Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that can affect the quality of life and leads to decreased productivity in patients. Low back pain (LBP) is one of the significant causes of disability worldwide with lifelong incidence. The purpose of this literature review describes the potential of anthocyanin-based Poly (Methyl Methacrylate) (PMMA) nanoparticles as the management of inflammatory pain in the Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP ). The method used is a literature study by entering the keyword. Of the 77 journals reviewed, 47 journals were found by the topic and used as a reference for this work. The anthocyanin-based PMMA nanoparticles act as anti-nociceptors by inhibiting microglia that produce inflammatory mediators in HNP. Poly (Methyl Methacrylate) nanoparticles have specific targets in microglia. Anthocyanins have the effect of inhibiting inflammatory pain through many destinations. Anthocyanin inhibits the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO ) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE 2) and inhibits the activation of p38 MAPK and NF-kB pathways that express TNF-α and IL-1β genes as anti-nociceptive. The anthocyanin-based PMMA nanoparticles have potential as a novel therapy for inflammatory pain in HNP. There has been no research between these modalities. Therefore, further research is needed to find out the exact potential of anthocyanin-based PMMA nanoparticles.

<p>Hypertension takes the first place as a health problem for the elderly. Hypertension in the elderly comes as a part of aging where blood vessels become stiff and fragile. The purpose of this research was to identify factors that can not be modified and factors that can be modified that affect the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Literature review used articles from Indonesia OneSearch, Google Shoolar and PubMed databases was then selected using PRISMA Flow Diagrams to produce eight articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Critical appraisal was done to see the feasibility and quality of the article. Data analysis in this literature review used a simplified approach method. The results of the literature study found that factors that can not be modified that affect the incidence of hypertension in elderly including; family history, race and age. While the factors that can be modified that affect the incidence of hypertension in elderly among others; obesity, physical activity, stress and nutrition. Health workers with family and the elderly can make effort to prevent hypertension against factors that can be changed by routinely checking blood pressure, controlling body weight, exercising regularly, regulating diet, good stress management and optimizing the function of Posbindu (service post of Community Health Centre for the elderly) preventing and managing hypertension in the elderly in the community. Future studies can examine the correlation of each risk factor that influences the incidence of hypertension in the elderly.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: </strong>Hipertensi menempati urutan pertama sebagai masalah kesehatan yang diderita lansia. Hipertensi pada lansia muncul sebagai bagian dari penuaan dimana pembuluh darah menjadi kaku dan rapuh. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi dan faktor-faktor yang dapat dimodifikasi yang memengaruhi kejadian hipertensi pada lansia. Kajian literatur menggunakan artikel yang berasal dari <em>database</em> Indonesia <em>OneSearch</em>, <em>Google Shoolar</em> dan <em>PubMed</em> kemudian diseleksi dengan menggunakan<em> Flow </em><em>Diagram </em>PRISMA<em> </em>sehingga menghasilkan delapan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dilakukan <em>critical appraisal</em> untuk menganalisis artikel. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan <em>simplified approach method</em>. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi yang memengaruhi kejadian hipertensi pada lansia yaitu; riwayat keluarga, ras dan usia. Faktor-faktor yang dapat dimodifikasi yang memengaruhi kejadian hipertensi pada lansia yaitu; obesitas, aktivitas fisik, stres dan nutrisi.  Petugas kesehatan bersama keluarga dan lansia dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan Hipertensi terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat diubah dengan rutin melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah, mengontrol berat badan, berolahraga teratur, mengatur diet, manajemen stress yang baik serta optimalisasi fungsi Posbindu dalam pencegahan dan penanganan Hipertensi pada lansia dikomunitas. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat meneliti hubungan tiap faktor risiko yang memengaruhi dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia.</p>

Following the expansion pain definition according to the IASP in 2020, the inability to communicate does not exclude the possibility that humans experience pain. Therefore, a good pain assessment in patients with decreased consciousness can increase the value of disease management and improve the patient's quality of life both during the treatment period and after hospitalization. Because of the inability of patients with decreased consciousness to verbally convey their pain, this poses a challenge for the clinician. This literature review was aimed to describe how to understand the pain in decreased consciousness patients.

Background: Online registration is a patient or patient's family registering to get an examination from a health care facility by utilizing remote technology facilities, for example a patient registering by using telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, web, and others. Because often there are problems with SIMRS which are caused by several factors. The purpose of this study is to describe the SMS gateway-based online outpatient registration systemMethods: This research method was carried out by conducting a literature review. with the literature study method. Sources of data in this study were obtained from several published journals with attention to inclusion and exclusion categories. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by paying attention to aspects of similarity, inequality, views, comparisons and summaries.Results: The results obtained are based on a review of several journals with literature studies related to the online registration system, namely the discovery of the advantages and disadvantages of the SIM-RS implementation system in hospitals in terms of online registration, including from the aspect of system users, low user satisfaction, utilization. technology that is still limited and the quality of information is still inaccurate. Besides, the stipulation and implementation of SOPs is not optimal.Conclusions: It is necessary to establish SOP that is more measurable and can be implemented appropriately

The main objective of this chapter is to focus on the emotional experience in luxury contexts in emerging economies. Consumer research literature currently lacks studies of consumer emotions in emerging economies, except for some relevant studies of emerging consumption in China. This chapter reports a systematic literature review of luxury and consumer emotions aiming at mapping the main trends of research on this topic. The results show that the predominant type of methodology in these studies is mainly quantitative versus qualitative and mixed. The studies consider various antecedents of emotions, environmental stimuli, such as familiarity with the brand, the physical aspect of the product, among others, and non-environmental stimuli such as quality of service, product quality, among others. The contexts of studies of consumer emotions are presented. Finally, the authors also identify the studies undertaken in emerging economies.

The Indonesian e-Government index for 2020 is internationally ranked 88, up 19 points from the previous ranking of 107 in 2018. This increase results from e-Government implementing agencies and an increase in public participation and contributions from research institutions. It always contributes to e-Government issues theoretically and practically. The results of studies related to the implementation of e-Government are also needed to answer the current problems and become a reference of e-Government development following Indonesian conditions. This study explores the studies that have been carried out during the last five years using the perspective of Indonesia's e-Government Ranking (PeGI), namely the dimensions of policy, institutional, application, infrastructure, and planning. The study used a literature review method with data sources obtained on the Garuda Ristek portal BRIN-Indonesian Publication Index. The number of articles collected was 45 articles which were then grouped based on the PeGI dimension, research methods, and types of e-Government relations. The results show that the perspective of the dimensions of the Indonesian e-Government Ranking can be a reference to see a picture of the conditions of e-Government implementation and the influencing factors. Furthermore, studies related to e-government issues can provide input information and recommendations for solutions to e-Government administrators. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of studies on e-Government in Indonesia supported by the government and related institutions to improve the quality of Indonesian e-Government.

Today’s business competition is not just relying on product quality but further the quality of service. As the development of the era, marketers need an approach that combines the practice of non-traditional marketing that is integrated to enhance personal and emotional experience associated with the brand (experiential marketing). This corresponds closely with the customer experience and very different from the traditional marketing system that focuses on the functions and benefits of a product. This study is descriptive and causal. Descriptive study aims to determine consumer attitudes and causal research aims to influence experiential marketing on consumer attitudes on PT Laksana Yamaha Kencana Gemilang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and through literature study. Analysis of the data used in this research is Fishbein and regression models. The results showed that consumer attitudes Yamaha are positive and the influence of Experiential Marketing of consumer attitudes are significantly by 20.9%, while the remaining 79.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
