different historical contexts and to follow up changes in different elements’ interactions. The purpose of the research paper is to offer a cross functional concerto’s classification as well as to reveal the role of the orchestra as a unifying criteria in it. The results obtained prove that the proposed classification of concertos is based on their categorization as the formation of hierarchical relationships between the most of structural elements. All criteria for classifying have been divided into two groups: conceptual (genre features, presence of singer parties, type of interaction, stylistic epoch, “purity of the genre”) and constructive (number of soloists and orchestras, choice of solo instrument, instrumental composition of the orchestra, typical or atypical music forms). All these elements are arranged in a hierarchy, the consequence of subordination levels is explained, multilevel connections between separate components are established. The conclusion was drawn that there is an adequate order of all criteria that allows us to offer a cross functional concerto’s classification. The orchestra plays a key role in it. Six periods of particularly intense correlation between the evolution of the instrumental concerto and the transformations of the orchestra have been disclosed

This research paper assignment on the 2016 Indiana gubernatorial election was done in two parts. The first part (not included) was on predicting the winner of this election. My prediction for the Democratic candidate, John Gregg, was incorrect. This essay is the follow-up analysis (written within two weeks after the election results) of what transpired during the election in relation to my prediction. I argue that the Eric Holcomb win and Gregg loss was due to the larger national Republican victory, a lack of Democratic campaigning power in Indiana, Gregg’s (over)emphasis of LGBT rights, his dismay for the RFRA, and Holcomb’s optimistic economic plans. Gregg’s connection to Mike Pence is also discussed as a defining factor of his win. Demographics of the Indiana exit polls are also considered. While the race was polled, and reported as a toss-up in the weeks before the election, in hindsight, a Republican Governor winning in a largely Republican state is a logical conclusion.

AIM: To study the clinical and therapeutic aspects of cutaneous melanoma at the Joliot Curie Institute of Dakar. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We performed a retrospective, descriptive and critical study at the Joliot Curie Institute of Dakar including all histologically confirmed melanoma cases between January 2008 and December 2013. RESULTS: During the study period, 21 cases were managed. The location was plantar in 76% of cases. Acral type was found in 85.7% of cases. All patients had a Clark level of IV or higher with a Breslow index of more than two mm. Fourteen patients underwent excision surgery and 12 had inguinal lymph node dissection. The average follow-up was 16 months with an overall survival of 58.7% at six months and 51% at one year. CONCLUSION: The majority of patients have benefited from surgical treatment, without prescription of immunotherapy which to date has revolutionized the management of advanced melanoma.

This research paper seeks to study the juxtaposition of antithetical forces in the text The Fault in Our Stars penned down by John Green. The research centers on the characters' quest for finding an answer to the meaninglessness, attempts for filling the void, facticity, existential angst, and ultimate despair in the framework of the philosophy of 'Existentialism' posited by Jean-Paul Sartre. All the major characters in the novel are cancer patients, living a dismal and distressing life under the looming shadow of death. In an existential vein, the protagonists set out on a journey of self-exploration and choose to eke out a momentary optimism from their pessimistic situations. While battling with the terminal disease, Hazel Grace Lancaster and Augustus Waters engage in an emotional liaison that becomes a redeeming force in their traumatized existence. This research will study how love becomes a life force, an antithetical force juxtaposed with death and devastation. The transience becomes an impetus of change from despair to fulfillment as the protagonists experience infinity in an ephemeral togetherness and find a meaning of life in empathy and love.

The research paper discusses an important issue, as the role of modern science and the major scientific discoveries and its significant impact upon the supporters of curriculum atheistic. The scientific trend which is headed by the class of supporters of scientific miracles are represented by the believers of Inimitability (Koran), in addition to that the believers who they understood the meaning of the Quranic with references to the scientific accurate understanding, they are scientists who have lived in eras of realizing the cosmic and provide knowledge about matters of instinct, whether they are specialists in the natural sciences or they are religious scholars. The third class (mainstay) of scientists preferred to be in between, i.e., it means they preferred to be balanced between taken positive side and left negative side if it is possible.
