School Physical Education works with a range of contents that aim to contemplate Movement Corporal Culture, among these are Struggles. Using literature in order to understand how research deals with this topic is essential for understanding its strengths and limitations. Following the integrative review method, this study’s purpose was to identify possible contributions of Struggles over integral human formation of students, into Educational Sports context. A preliminary literature search identified 192 articles published between 2015 and 2020. Studies were evaluated within three categories: Struggles into school environment, teacher formation and Educational Sport aspects. Review resulted to 6 articles according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Despite limitations around studies on area, results indicate Struggles content is recognized both in educational legislation and by researchers of this field; Physical education professionals have various difficulties for applying Struggles in their classes, mainly alleging problems in their teacher formation; and Educational Sports aspects appear in a non-convincing way, without empirical deepening, nor research applied to this specific theme. It is concluded that Struggles use is possible at school, but it requires confrontations, and Struggles contextualization inside Educational Sport principles is still vaguely explored, making it a field of possibilities for future researches.

Abstract Purpose To summarize recently published research reports and practice guidelines deemed to be significantly impactful for pediatric pharmacy practice. Summary Our author group was composed of 8 board-certified pediatric pharmacists. Eight major themes were identified: critical care, hematology/oncology, medication safety, general pediatrics, infectious diseases, neurology/psychiatry, gastrointestinal/nutrition, and neonatology. The author group was assigned a specific theme(s) based on their practice expertise and were asked to identify articles using MEDLINE and/or searches of relevant journal articles pertaining to each theme that were published from January 2019 through December 2020 that they felt were “significant” for pediatric pharmacy practice. A final list of compiled articles was distributed to the authors, and an article was considered significant if it received a vote from 5 of the 8 authors. Thirty-two articles, including 16 clinical practice guidelines or position statements and 16 review or primary literature articles, were included in this review. For each of these articles, a narrative regarding its implications for pediatric pharmacy practice is provided. Conclusion Given the heterogeneity of pediatric patients, it is difficult for pediatric pharmacists to stay up to date with the most recent literature, especially in practice areas outside their main expertise. Over the last few years, there has been a significant number of publications impacting the practice of pediatric pharmacists. This review of articles that have significantly affected pediatric pharmacy practice may be helpful in staying up to date on key articles in the literature.

On March 11, 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) declares Covid-19 disease as global pandemic. Accordingly, the style of linguistic or verbal communication between governments and nations has been highly affected. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate resources where X-phemistic expressions come as characteristics of the speeches of Saudi Health Minister during Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, it examines how Warren's euphemistic strategies (1992) have appeared in the minister’s speeches. The collected data are the eight speeches delivered by Saudi Minister of Health during Covid-19 pandemic. They are analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis (TA) approach. The results show that Saudi Health Minister manages to deliver the massages about Covid-19 crisis through applying variety of linguistic devices which sound to be euphemistic, dysphemistic, and orthophemistic representations of the pandemic. The employment of each X-phemisms choice is mainly occurred within certain thematic fields. Euphemism is used in presenting unpleasant massages, naming the health crisis, and comforting the public. Dysphemism is applied in one specific theme of describing the virus. Orthophemisms is found in themes of declaring facts about the pandemic, warning the public, and requesting to follow instructions. It is also found that implication, reversal, particularization, metonymy, and metaphors are the most frequently used euphemistic strategies among Warren model (1992). This analysis contributes to the limited examination of pandemic discourse by understanding how X-phemistic expressions and euphemistic strategies are used by Arabic speakers during international crises like Covid-19.

This article describes an experimental academic e-course during the Covid-19 pandemic, in which 178 undergraduate students were asked to become video creators and narrators through a specific methodology in order to become digitally literate and produce original content. This practical e-workshop took place in the context of the “Video, Image and Audio Editing” course of the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University and was adapted to the needs of a distance learning course. Its main aim was the students’ familiarization with literacy in digital tools and techniques that until now was only achieved in an actual laboratory setting. The research is divided into two phases. The first phase concerns this article and analyzes the methodology of video production as well as the students’ acquisition of digital tools. In the second phase, specific factors will be studied, from the videos produced, through qualitative research so as to determine the audience’s interaction with the narrative content, as well as with the factors that students believe contributed to the interaction of that content.Students gained knowledge of digital video tools which was upgraded to the capabilities and needs of each student. They acquired video editing skills based on the content through a specific theme and a theme of each group student’s choice. Students increased their literacy skills in both digital media and video projection on social media and gained knowledge concerning the interaction that was encouraged through these mediums. In this laboratory course, a specific methodology was used that included pre-production, production and post-production. The final product included two videos, the first with a specific theme and the second with a theme of each group student’s choice.

Abstract ‘Faith and knowledge’ in Auch eine Geschichte der Philosophie. On the Role of Philosophy in Post-Secular Society This article focuses on three aspects that might clarify the quintessence of Habermas’ position regarding the relation between faith and knowledge in his book, Auch eine Geschichte der Philosophie. First, a concise overview is given of the role of this specific theme in Habermas’ oeuvre as a whole (from his earliest to his later writings), that may help to illuminate why his so-called shift with regard to the relation between faith and knowledge is in need of modification. Subsequently, the question is raised as to the possible role philosophy may still play for Habermas in the contemporary climate of so-called post-secular thought. Finally, some critical remarks are formulated concerning his genealogical reconstruction, in particular his treatment of respectively the axial period, the double face of nominalism and the specific status of a philosophical, conceptual translation of religious contents.

"The various cultures that coexist in Brazil have established a specific dialogue between them. The mythical elements present in the imaginary originate from various continents. It is possible to understand these images, their dynamics and their dialogues through a myth-criticism of the media. In this paper, we shall analyze images linked to a specific theme such as hunger, and its various artistic expressions."

In this article, we discuss the importance of unity in the feature film script and the mechanism of its development based on the two elements of dramatic action and theme. We investigate the consequences of prioritizing theme over the action on the foundation of the dramatic structure of the screenplay, considering one of the most famous Iranian films, Asghar Farhadi’s The Salesman (2016), the winner of the best screenplay at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. In any form of drama, the chain of actions leads to a specific theme, and the theme in turn directs this chain. Therefore, to create an organic structure, the balanced development of action and theme is essential. Manipulating this balance in favour of highlighting the theme, and understanding the chain of actions based on the theme weakens the logical relationship of the actions as well as the dramatic structure, ultimately turning some actions into redundancies that can be eliminated. The study shows that in The Salesman’s screenplay, through prioritizing the theme over the action and disrupting the natural process of perceiving the theme from the chain of actions, a structure is created in which the presence of some actions are only justified by referring to the theme. Therefore, a number of events/scenes in the screenplay can be omitted without interfering with the unity of the narrative and the formation and expression of the theme. As a result, prioritizing the theme over the action in the foundation of the script inevitably leads to a flawed structure.

This chapter challenges the common perception of scientists as a group that think and behave in very different ways from the rest of humanity. While scientists may occupy a very specific niche in society in their role in the construction of new knowledge, they are prone to the same strengths and weaknesses in terms of their individual minds, and are affected by the same social prejudices, as the rest of humanity. Moreover, far from being an alien activity, the pursuit of scientific knowledge is something that is a key resource for humanity as a whole. Everyone with an interest in the origins and fundamental nature of human conscious awareness should have a strong interest in knowing more about the process of scientific discovery, and an input into debates about both the direction and application of scientific research. To understand why, it is worth looking at how science first developed, which this chapter does. The chapter then goes on to look at some of the key ways in which scientists develop new scientific concepts about the world, building on Lev Vygotsky’s ideas about this process and extending them to a discussion of some of the main areas of science today. It also links this process back to the specific theme of the book about human consciousness.

The publication of Gerald H. Wilson’s The Editing of the Hebrew Psalter in 1985 marked a distinct shift in approaches to Psalms research. This article reviews this shift from psalm to Psalter exegesis. North American scholarship tends to follow a synchronic approach and to describe the shape of the Psalter. German scholarship tends to use a diachronic perspective and trace the shaping of the Psalter to explain how it attained its final form. There are growing signs of dialogue and convergence between these two main approaches to the editing of the Hebrew Psalter, which overshadow form-critical and liturgical approaches to the editing of the Psalter. Adherents of the shape and the shaping approach tend to propose a specific theme, organizational principle, or redactional intent to explain the Psalter’s final form. The multi-faceted nature of the Psalter and its long and complex history imply that, in spite of a multitude of publications, the last word on editorial trends and redactional trajectories has not been spoken.
