Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas sekolah SMKN bisnis manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Ukuran sampel sebanyak 200, dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket wawancara dan doku-mentasi. Analisis data dengan permodelan persamaan struktural (structural equation modeling, SEM). Hasil penelitian me-nunjukkan bahwa produktivitas sekolah untuk SMKN bisnis manajemen dipengaruhi oleh mutu proses, kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi sekolah, pembiayaan pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran komite sekolah. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap produktivitas sekolah sebesar 73% sisanya 27% di-pengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Variabel dominan yang mem-pengaruhi produktivitas SMKN bisnis manajemen adalah mutu proses.Kata kunci: produktivitas SMK business-management, mutu proses, kompetensi guru, budaya organisasi sekolah, pembiayaan, kepemimpinan, komite sekolah______________________________________________________________THE DETERMINANT FACTORS OF SCHOOLS’S PRODUCTIVITY Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect school productivity in SMKN of Business and Management. The sample consisted of 200 teachers selected using proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaire, interviews and documentation methods are used for collecting data. For analyzing the data, the research used structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings of this research show that School Productivity in SMKN of business-management field is influenced by the process quality, teachers’ competencies, school organizational culture, education financial, leadership and the role of the school committee. Impact of independent variables on the school productivity was 73%, while 27 % or the rest is influenced by other factors. This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

Abstrak - Pendidikan digunakan sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai kualitas sumber daya manusia sekaligus penentu kualitas bangsa. Kualitas generasi  unggul dan mampu bersaing akan lahir dari proses Pendidikan. Budaya organisasi dan teknologi informasi yang dibarengi dengan komitmen organisasi dosen merupakan model pemetaan perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Menyadari akan pentingnya model tersebut, maka permasalahan belum tercapainya kinerja dosen, merupakan permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan melalui model pemetaan peningkatan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adaIah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. PopuIasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen International women University, melalui teknik sampIing proporsional random sampling dan rumus slovin, maka diperoleh sampel sebesar 88 dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, selanjutnya analisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Dosen International Women University dipengaruhi secara simultan maupun parsial oleh Budaya Organisasi, TeknoIogi Informasi, dan Komitmen organisasional. Dari ketiga variable, komitmen organisasional memberikan kontribusi tertinggi, sedangkan kontribusi terendah ditentukan oleh teknologi informasi. Abstract - Education is used as a measurement to assess the quality of human resources as well as a determinant the quality of the nation. The quality of a excellent generation and able to compete will be exist from the education process. Organizational culture and information technology followed by lecturers' organizational commitment is a model for higher education mapping to produce optimal performance. Realizing the importance of this model, the problem of not achieving lecturer performance is a problem that must be solved through a performance improvement mapping model. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all Lecturers of International Women's University, using the technique of proportional random sampling and Slovin formula, a sample of 88 lecturers was obtained. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the performance of International Women University Lecturers is influenced simultaneously or partially by Organizational Culture, Information Technology, and Organizational Commitment. From the three variables, organizational commitment shows the highest contribution, while the lowest contribution is determined by information technology.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect of CARTER's service quality consisting of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness to customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarmasin. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by smartPLS was used in the analysis data of this research. The sample of this study was 100 respondents, taken by random sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant effect of CARTER service quality consisting of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness to customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarmasin because all T-Statistics values were above 1,960. The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of perceived value in influencing political marketing mix on voting decision for Head of Region in the Election of Governor and Deputy Governor of Banten in 2017. The population of this study involves people who have the rights to vote in Banten and are kept on the permanent voter list. Sample of this study consists of 664 respondents, in which most of the respondents include casual workers, outsourcing, casual daily laborers, housewives, and workers who do not need special skills. The proportional random sampling technique was utilized in determining the number of respondents. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) was conducted by applying WarpPLS 6.0. The results of the study indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between political marketing mix and perceived value concerning the voting decision, as demonstrated by positive and significant effect on perceived value. The findings confirmed that political marketing mix influenced the decision to elect a Head of Region mediated by perceived value. To improve the decision to vote, the researchers believe/suggest that providing attention to political products such as branding of political candidates, is thus deemed necessary.

In today's era, consumer's attitude in choosing and using the product start to change. Consumers begin to have awareness and concern about the impact of consumption on the environment. Many consumers are now choosing green products because of better value and functionality for consumers and the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of green perceived value and green perceived risk on green purchase intention with green trust as mediation. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who visit Electronics City Pondok Indah Mall. Sampling technique applied in this research is systematic random sampling. Data was analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, training and communication on employee performance at PT Multi Jaya Samudera. This research was conducted at PT Multi Jaya Samudera which lasted for 4 (four) months, starting from November 2019 to February 2020. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The sampling technique used is the census sampling. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera as many as 95 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from organizational culture, training, communication and employee performance variables. Descriptive analysis results for organizational culture variables, training, communication and employee performance at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, organizational culture, training and communication have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera. The contribution of organizational culture, training and communication variables explained the employee performance variable by 0.749 or 74.9%. The remaining 0.251 or 25.1% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengekplorasi bagaimana inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing dalam perspektif manajemen pengetahuan, pengembangan bakat dan modal sosial. Populasi penelitiannya adalah semua industri kecil menengah (IKM) di Kabupaten Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. Jumlah sampel penelitiannya sebanyak 200 pelaku IKM. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan the purposive random sampling technique. Data primer yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis diskriptif dan inferensial dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Analisis faktor digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasi faktor yang paling dominan diantara faktor yang diteliti. Kemudian Regression Weight on confirmatory digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terungkap bahwa semua hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hal itu karena semua memiliki critical ratio (CR) lebih besar dari 2 dan nilai p lebih kecil 0.05. Maknanya, baik manajemen pengetahuan, pengembangan bakat maupun modal sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing. Dengan demikian maka temuan ini dapat dijadikan pijakan baru pada penelitian lanjutan yang linear dan bahkan secara pragmatis dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk mereformulasi pemberdayaan IKM, khususnya di Kabupaten Tulungagung

Abstract The formulation of the research problem is whether product innovation effects purchase decisions, whether product innovation and purchase decisions affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation on the purchase decision of Toyota Calya, and examines the effect of product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer loyalty. The population is the Toyota Calya’s customers in Bogor and Bekasi. The population is not known with certainty, therefore the sampling technique is done by accidental sampling technique in determining the number of samples. A total of 203 questionnaires were collected. Therefore, the sample in this study was 203 respondents. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed a significant influence on product innovation on purchasing decisions. Product innovation and purchasing decision also significantly influence customer loyalty. Purchasing decisions significantly mediate the effect of product innovation on customer loyalty. Innovations must still be made in order to maintain the loyalty of Toyota Calya car users in Bogor and Bekasi. Keywords: Product innovation, purchasing decisions, and loyalty AbstrakRumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah inovasi produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian,  dan apakah inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian toyota Calya, dan menguji pengaruh inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna mobil merek Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi. Populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti,oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel. Kuisioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 203 kuisioner. Oleh karena itu, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah sebanyak 203 responden. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signfikan inovasi produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Variabel Inovasi produk dan keputusan pembelian juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi  loyalitas pelanggan. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Inovasi harus tetap dilakukan demi untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna mobil Toyota Calya di Kota Bogor dan Bekasi.
