Over a long period of time, the general theoretical aspects of law, its relationship with key areas of philosophical knowledge (ontology, axiology), as well as practice-oriented technical research played a predominant role in legal knowledge. At the same time, such an aspect of the functioning of law as legal consciousness remains not fully studied. This concerns both the social significance of legal consciousness and the social context of its formation in the public environment. Equally interesting is the question of what are the key trends in the formation of legal consciousness in Russian society. The article examines the problem of legal consciousness in Russian society. In the first part of the article, a general theoretical study of the essence of legal consciousness, its place in the system of social worldview, social significance, as well as key factors of formation is carried out. Separately, the question of the deformation of legal consciousness and its causes is raised. The second part of the work is devoted to the current state of legal consciousness in Russian society, which includes both the analysis of actual data and the consideration of indirect data, including the state of the main factors in the formation of legal consciousness in Russian society. The causes of the crisis of legal consciousness in Russian society are considered. Trends in the nature of attitudes towards law in Russian society are analyzed, and trends in the deformation of legal consciousness in Russia are also described. The processes described relate to institutional and information factors that are currently relevant. The third part of the article summarizes the results of the study, notes key trends in changing the situation with legal consciousness in Russian society. Options are offered to overcome the current crisis situation.

Subject. The article provides considerations on the formation and development of a successful person model in the modern Russian society. Objectives. The study is an attempt to model a successful person in the Russian society, when the ideological subsystem of the institutional matrix is changing. Methods. The study relies upon the theory of institutional matrices by S. Kirdina, theories of human and social capital. We focus on the assumption viewing a person as a carrier of social capital, which conveys a success, socio-economic position, social status, civic activism, doing good to your family and the public, confidence in people and association with your region. The empirical framework comprises data of the sociological survey of the Russian population in 2018. The data were processed through the factor analysis. Results. We devised a model of a successful person in today's Russian society, which reveals that a success, first of all, depends on the economic wellbeing and has little relation to civic activism. The potential involvement (intention, possibility, preparedness) in the social and political life significantly dominates the real engagement of people. The success has a frail correlation with constituents of the social capital, such as confidence in people and doing good to the public. Conclusions and Relevance. Based on the socio-economic wellbeing, that is consumption, the existing model of a successful person proves to be ineffective. The sustainability of socio-economic wellbeing seriously contributes to the social disparity of opportunities, which drive a contemporary Russian to a success in life.

The national legal system is determined by traditional elements characterizing the culture and customs that exist in the social environment in the form of moral standards and the law. However, the attitude of the population to the letter of the law, as a rule, initially contains negative properties in order to preserve personal freedom, status, position. Therefore, to solve pressing problems of rooting in the minds of society of the elementary foundations of the initial order, and then the rule of law in the public sphere, proverbs and sayings were developed that in essence contained legal educational criteria.

At present, the problem of establishing disability is a point at issue in Russia. Despite the fact that medical criteria for disability are being developed very actively, high-quality methods for assessing social hallmarks are still lacking. Since disability is a phenomenon inherent in any society, each state forms a social and economic policy for people with disabilities in accordance with its level of development, priorities and opportunities. We have proposed a three-stage model, which includes a system for the consistent solution of the main tasks aimed at studying the causes and consequences of the problems encountered today in the social protection of citizens with health problems. The article shows why the existing approaches to the determination of disability and rehabilitation programs do not correspond to the current state of Russian society and why a decrease in the rate of persons recognized as disabled for the first time does not indicate an improvement in the health of the population. The authors proposed a number of measures with a view to correcting the situation according to the results of the study.

While the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic continues to strike and collect its death toll throughout the globe, as of 31 January 2021, the vaccine candidates worldwide were 292, of which 70 were in clinical testing. Several vaccines have been approved worldwide, and in particular, three have been so far authorized for use in the EU. Vaccination can be, in fact, an efficient way to mitigate the devastating effect of the pandemic and offer protection to some vulnerable strata of the population (i.e., the elderly) and reduce the social and economic burden of the current crisis. Regardless, a question is still open: after vaccination availability for the public, will vaccination campaigns be effective in reaching all the strata and a sufficient number of people in order to guarantee herd immunity? In other words: after we have it, will we be able to use it? Following the trends in vaccine hesitancy in recent years, there is a growing distrust of COVID-19 vaccinations. In addition, the online context and competition between pro- and anti-vaxxers show a trend in which anti-vaccination movements tend to capture the attention of those who are hesitant. Describing this context and analyzing its possible causes, what interventions or strategies could be effective to reduce COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy? Will social media trend analysis be helpful in trying to solve this complex issue? Are there perspectives for an efficient implementation of COVID-19 vaccination coverage as well as for all the other vaccinations?

This article reconsiders the way in which theology of justice makes contributions to ongoing discussions on restorative justice (rj). rj has been a developing topic for decades around the globe. Although the idea and practice are generally valued, various problems also occurred during its development. I argue that these problems can be exacerbated by the ways in which some theologians talk about reconciliation and forgiveness; these Christian principles are sentimentalised. The discussion shows that Howard Zehr’s approach in Changing Lenses helps emphasise the social significance of theology of justice. Zehr makes a case for the significance of the acquisition of critical lenses against socially and individually established norms, which has not yet been fully incorporated in the theology of justice. A dialogue with Zehr can add new avenues to frame how theological traditions have a meaningful and feasible voice in the public debate and practice of rj.

The Seminary influence on the governorate social life development was an integral part of social processes in the period of 1867-1884, which formed the prototype of the modern education practice. Identification of the Seminary role in the Tambov Governorate social life of the 19th century is a research component of this study, which affects the knowledge of the spiritual and moral education of society current state. Manuscript drafting source was the archival data of Tambov eparchy clergy activities of the late 19th century, the periodical press data of the same period. We interpret the obtained sources in the logic of the general civilized approach to the study of Seminary as an institution of social life characterized by regional aspects. Studies of the role of Seminary in social life have shown the sequence of its formation and development, its further socialization in the social life of the governorate. Special importance is attached to the Tambov Seminary in the years of transformations. Spiritual and moral influence of the Seminary on contemporaries, its increasingly active participation in the public life of the city, the change of its moral appearance contributed to the increase in the authority (role) of the Seminary in the social life of the Tambov Governorate.

IntroductionThe intention of this study is to show the frequency of the burnout syndrome among the population seen at psychiatric ER for the most severe complication of the burnout, the suicide attempt. Objective(a) To demonstrate the frequency of burnout among the population examined at psychiatric ER for suicide attempt.(b) To establish a correlation between the frequency of burnout and:– the socio-demographic characteristics;– the psychiatric follow-up;– the type of personality found.MethodsDescriptive study on a sample of 92 patients examined at psychiatric ER between 01/02/2014 and 01/06/2014 after a suicide attempt, seen by a single doctor. The patients received the Maslach Burnout inventory (MBI).ResultsThe frequency of burnout among the population consulted for suicide attempts is 8.7%. The limitations of this study were: the use of MBI questionnaire only by one doctor and a collection of data carried on a certain period of time.I managed to characterize the population seen after the suicide attempt induced by the burnout: 88% women; 25% foreign population working in a context with many responsibilities; the predominance of obsessive personality – 50%, followed by anxious personality type – 25%; the suicide attempt was done by a population without psychiatric history and without psychiatric follow-up – 75%; the studied population is divided between patients working in a high responsibility environment – 36% and patients working in the social or the public environment – 63%.Eighty-eight percent of patients were brought in after their first suicide attempt.ConclusionDespite the fact that until now a unanimous definition has not been formulated on the CIM-10, the burnout syndrome is one of the most popular disorders. The problematic is real, considering that this syndrome, which starts with a psychological distress, can escalade to a self-aggressive behaviour.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

ENERGY INDICATORS FOR THE INDUSTRY SECTOR: A PRELIMINARY CONTRIBUTION TO THE DISCUSSION OF SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECTS IN PARÁ   ABSTRACT The purpose of this article is to present a preliminary contribution to the discussion of the main socio-environmental aspects to be considered in the construction of energy sustainability indicators. The importance of the study lies in the possibility of raising subsidies for decision-making in the public environment of the energy sector. The methodology comprises theoretical nature and carries out a visit to the specialized literature, aiming at creating conditions for examining the social and environmental intricacies for the composition of energy sustainability indicators. The social and environmental aspects, based on relevant electricity and development variables, were measured by Borges (2007), using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The study concluded that the elaboration of energy sustainability indicators for the industrial sector in Pará suggests the observance of the energy consumption profile of the industries, which presented proportional evolution when associated with polluting gases emission, and attention to the impact on employment, which does not suggest being associated with the electricity investment behavior in the analyzed sector.   Keywords: Industry. The article considers the stable ideas of the significant part of the Moscow students when assessing personal qualities typical for the Russian youth. The study presented in the report of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation in 2011 identified a high level of the youth’s criticism when assessing one’s generation and emphasizing its egoism and irresponsibility. In the surveys conducted in the Moscow University for Humanities in 2011-2019, a part of the same questionnaire was used to assess the qualities of the contemporary Russian youth, and the results were the same. In the ranking of such qualities in 2019, the first 10 positions were taken by laziness, selfishness, sociability, irresponsibility, aggressiveness, independence, indifference, optimism, naivety and cynicism, i.e. together with positive features there are qualities traditionally considered in the Russian society as unacceptable. The last 10 positions were taken by openness, kindness, pushfulness, initiative, greed, rationalism, responsibility, honesty, patriotism and conscientiousness. Thus, the highly appreciated by the society moral qualities are presented in the students’ estimates as not typical for the youth. The additional open questions clarifying the value orientations of students in terms of their estimates of such attitudes of people in the past, present and future showed that in older generations and one’s social circle the student youth appreciate the most the socially valued qualities and want their children in the future to have such. The ranking of such qualities starts with honesty, kindness, responsibility, purposefulness, openness, sociability, sincerity, responsiveness, punctuality and goodwill. The contradictions between the estimates of the youth qualities and the expected qualities of one’s social circle have been repeatedly confirmed at the empirical level. However, this is not a feature of the student youth but rather a result of the social anomie in the sphere of value orientations in the transition period. The authors believe that the transformation trend of students’ value orientations towards individualism is stable but not typical for the youth in general.
