<p>This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of PT. Petroil Indonesia. The research focus used is the compensation variable and work environment<br />variable on performance through work motivation. In order to know how far the influence of variables of compensation and work environment variables affect the performance factors<br />through employee motivation, the researcher in this case has done the research with the sampling model used in this research is non probability sampling with slovin method so<br />that the obtained sample as much as 248 of respondents from 650 respondents. Instrument calibration is done to test the validity of grain and reliability coefficient. Grain validity was<br />calculated by using correlation product moment coefficients and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of cronbach's alpha.The hypothesis used in this research is using<br />Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. From the results of the study showed all hypothesis proposed in this research accepted. This means that there is a significant <br />influence between compensation, work environment to work motivation and performance.</p>

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to work motivation, influence of work discipline to work motivation, influence of compensation to work motivation, influence of leadership style to employee performance, influence of work discipline to employee performance, influence of compensation to performance, influence of leadership style, work, compensation through work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this research is employees of Bank Syariah X Branch Batam as many as 160 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22. The result of this research is as follows: Leadership style has significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has significant effect on work motivation, the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect to employee performance, leadership style, work discipline, and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

This study aims to determine the factors that can increase employee satisfaction at the Regional Hospital dr. Sobandi Jember. These factors include work motivation, work environment, and compensation and HR competencies. The population in this study is 226 employees who will also be used as research samples. Thus this research is also called census research. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with PLP Warp software that tests the validity and reliability of measuring instruments, as well as model fit and path analysis test. The results showed that the motivation variable with a coefficient of 0.281 affected employee satisfaction. Work environment variables with a coefficient of 0.162 affect employee satisfaction. HR competency variable with a coefficient value of 0.010 does not affect employee satisfaction. While the compensation variable with a coefficient of 0.681 affects employee satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction that acts as a mediator and its impact on lecturer's performance which in this study is referred to as Widyaiswara's. The study was conducted in 12 educational and training institutions in South Sulawesi with a population and a sample of 161 Widyaiswara as respondents (census method). Data from the questionnaire analyzed were used to test our hypotheses; we followed the structural equation modeling approach using IBM® SPSS® AMOSTM 18. The results found that the transformational leadership has a positive significant on Widyaiswara's satisfaction and performance. We found for indirect effects through Widyaiswara's satisfaction is a positive significant to explain the transformational leadership effect on Widyaiswara performance. The results for positive insignificant indirect effects were found through Widyaiswara's satisfaction on performance, namely work environment variables. The most important effect is proven through transformational leadership in explaining the effect of Widyaiswara's satisfaction and  performance

The purpose of this research is to examine the paradigm change of governance implementation. The governance is the implementation of Regional Autonomy which refers to Law No. 32 of 2004 about the performance improvement of autonomous government agencies. It puts the vision, mission, and strategy into actions that confirm the success or failure levels when carrying out activities following the specified programs and policies. There are variables applied to assess the civil servants’ performance achievement. This research focused on the variables that affect the work environment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation. The respondents of this research are officials of Echelon III and IV at 14 Autonomous Regional Agencies in the Pamekasan Regency. The number of samples in this study comprised 120 Echelon III and IV officials. Structural Equation Method (SEM) was applied to test the causal relationship between work environment variables, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance with the aid of the AMOS 20.0 program. The findings indicated (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (2) organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (4) work motivation has a significant impact on performance but it has no significant effect on work motivation.

To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The method used in research with a questionnaire. The sample of the study may be 50 respondents. Statistical tests were performed using PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling. The validity test uses the loading factor value, while the reliability uses the Cronbach's alpha value, composite reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The conclusion of this study is the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out the task in accordance with the given responsibility. This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of managerial ability, work culture, organizational characteristics both partially and simultaneously on the innovation capability and performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. The research methods in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The population was 1,302 Tapis crafter in Lampung Province and a sample of 305 and as owner crafters as respondents, with questionnaires as data collection techniques, and data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Lisrel 8.70. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, managerial ability, work culture, and organizational characteristics had a positive and significant influence on the capability of innovation. The results of this study also showed a positive effect of managerial ability, work culture, and innovation capabilities on the performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. Innovation capability can act as an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of managerial ability, organizational culture, and organizational characteristics on the performance of crafters the most dominant work culture influences the performance of craftsmen is 0.356.
