This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

His study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of placement and job training on employee performance, (2) the effect of placement on employee performance, (3) the effect of job training on employee performance. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The validity test instrument uses Collected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Job Placement and Training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) Placement had a positive influence and significantly affected the performance of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) Job Training had a positive effect and significant to the performance of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: placement, job training, employee performance

This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership, and non-physical work environment, on innovative behavior with work motivation as a mediator for employees of tour and travel companies in West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 respondents selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study prove that: (1) Transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative behavior; (2) Non-physical work environment has a significant effect on Innovative Behavior; (3) Work motivation becomes a mediator on the effect of transformational leadership on innovative behavior; (4) Work motivation becomes the mediator of the influence of the non-physical work environment on the innovative behavior of employees.

Work morale is someone's passion in carrying out work diligently and can be completed on time. Unavailability of health care for employees, communication between employees and superiors, and conditions of air temperature and noise in the work environment will reduce the level of employee morale. This study aims to determine the significant effect of motivation, communication, and physical work environment on employee morale of PT. Ayu Sari Pertiwi. The number of respondents is 56 employees. Data collection using interview methods and questionnaire methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was used.. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation, communication and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on work morale. The results of this study imply that the more motivated employees are towards their work, the work enthusiasm is also high, good communication can increase morale, and a good work environment can increase morale. Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

  The purpose of this study was to study comparative financial research, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to morale. This research was conducted at KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar, the number of samples taken was 30 employees, with the method of saturated samples / census. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. At the initial observation found in KSP. Tat Twam Asi Denpasar has a problem related to the employee morale. This can be seen from the high employee absentee level. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially positive commitment to employee morale. This shows that the higher compensation and organizational commitment, the higher employee morale will be. KSP. Tat Twam, the approved company considers the average value indicators that are approved by the average value variable. The purpose of this study is to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of budgeting participation and budget goal characteristics on managerial performance with a non-physical work environment as moderation. Population variables in this study are all leaders and financial officers in private vocational schools in the city of Semarang listed in the structure of the division of school work in 2016 which amounted to 14 vocational high schools and each was taken by 3 people so that there were 42 respondents, while the sampling technique used the census method. Data analysis method used is Regression Moderation Analysis (MRA) Hypothesis 1 test results note that the value of t arithmetic = 3.012> t table = 1.694 with a number of significance = 0.003 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H1) that participation budgeting has a positive effect. on proven managerial job performance. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.567 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the higher the participation in budgeting, the higher the managerial performance. Hypothesis 2 testing is known that the value of t = 2.723> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.010 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H2) that the characteristics of the budgetary objectives have a positive effect on managerial performance of the work proved. Stepwise coefficient = 0.279 (benchmark), can be interpreted more clearly the characteristics of the managerial level budget objectives. Testing hypothesis 3 is known that the value of t 2.484> t table = 1.694 with a significance value = 0.026 <α = 0.05 (significant), so the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment is not moderate, moderate moderate positive positive effect on budget participation on managerial work performance proven. Testing hypothesis 4 is known that the value of t arithmetic 2.333> t table = 1.694 with the number of significance = 0.032 <α = 0.05 (significance nt). Thus the hypothesis (H4) that the non-physical work environment positively influences the characteristics of budgetary goals on proven managerial work performance. Interaction test results show β4 = 0.163 (positive sign), it can be interpreted that the existence of a non-physical work environment that is conducive will strengthen the influence of the characteristics of the budget objectives on managerial work performance. The purpose of this study is to see compensation compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment to employee morale. The research was conducted at PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta. The number of samples taken was 70 employees, with the saturation / census sample method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Initial observations found that PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta had problems related to employee morale. This condition can be seen from the high level of employee absenteeism. Based on the analysis, it is known that financial compensation, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee morale. This shows that the higher the compensation and organizational commitment, the higher the employee morale. In an effort to increase the morale of employees of PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Jakarta, the company must pay attention to indicators whose average value is below the average value.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 63 orang guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling yang diambil dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMK) di Kotamadya Jakarta Timur secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4.) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and the physical environment together on teacher performance, the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational commitment to teacher performance, physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used was a survey. The total sample of 63 teachers, the sampling technique used is cluster sampling taken from 3 State Vocational High Schools in the Municipality of East Jakarta proportionally. Research results: 1.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and physical work environment together on teacher performance; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on performance; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; and 4.) There is no positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and physical work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at CV. Dinayu convection which is located at Jalan Patih Nambi no 99, Ubung Kaja, Denpasar Utara. The population and sample of the study were all employees in the CV. Dinayu, totaling 54 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that generally contains respondents' perceptions of participative leadership style, physical work environment, and employee morale. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression linear tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee morale in the CV. Dinayu conjunction convection.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics and physical work environment on job satisfaction in the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method that is used  multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. To test hypotheses using statistical t test with a level of α of 5%.
