Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor situasional, factor, pilihan bidang keahlian teknik mesin dan determinasi faktor situasional dan faktor psikologis dalam pemilihan bidang keahlian teknik mesin di SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian korelasional dan bersifat ex-post facto. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Kelompok Teknologi dan Rekayasa pada Bidang Keahlian Teknik Mesin negeri dan swasta di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa 1) skor untuk faktor situasional termasuk dalam kategori tinggi,  skor untuk faktor psikologis termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan skor pilihan bidang keahlian teknik mesin di SMK  termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, 2) ada pengaruh faktor situasional dan psikologis terhadap pemilihan bidang keahlian teknik mesin SMK di Yogkarta.Kata kunci: faktor situasional, faktor psikologis, determinasi bidang keahlian teknik mesin SMK ______________________________________________________________DETERMINANT FACTOR IN THE CHOISE OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING EXPERTISE PROGRAM IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS Abstract This study aims to describe situational and psychological factors,  the choice of the mechanical engineering skill program, and  determinations of situational and psychological factors on the choice of the mechanical engineering skill program in VHSs in the Yogyakarta Special Territory. This was a correlational study which was ex post facto in nature. It was conducted in public and private VHSs belonging to the technology and engineering cluster in the Mechanical Engineering Skill Program in the Yogyakarta Special Territory. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that 1) the scores of situational factors are in the high category, those of psychological factors are in the high category, and that of the choice of the mechanical engineering skill program in VHSs is in the high category, and 2) there are effects of situational and psychological factors on the choice of the mechanical engineering skill program in VHSs in Yogyakarta.Keywords: determinant factors, Mechanical Engineering Skill Program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran faktor situasional, faktor psikologis, dan kinerja guru SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta; (2) menemukan pengaruh faktor situasional dan faktor psikologis terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta; (3) merumuskan hubungan kausal kepe-mimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, imbalan, kemampuan guru, komitmen guru, motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian korelasional dan bersifat ex-post facto. Sampel sejumlah 155 ditentukan dengan Formula Cohen dengan teknik proportionale random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan inventori, lembar pengamatan, dan self assessment. Validasi isi dilakukan dengan expert judgment. Validasi konstruk dilakukan dengan analisis faktor dan reliabilitas ditentukan dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan analisis jalur. Interpretasi hasil analisis data menggunakan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa ke-pemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, imbalan, kemampuan guru, komitmen guru, motivasi kerja guru, dan kinerja guru ter-masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Kata kunci: kinerja guru, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, faktor psikologis, faktor situasional ______________________________________________________________DETERMINANT OF SMK TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE IN THE FIELD OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING EXPERTISEAbstract This study was aimed at: (1) describing the situational factors, psychological factors, and vocational high school teachers’ performance; and (2) revealing determination of situational factors (principal’s leadership, school culture, and compensation), and psychological factors (teachers’ ability, teachers’ commitment, teacher’s work motivation) to vocational high school teachers’ performance, (3) revealing causal effect of principal’s leadership, school culture, compensation, teachers’ ability, teachers’ commitment, and teacher’s work motivation to vocational high school teachers’ performance. This ex-post facto research was done at mechanical engineering program in technological and industrial vocational high schools at Yogyakarta Special District. The population was 187 teachers and samples of 155 teachers were determined using the Cohen formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through inventory, observations, and self assessment. Analysis of content validity was conducted by expert judgment and construct validity was conducted using factors analysis. Reliability analysis was conducted using Cronbach Alpha formula. The data were analyzed using descriptive methods, correlations, regression, and path analysis. The result of descriptive analysis showed that principal’s leadership, school culture, compensation, teachers’ ability, teachers’ commitment, teachers’ work motivation, and vocational high school teachers’ performance was in high category.Keywords: teachers’ performance, vocational high school, psychological factors, situational factors

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) memperoleh deskriptif tentang kemandirian siswa, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya pada siswa SMK, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya baik secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK, dan (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha pada siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kemandirian untuk berwirausaha tinggi (50,5%), kepribadian tinggi (73,3%), lingkungan keluarga tinggi (49,5%), lingkungan sekolah tinggi (69,5%) dan interaksi teman sebaya tinggi (44,8%), (2) terdapat pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian siswa untuk berwirausaha, dan (3) sumbangan efektif variabel kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, dan interaksi teman sebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian untuk berwirausaha ( ) sebesar 68,6% dan sumbangan efektif masing-masing variabel yaitu lingkungan keluarga 53,5%, kepribadian 9,7%, interaksi teman sebaya 3,9%, dan lingkungan sekolah 1,6%. FACTORS INFLUENCE THE AUTONOMY FOR ENTREPRENEURE IN STUDENT’S SMKAbstractThis study aims to uncover: (1) the descriptive abaut autonomy students for entrepreneur, personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships at SMK, (2) the influence of personality, family environment, school environment, and peer relationships by together as well as individually for entrepreneurship at SMK, (3) know the influence of personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer interaction jointly and severally against the autonomy of entrepreneurship in vocational students. This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 18. The result showed: (1) the autonomy for entrepreneur was high (50,5%), personality was high (73,3%), family environment was high (49,5%), school environment was high (69,5%) and peer relationship was high (44,8%), (2) there are influence of personality factors, family environment, school environtment, and peer relationships with the autonomy for entrepreneurship both individually, and (3) the effect personality factors, family environment, school environment, and peer relationship together against the autonomy for entrepreneurship ( ) 68,6% and the effect of each predictor was 35,5% family environment, 9,7% personality, 3,9% peer relationships, and 1,6% of school environment.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of psychological factors of students, composed of self-understanding, information literacy, and attitudes, to the choice of entering mechanical engineering study program in Vocational High Schools (VHSs) by Junior High School graduates. The research is a correlational ex post facto study. The population was 1095 students and the sample was 300 students which was sampled using proportional random sampling technique using the Krejcie and Morgan formula. The data were collected through inventories, observation sheets, and documents. The content validity was assessed through expert judgment. The construct validity was assessed using the factor analysis and the reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The data were analysed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis at a significance level of 0.05. The results show that: (1) There are positive and significant effects of information literacy, self-understanding and attitudes to the choice of mechanical engineering study program in VHSs; (2) Psychological factors, such as information literacy, self-understanding and attitudes, have significant effects, either directly or indirectly, to the choice of mechanical engineering study program in VHSs by Junior High Schools graduates. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologis siswa yang terdiri dari aspek pemahaman diri, penguasaan informasi, dan sikap terhadap pemilihan program keahlian teknik mesin di SMK oleh para lulusan siswa SMP/MTs. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian korelasional dan bersifat ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1095 orang siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 300 siswa ditentukan dengan formula Krejcie dan Morgan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan inventori, lembar pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan penguasaan informasi, pemahaman diri, dan sikap siswa terhadap pemilihan program keahlian teknik mesin di SMK; (2) Faktor psikologis berupa penguasaan informasi, pemahaman diri dan sikap siswa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam menentukan pemilihan program keahlian teknik mesin di SMK bagi siswa lulusan SMP/MTs

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat kesiapan kerja, pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dan dukungan orang tua, (2) adanya pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua baik secara sendiri – sendiri maupun bersama - sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK, (3) seberapa besar pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua secara sendiri dan bersama - sama terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kesiapan kerja siswa tinggi (84%), pengalaman praktek tinggi (72%), prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan rendah (36%), dukungan orang tua sangat tinggi (54%), (2) terdapat pengaruh pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dukungan orang tua secara sendiri maupun bersama – sama terhadap kesiapan kerja, dan (3) sumbangan efektif variabel pengalaman praktik, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan, dan dukungan orang tua terhadap kesiapan kerja (R2 ) sebesar 39,6% dan sumbangan efektif masing – masing variabel yaitu pengalaman praktik 23,1%, prestasi belajar dasar kejuruan 6,4%, dan dukungan orang tua 9,6%. THE INFLUENCE OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, BASIC VOCATIONAL LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AND PARENT’S SUPPORT ASPECTS TOWARDS WORK READINESS OF THE STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe purpose of this study is designed to reveal: (1) the level of work readiness, practical experience, basic vocational achievement,and parent’s support (2)there is an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (3) how much an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness. This was a survey research with ex post facto approach study. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique, simple liner regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with the help of software SPSS 16.00. The result showed: (1) the work readiness was high (84%), practical experience was high (54%), learning achievement in basic vocational was low (36%), parent’s support was very high (54%) (2) there is an influence of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (3) the effect of practical experience, basic vocational achievement towards, parent’ s support jointly and severally towards work readiness (R2 ) 39,6% and the effect of each predictor was 23,1% practical experience, 6,4% basic vocational achievement towards, and 9,6% of parent’ s support.

<p>ABSTRAK</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten, dan (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten sejumlah 73 guru dari 15 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akunansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten (β =0,643, sig = 0,522). (2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten (F = 33,584, sig = 0,000).</p><p> </p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This study aims at knowing: (1) The influence of proffesional competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocation high school of business management; and (2) the influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences of teacher’s on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in klaten district. This research was ex-post facto quantitative approach. The population of this research simultaneously as sample was all of accounting teachers in Klaten District which involved 73 teachers and 15 schools. The data were collected by questionnaires. Analyzing data referred to descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There is no influence of Professional Competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (t = 0.643, sig = 0.522). (2) There is an influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (F = 33.584, sig = 0.000).</p>

The purpose of this study was to  describe appreciation of batik. This study included the type of ex-post facto research. Data collection method used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques to find the average value, standard deviation, mean, median, and mode. The results showed that the perception of batik was in a high category with a relative frequency of 75.86%. Data on students' perceptions of batik has four indicators, namely the level of fondness, enjoyment, reaction, and productivity. Frequency distribution and indicator categories are explained as follows. (1) The level of interest in batik in the high category. (2) Enjoy levels of batik. (3) Levels of reacting to batik in sufficient categories. (4) Productive levels of batik in sufficient categories.

This research is a type of quantitative research that is ex post facto. The variables of this study are the learning environment (X1), study habits (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The population is class XI Multimedia students, amounting to 38, while the determination of the sample using Krejcie and Morgan tables as many as 36 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive analysis techniques, multiple regression analysis techniques, and partial correlation analysis with categorization using the SPSS program.

The aim of this study to know the influence of divergent thinking ability and self reliance learning towards students learning results. This is an ex-post facto research, the samples was 102 students from ninth class SMPN 24 Makassar. The instruments was divergent thinking skills test, koesioner self reliance learning, and test of student’s mathematical learning results. The results of a descriptive analysis showed that the ability to think divergent students in middle category with average score 55.91, standard deviation 10.623 of the 100 ideal score with percentage 42.42%. The self reliance of learning students in the high category with average score 60.03, standard deviation 6.528 of the 80 ideal score with percentage 74.2%. The results of students learning in the good categorized with average score 80.77, standard deviation 6.416 of the 100 ideal score with percentage 53%. The result of inferential analysis shows that the divergent thinking ability positively and significantly affects the learning results of 0.183. Self reliance learning also positively and significantly affect the learning results of 0.101. The results of inferential show that divergent thinking ability and self reliance learning simultaneously influence the results of mathematics learning students with regression equation Y=70,119+0,009X1+0,181X2. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kemampuan berpikir divergen dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian ex-post facto, dengan mengambil sampel dari siswa kelas IX SMPN 24 Makassar sebanyak 102 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan berpikir divergen, kuesioner kemandirian belajar dan tes hasil belajar matematika. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan bahwa kemampuan berpikir divergen siswa dikategorikan sedang dengan skor rata-rata 55,91 dan standar deviasi 10,623 dari skor ideal 100 dengan persentase 42,42%. Kemandirian belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata 60,03 dan standar deviasi 6,528 dari skor ideal 80 dengan persentase 74,2%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa dikategorikan baik dengan skor rata-rata 80,77 dan standar deviasi 6,416 dari skor ideal 100 dengan persentase 53%. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir divergen terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,183, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 0,101, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kemampuan berpikir divergen dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika persamaan regresi Y = 70,119 + 0,009X1 + 0,181X2

The study aims to analyze the descriprition of metacognitive awareness toward learning result of mathematics directly and indirectly through learning motivation of grade XI IPA student of public senior high school in Pareparecity. The study is an ex-post facto which casuality. The populations of the study were 520 grade XI IPA students of SMAN inParepare of academic years 2013/2014 with as many as 221 samples. Technique used in selecting the samples was proporsional random sampling. The instrument used for the study were (1) scale of metacognitive awareness, (2) scale of intrapersonal intelligence, (3) scale of learning motivation, (4) scale of attitude on mathematics and (5) test of mathematics learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) most of grade XI IPA students at SMAN in Parepare has metacognitive awareness with high category, learning motivation is in extremely high category, the learning result is in low category, (2) metacognitive awarenees directly give positif influence toward learning result of Mathematics and indirectly gives negative influence toward cognitive learning result of Mathematics through motivation learning.

This study aims to determine the level of career adaptability and work engagement and the effect of career adaptability on work engagement in millennial generation employees at a startup company. This type of research is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 34 employees who work at the startup company. This research is a population study; therefore, it uses the entire population of employees. The instrument uses a psychological scale of career adaptability and works engagement. The validity of the research scale uses content validity by expert judgment. The reliability of the research scale was estimated using Cronbach Alpha and composite reliability. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of career adaptability and work engagement of millennial generation employees at A startup company is relatively high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: (1) career adaptability affects work engagement, (2) career adaptability concerns and curiosity dimensions affect work engagement, (3) career adaptability dimensions control and confidence have no effect on work engagement.
