Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 63 orang guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling yang diambil dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMK) di Kotamadya Jakarta Timur secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4.) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and the physical environment together on teacher performance, the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational commitment to teacher performance, physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used was a survey. The total sample of 63 teachers, the sampling technique used is cluster sampling taken from 3 State Vocational High Schools in the Municipality of East Jakarta proportionally. Research results: 1.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and physical work environment together on teacher performance; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on performance; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; and 4.) There is no positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance.

<p>This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the compensation of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo</p><p>2015; 2) determine whether there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of work motivation of employees at Industry batik Dewi Brotojoyo 2015; 3) determine whether there is a significant effect compensation and work motivation on the effectiveness of employees in the batik industry Goddess Brotojoyo 2015. The population was are all employees of Industry Batik Dewi Brotojoyo in Masaran, some 225 employee. Method sampling technique used is produce random sampling proportional sample of 45 responden. Method analysis used in this study is the linear regression analysis ganda. Result tests performed showed that percentage physical work environment at PT. Batik Dewi Brotojoyo Masaran</p><p>2015 amounted to 76.8%, the compensation amounting to 76.98%, and the effectiveness of employees amounted to 78.43%. From the calculation, the regression equation 9.766 + 0.228</p>X1  + 0.345 X2. This means that the average effectiveness of employees (Y) is expected to increase or decrease by 0.228 for every one unit increase or decrease in the work environment and would have increased or decreased by 0.345 for every one unit increase or decrease the compensation.

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Characteristics and Physical Work Environment onOrganizational Commitment with work motivation as an intervening variable in the employee ofthe Gubernur Province NTB. The population in this study are civil servants, amounting to 500employees with a sampling technique that Proportionate Random Sampling totaled 83 civilservants. This type of research is associative causal research. Data collection tool was aquestionnaire containing questions about the variables Job Characteristics, Work EnvironmentPhysical, Organizational Commitment and work motivation. Data analysis was performed withPath Analysis Model Triming using SPSS. The analysis finds that the job characteristics andsignificant positive effect on organizational commitment. Job characteristics and significantpositive effect on work motivation. Physical work environment positive and significant effect onorganizational commitment. Physical work environment positive and significant effect on workmotivation. Work motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Jobcharacteristics and significant positive effect on organizational commitment through workmotivation. This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership, and non-physical work environment, on innovative behavior with work motivation as a mediator for employees of tour and travel companies in West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study prove that: (1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative behavior; (2) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on Innovative Behavior; (3) Work motivation becomes a mediator on the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior; (4) Work motivation becomes the mediator of the influence of the non-physical work environment on the innovative behavior of employees.

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

This research entitles Analysis of the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation to the Work Satisfaction (A Study at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram). It is aimed at analyzing the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and compensation to the work of the staffs at the Department of Agriculture, Marine and Fishery of Kota Mataram, both simultaneously and partially. This particular research is an associative research. Those surveyed are 103 staffs in total who are employed as civil servants at that particular department. The sample of the research was selected using total sampling technique, in which it took all civil servants as respondents. The instruments were examined using multiple linier regression analysis method, in which the software SPSS 20 was used to examine research hypothesis. The research reveals that ,(1) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation partially effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (2) physical. non-physical work environment and compensation simultaneously effected the staffs’ work satisfaction significantly, (3) physical work environment effected the staffs’ work satisfaction dominantly.Key words: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation and Work Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the influence of Physical Work Environment and Non Physical Work Environment Against Job Satisfaction of Employees Office of Marine and Fisheries Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Independent variable of this research is Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non Physical Work Environment (X2). While the dependent variable is Job Satisfaction (Y). The research method is quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data  while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study were 216 respondents. The sample of this research is 68 respondents with sampling technique that is proportional random sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment and non physical work environment simultaneously affect the variable Job satisfaction. Partially the working environment of physical and non working physical environment have an effect on to job satisfaction of officer at office of Marine and Fishery Office of Central Sulawesi Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik (X2). Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 216 responden. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and organizational involvement on employee retention. This research was conducted at Kumala Hotel Legian Beach. The population of this study was all permanent employees totaling 148 people and using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 108 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The method of data collection is done by means of interviews and surveys with tools in the form of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that all research hypotheses are acceptable. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The better the non physical work environment and organizational involvement, the higher the employee retention rate. This study aims to find out how much influence the Physical Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City Library Departement employees). While the formulation of the problem of this research is whether the Work Environment affects the Employee Job Satisfacion (Study of the Bima City library staff). The research instrument used a questionnaire. The type of research  used Associative, this study was conducted at the Bima City Library Office, the population in this study was a total of 43 employees and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 employees using purposive sampling technique (sampling based on criteria). Data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using the equation, namely: Y = a + bx. The results of the initial analysis show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The result of subsequent analyzes show that the Physical Work Environment variable influences the regression coefficient of 0.752Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Employee Job Satisfacion

The purpose of this research is to find out the variables that affect the employee performances in PT. XYZ. The population consist of employee  of PT. XYZ using probability sampling method that of 127 respondents, 85 (67%) were male and 42 (33%) were women.. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis technique. The results of the testing of hypotheses shows that physical work environment, remuneration, status, social work environment, recognition, supervision, work itself, achievement has significant influence to employee performances.
