Universitas Indonesia memiliki banyak aplikasi sistem informasi manajamen (SIM). Salah satunya ialah media pembelajaran scele.ui.ac.id. Scele.ui.ac.id banyak digunakan para pengampu matakuliah berbasis IT atau pernah mengikuti pelatihan scele.ui.ac.id ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan tentang kualitas informasi output dari scele.ui.ac.id. Ada 3 aspek yang diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Aspek Bentuk, Aspek Isi dan Aspek waktu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan kumpulan data atas hasil pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa Bidang Administrasi Program Vokasi UI tahun 2014-2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas dari output scele.ui.ac.id berada ditahap berkualitas.Kata kunci: sistem informasi, kualitas informasi QUALITY INFORMATION REVIEW OF SCELE.UI.AC.ID E-LEARNING LEARNING SYSTEM (CASE STUDY: STUDENTS OF VOCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM OF UI) AbstractUniversitas Indonesia has many applications of management information systems(MIS). One of them is the instructional media scele.ui.ac.id. Scele.ui.ac.id is used by many lectures of IT-based courses or they who attended the scele.ui.ac.id training. This study aims to explain the quality of information output from scele.ui.ac.id. Three aspects that were tested in this study are: Form Aspect, Fill Aspect and Time Aspect. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach, is research that describes a collection of data on the observations that have been made. The population in this study is students of Administration UI Vocational Program year 2014-2016. Based on these results it can be concluded that the quality output of scele.ui.ac.id is good.Keywords: information systems, quality of information.

Competence is skills that are closely related to the effectiveness of person’s performance in a particular field. Similarly in education, competence is the key to student success, and also the great competence of the majors chosen by the students will lead to increased quality of majors. Arabic Language Education Department in IAIN Kendari is a department that prepares students to become educators and scientists in Arabic language which has competence in Arabic were nice and had a high competitiveness. This research uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach based on case study design. The data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and open questionnaire. The results showed (1) a strategy to increase student competence in Arabic language on Arabic language education department at IAIN Kendari still ineffective that was described by least of activities that support the increased student’s competence in Arabic language and also its lack of consistency in implementing additional programs for students of Arabic language education department (2) the helping and resistoring factors to increase student’s competence contained on lecturer’s performance in the classroom, facilities of language learning, and student’s motivation. lecturer’s performance in the classroom has given many help to increase student’s competence in Arabic, facilities to assist in learning the Arabic language still needs to be cared and activated again or making the new and interesting activities, and student’s motivation in the study of Arabic is still lacking is due to the absence of another place for practicing the Arabic language competencies that they have acquired, and also the lack of student’s interest in attention of learning at the classroom caused by the bored atmosphere of the class (3) the problem solving by formulating a strategy based on suggestions and feedback from lecturers and students in Arabic language education department is a path that can be taken by Arabic language education department in IAIN Kendari to improve student’s competence in Arabic language.

Information is an important factor for the company because it is one resource that can be processed to support business activities amid increasingly fierce competition. The role is a management information system to manage data, organizing, and retrieving information that helps organizations to provide services faster, more accurately and more easily, which affects also the performance level. Use of information systems can effectively improve the performance of employees. The research is a qualitative case study approach in Purwokerto Gramedia ELTI by conducting in-depth interviews to 6 employees. The quality of information systems and services to operationalize the system makes employees work more produktift, effective and efficient.

Abstract The interior elements designed in a specific theme are aimed to shape the character, perception and space atmosphere. In Bandung, culinary facilities that carry the theme of the old-style interior design of Dutch East Indies are quite popular. This study aims to contribute guidance in creating the quality of space by applying the selection of decoration and furniture elements (moveableinterior elements) and the arrangement of walls, floors and ceilings (unmoveableinterior elements).This study applies case study research methods, discussion analysis uses descriptive analysis method and direct observation to Indischetafel café. The result of this study is to examine aspects of interior element arrangement in the Indischetafel café in bringing the atmosphere of Bandung Tempo Dulu.Keywords: thematic interior, interior elements, Bandung space atmosphere First Tempo

Participant-centered training that uses digital classes leads to changes in the current learning system that focuses on the domain of knowledge. The use of technology in the modern era can be a solution to overcome the issue of expenditure and the quality of educational institutions. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Webqual methods were chosen in this study because Webqual can translate user opinions in the form of questionnaires and the IPA method is used in managing the results of questionnaire data so that it can produce IPA quadrants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate e-learning websites based on the results of the webqual questionnaire and calculations with the importance-performance analysis method. The questionnaire was distributed to 95 students with various types of study programs at Stikubank University. The results of the calculation of the IPA method indicate that the average student is satisfied with the quality of the e-learning website at 86.75%. Although there are still some parts that can be improved on e-learning websites such as clear instructions, accurate information, and ease of communication.

Research data mining requires the use of information systems and complex methods of searching, accessing, retrieving, and appropriating information on the web of data. Platforms such as Google Scholar Google, Elsevier, JSTOR, ResearchGate, ScienceDirect and the ones provided by commonly used universities identified with search terms. The challenge is to ensure that researchers are being exposed to the state-of-the-art networked knowledge production. This study aims to analyze the process of searching and retrieving information, reflect on the role of information systems in the search result and the informational skills of the researcher in view of the quality of information retrieved. In this research to make the improvement of convenience that would later give also the satisfaction of any user that has used and be active in e-learning information systems which have been applied in engineering Electronics ft unp. This research using the method of end user computing satisfaction that in short EUCS are used to measure the level of user satisfaction with knowing the contribution factors of content, accuracy, shape, ease of usage and timeliness to be thorough by the author to apply to the scope of the Department of electronics engineering ft unp. This research using quantitative research, then conducted a descriptive analysis, inductive analysis, multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis of the data indicates that the variable in the method of EUCS jointly contribute the same significance of 45% to the satisfaction of users of the e-learning information systems in the Department of electronics engineering achievements in the unp ft. from research that has been done, is expected to be contributed to the Administration's e-learnngi in order to improve the quality of e-learning on the campus of the State University of padang in General and in the Electrical Engineering Universitas Negeri Padang in particular. Keywords: information systems, End User Computing Satisfaction, E-learning.

Nowadays, E-learning system has been widely applied to practical teaching. It was favored by people for its characterized course arrangement and flexible learning schedule. However, the system does have some problems in the process of application such as the functions of single software are not diversified enough to satisfy the requirements in teaching completely. In order to cater more applications in the teaching process, it is necessary to integrate functions from different systems. But the difference in developing techniques and the inflexibility in design makes it difficult to implement. The major reason of these problems is the lack of fine software architecture. In this article, we build domain model and component model of E-learning system and components integration method on the basis of WebService. And we proposed an abstract framework of E-learning which could express the semantic relationship among components and realize high level reusable on the basis of informationized teaching mode. On this foundation, we form an E-learning oriented layering software architecture contain component library layer, application framework layer and application layer. Moreover, the system contains layer division multiplexing and was not built upon developing language and tools. Under the help of the software architecture, we could build characterized E-learning system flexibly like building blocks through framework selection, component assembling and replacement. In addition, we exemplify how to build concrete E-learning system on the basis of this software architecture.

Purpose Generally, the user requires customized information reflecting his/her current needs and interests that are stored in his/her profile. There are many sources which may provide beneficial information to enrich the user’s interests such as his/her social network for recommendation purposes. The proposed approach rests basically on predicting the reliability of the users’ profiles which may contain conflictual interests. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach This approach handles conflicts by detecting the reliability of neighbors’ profiles of a user. The authors consider that these profiles are dependent on one another as they may contain interests that are enriched from non-reliable profiles. The dependency relationship is determined between profiles, each of which contains interests that are structured based on k-means algorithm. This structure takes into consideration not only the evolutionary aspect of interests but also their semantic relationships. Findings The proposed approach was validated in a social-learning context as evaluations were conducted on learners who are members of Moodle e-learning system and Delicious social network. The quality of the created interest structure is assessed. Then, the result of the profile reliability is evaluated. The obtained results are satisfactory. These results could promote recommendation systems as the selection of interests that are considered of enrichment depends on the reliability of the profiles where they are stored. Research limitations/implications Some specific limitations are recorded. As the quality of the created interest structure would evolve in order to improve the profile reliability result. In addition, as Delicious is used as a main data source for the learner’s interest enrichment, it was necessary to obtain interests from other sources, such as e-recruitement systems. Originality/value This research is among the pioneer papers to combine the semantic as well as the hierarchical structure of interests and conflict resolution based on a profile reliability approach.
